Though it's a small shop, quality of sweets and savouries is good. Staff is courteous and serving with smile on their face. I could find lots of local people buying and items were quick to disappear. Nice one with less pinch on your purse
It's not so good, what I thought about it. Baked Rasogolla is very dry. The taste of Singara (Bengali Samosa) is very good. Mihidana and some of sweets are okay.
Sweets are of good quality but service not so good. They charge extra for carry bags whereas Bancharam or any store closeby gives it free. Before Bancharam opened up they had a very high nose attitude. You need to smile n serve, be customer friendly.
Sweets are good but staff used to be very rude (still they don't have smile and courtesy) until big competitor came across the street. Now they improved hygiene, else you could expect big black ants taking free feast on some of the sweets.
A lot of options in Traditional Indian Sweets. Love the taste of original Ghee in some items. Dhokla is really good so as the Curds. But the shop is not spick and span.
