Had visited Darjeeling in Feb 2024 and had stay at Anutri hill resort. The rooms have nice view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and the staff here are helpful and kind. Batasia Restaurant is part of the resort where we had breakfast and dinner. The staff here is very friendly and take note of your requirements. Special thanks to Batista staff Safal, Lawrence, Sujal, Sudeep, Subarna and Yatin who were very friendly and kind. Would recommend to stay Anutri hill resort while you visit Darjeeling.

I had been there for 2 nights last April for our company meeting. The rooms initially provided us was at front side not to the view (Batasia Loop) side. Then we (me and my colleague) requested the manager (forgot the name) to shift our room to the view side which he really did within 10 mins. The view from our hotel room was superb, awesome. The rooms are very cosy and spacious, services are good. Overall, I give this property 90/100 and 100/100 if I tell you the view from rooms. Staffs are very polite and well behaved. I recommend this place to one of my friend who is visiting to Darjeeling this July 21st and I myself, will definitely stay here only when I visit to Darjeeling along with my family in Jan 24. Thanks.
Peaceful location because it is far from the city center. On the plus side, it is close to the Batasia loop, offering spectacular views of the Kanchenjunga. Very cordial staff and food was great. Had a wonderful time here.
At the very beginning, we had some doubts about the location of the resort, the fact that it’s a very hard to reach place, but the experience of staying in the hotel was astounding! It really lives up to the hype! Highly recommended.
Value for money Well behaved staff from booking to reception and house keeping to restaurant facility. We've indedd visited 55 Pax group for Annual Meet for 3 nights and the team of this Resort have managed our stay well professionally. We observed that they care for individuals of other bookings in same priority at the same time. Nice experience and fantastic view of Batasia loop from all major rooms & setups. Best wishes for their future success and growth.
Great place to stay, very friendly behaviour of the staff, clean and spacious rooms with a great view. The location is good but the road to reach the resort is narrow and has a slope.
Excellent Hospitality. All staffs were very cooperative. The food and housekeeping staffs are very friendly and very well understands the requirements. Keep it up. The location and ambiance are very good for travellers.
Hotel is located little bit outside of town. Somewhere on the hills. Rooms and staff members are humble and polite. Rooms are clean and Hygiene, worth for money. Restaurant is at downstairs. Food taste is good and the F&B manager Pawan is nice and Trying to satisfy the customer to his best.
Dreamy location away from the humdrums of Darjeeling. Heavenly view of Kanchenjunga from room. Good food, can improve service quality at room service. Wonderful front desk and staff behavior. This property is a hidden gem.
Great hotel with helpful staff. The rooms on one side open to views of Kanchenjunga, but unfortunately we didn't get to see due to the clouds. Food tasted good and the staff was happy to accommodate some of our special dietary requirements. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms new and linen fresh. Will definitely recommend to others and look forward to another stay in winter.
Anutri Hill Resort was way beyond our expectations in terms of rooms and the overall service of the well mannered and well trained staff. The best part of the resort is the dining hall it look like some Heritage site dining hall with European architectural feel. Mr Pawan Valmiki from dining department made sure we had the best of services and delicacies very much humble to all and very patient listener. Inface the front desk office staff was also very cooperative and helpful. Ok ne must come to Anutri Hill Resort to experience the hospitality of Ghoom in Darjeeling. The location of the resort is so perfect that one can spent the entire day sitting beside the Batasia dining hall and enjoy the picturesque landscape of Batasia loop and ofcourse kanchanjangha peak during the early morning time come and explore Ghoom in Darjeeling with Anutri Hill Resort.
The service was awsm and the view from resort was too good and every staff was very much supportive.and Mr. Pawan Valmiki was very much supportive in the resort.
One word description - Mesmerizing! The location is absolutely fantastic with the view of Batasia Loop and the kunchejanga Range. (Rooms - 403 to 409). We stayed in 406
The rooms are cozy and very well appointed. Coincidence was, we booked (through MMT) the 3 bedded premium room with Valley view since no other rooms were available. Fortunately the hotel offered us the 406 that I mentioned. (Valley view rooms offer you the parking view).
Food - Will rate it as 4. It was good. Not too expensive and the portions that was offered was good for 2 people.
The breakfast offered as complementary is also pretty decent. All the staff were really courteous and well behaved.
This resort provides the best scenic view in all of the Darjeeling. The food was excellent, staff was very attentive and amiable. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this resort for your next visit to Darjeeling.
Anutri Hill Resort is located at Upper Batasia with a peaceful environment & highlights the natural beauty of the breathtaking valley from every corner. Our room (205) provided a Panoramic view of both the beautiful Kanchenjunga range on the right and the Batasia Loop to the left. The servers in the restuarant, to mention Pawan Valmiki & Aditya are very polite, smiling & maintaining a positive and pleasant demeanor. Food for breakfast was excellent. Thanks to the Anutri Resort Team to make our stay comfortable. Would like to visit this resort again & again & would recommend others too.
The location is extremely remote, communication is horrible, it is around 10k.s from mall road, the rooms facing the batasia loop are excellent with great view average tariff of 7000/day. Room Services are extremely poor, a whole day television was not working no one can fix it, in times of rain they don't even have umbrellas for guests. The staff behaviour except the manager was good and helpful. The services are extremely poor, I ordered tea at 7pm, it came at 9pm, even food quality is average, chinese foods are good. I was going for morning walk at around 7a.m, where I was thoroughly interrogated by the guard that why I am going, where I am going and why will he open the gate in the morning. Even no one can find and medicine if there is any emergency. Not a good resort to stay if you want to enjoy darjeeling with family.
When I first walked into the lobby I was blown away by the sunset view they had from the big window in there. The rooms were very good. The room service was also good. The variety of food they served in the buffet was more than enough and it was tasty as well. So, I would recommend people to avail the buffer offer if you're going to stay here. Overall it was a very good experience. The only minus point about this resort would be it's location. It's quite far away from Darjeeling and the taxi fees to travel back to the hotel are exorbitant.
Great views. The staff at the restaurant accommodate vegetarian and spice-free options. The approach to the hotel is a steep path and can be difficult for people who are not expert drivers.
