My iphone-12 had a Receiver Speaker Issue. It was out of warranty. Upon request they not only changed the speaker (which came with a new screen attached) but also gave me same day delivery with wait time of only 3 hours. - Free of charges. Experience - 10/10. Service - 10/10. Interiors and seating - Fabulous.
It was a good visit. Went to check up my macbook air for a yearly clean up due to dust, but they said it is working fine, and they took it casually, thought they will pay a bit attention but it's okay. Staffs were good but their confidence wasn't upto the point which you will find in a Apple's employees. They didn't give any acknowledgement of the interaction. They should work on understanding customer's expectations and working around it. By the way, wish it will improve.
Very nice service centre also I got my recent iPhone from this store the manager of this place Mr. Debabrata is very nice polite and generous person and also the working staffs are really helpful and good and provided me very fast solution for my other products services as well. I would recommend this store to all my friends and relatives for any new products or and help regarding services of their existing Apple products.
I want to give negative star to this so called Apple authorised service provider. I went there to get my Apple AirPods Pro fix which is in warranty. They try to manipulate me and tried to sell a new case for Rs12000 and then I went to the another Apple authored service provider at Elgin road near Gujarati college. They tested and took my AirPods for free and also assured me for 100% service satisfaction. I will email to Apple California the head office to revoke this fake company license. This is just pathetic. Apple customers don’t deserve this type of third class service. Elgin authorised service provider is far better than this fake one. The are just ruining Apple reputation by misguiding Apple customers.
One of the worst customer services by apple authorized service center. The customer agents were polite and receptive but for a charging port issue they told I need to replace the whole iPad. Went to third party and they said just cleaning the port would resolve it and after cleaning the port my iPad was charging as normal. Macintel solutions wanted me to pay 52000 for it while the third party only charged me 1000 for cleaning the port.
Such a poor sales support u have provided, the TAT of colours availability is almost 1hours, after the colour confirmation, the don't take any initiative to provide this in piroty basis, I hop u guys are premium service provider, but I am very sorry to say you are very much poor in sales. I am not here to provide you the sales tips, but what I say, this is my personal opinion. Service is good, but sales are worst
This apple service center is located at hazra road. The staff out here are polite and helpfull. When you visit this store the wait time is less than expected and thats a good thing about this service center.
Extremely horrible service; service people are inefficient and not fit to be Apple employees. They couldn’t fix my problems; my problem was minimal and got it fixed within 15 minutes at Techno Zone today. Moreover they are only interested in money. Doesn’t deserve a star.
I think it's difficult for an Indian company to align with values or agenda of an American niche company. They try hard to interpret the Apple values (?) and enforce them to the customers; the problem is in that process they don't know what they are doing and results in a terrible customer experience. It's not their fault, it's the Apple management's failure to customize and indianize a very white American customer service to Indian market.
I DO NOT RECOMMENDED VISITING THIS PLACE. Beside the polite attitude of staff, the repair isn't that much of quality, lacks courtesy to call about the repair and lacks discipline to call on promised date and time. My Macbook Pro was promised to repair but after it was submitted, they said 'they found no issue' with the display while I have video proofs of malfunction of the display! Another lady literally cried infront of me because she did not received the service she expected.
Very nicely managed and keeping the queue shorter by completing the customer queries and attending to them in a timely manner. My issue was resolved just in few minutes with very less waiting time though all the counters were busy when I arrived. Hope to get similar service since have to visit soon to get my macbook air keyboard fixed.
I got my laptop repaired from here recently, and it came back with the battery replaced, BUT now the laptop doesn't come on without the SMC reset Very upset with the outcome of the work
Very poor service quality, apple representative are not cooperative at all. Centre asking for 96 hours TAT for urgent issues. I have serious doubts about the capabilities of the technical persons working there. Apple name is getting spoiled by this kind of apple service centre. Moreover no parking facilities.
Very incompetent executives. They were trying to charge for 'diagnostics' even though my Mac-book is on warranty. Moreover they were insisting that I turn off my 'Find my phone'
Pathetic service. They did not properly inspect the product and right away said that the ipad had to be replaced. It turned out, all that was needed was a thorough cleaning of the charging port. Did it myself and the ipad is now working properly. Would not recommend this service centre to anyone.
Best place for Apple product service. Staffs are very gentle and experienced. I felt as if I m at my home only. Best service in kolkata till date. A must visit place for Apple product service. They handle the situation with such ease.
You can go here under warranty plan. Other wise they charge huge amount as compare other service center. But they provide best service as compare to my knowledge
If your warranty is end then don’t go to Apple service center because they are big cheater I had a problem in my iPhone my iPhone screen was black they told me to change the LCD they told me total Rs. 20,000 for the LCD when I went to a local Centre they had repair my iPhone in just 3000 it just was a software issue Apple service Centre is a big big fraud The cheat the customers
One of the worst service center. Service engineers are outright fraud and disappointing. If your device is covered under warranty don't expect them to get it fixed, as they wont get payment from customer. They will keep giving you stupid reasons on why they wont do their job. This fraud service center should be closed.
Very professional staffs. Quick service, they even provide a alternative handset upon delivering one's phone for service. Ambience is also good. Very happy with the service.
Small place, but on the main road. My MAC wasn't powering on, but it turned on at the shop. So I finally did not have to give it for service. Apple Pencils cannot be repaired or the cost is prohibitive. They tested my apple pencil but there was no solution. Overall a good place to checkout for Apple products services.
Technicians are polite and soft spoken but instead of focussing on repair they are convincing customers to purchase new devies. It seems apple has kept selling targets for them.
Helpful and cooperative staff. If your device is in warranty then you won’t have to hustle. Just have to drop it once they will tell you to take the back up and then reset the device in front of you and with in a maximum period of 10 days or a week they will be calling you to pick your device back up. I have had several issues with my iPod touch and MacBook and they were very humble in cooperating without any further issues.
Totally friendly situation exists until you start to ask questions about the agreement and diagnosis details. After diagnosis they don't even clearly share details. They told you to find you out from the email they send you after the diagnosis has ended and you hve signed on your diagnosis reports. Total useless place, please visit any other service center but not this one.
I had to visit the center for 4 times for my issue on ipad 8th generation (owing to the nature of my issue). The representatives were quite professional well behaved (except the guard). They gave me a replacement as it was within warranty. The time spent here was also not too long. Overall satisfied with the service. But according to protocol they had to reproduce the issue at the centre which took a bit hassle on me. Could have been better experience if Apple would trust a bit more on their customers the way we trust thr company. Social distancing and covid protocols are being maintained which is expected. My iPhone 11 had a display issue (dead pixel, stuck pixel and spots). I'm three months away from ending the warranty of this device. Also it's my first time visiting an apple authorised service centre. At first I was very much sceptical about the service of these authorised service centres, as I've seen videos in youtube and read articles online that people are very much frustrated and annoyed with apple services in India (like, customers give their devices to the service centres, within the warranty period, the issues gets fixed but brings up some other new issues, also the behaviour of the centres are not good), also apple devices are water resistant, I was worried that when they'll tear off the screen will the water resistance be gone forever! With all these thoughts in mind, I took the risk to visit an apple authorised service centre, online I found that this particular centre has good reviews. So I visited this place, and I am happy to share that, "I have got the best service from this centre. " They diagnosed my phone and said the display will be replaced with an apple original display (don't worry if the display is not original, the device will show a message that the display is not authentic), they also said that the water resistance will be as good as it was out of the box (although I don't suggest anyone to check the water resistance of the device in any condition, even though apple says it's water resistance, yet apple warranty doesn't cover water damaged devices). They took just 3 days time to change the display. That was really fast specially for India I would say. I got my phone today, and it's working with a charm. So, those who are seeing this review from South Kolkata, and are confused like me about the service, well don't worry, this is the place for your device to be serviced. Every thing was perfect, the behaviour of the staffs, device servicing, covid protocol maintenance, sanity, etc. Only one thing I would like to suggest to the service centre is to increase the number of the staffs who are in the frontline, diagnosing the devices. There are only two staffs doing this work, because of which the waiting time of the customers are increased. Except that every thing is perfect. Book an appointment, have extra time in your hand, bring your devices to this centre and leave this place with a happy face. To sum up, overall it was a smooth experience for me, servicing my device in this apple authorised service centre. India has a limited users of apple devices, Thank You Macintel! For keeping up the good name of Apple in India, and obviously your name too.
I just loved it. Really well behaved and helpful technicians are available here. I visited 2 times for my iPad Air 4th Gen and i really satisfied. So thanks to all technicians and Macintel Service Centre
I went there twice, both times under warranty service for my speakers, first time when I went it was awsome service nd my speakers were like before, 3 stars coz second time they told they ve fixed by washing out speaker dust but it was almost same just a slight improvement, so expecting more from them coz they did better first time
I had gone to them for repairing my AirPods under warranty. They refused to accept my request for return citing some error in the invoice, and infact misbehaved too. However, on contacting apple call center they assured me that nothing was wrong with my invoice, and guided me to another apple store, which happily accepted my request. Such poor attitude is not acceptable to highly valued customers. Have raised complaints about their store with apple. Hoping to seeing some action being taken against such callous attitude.
P. S (edited after reply on this comment from store) : the response to my comment is that my invoice did not carry the serial no. However they did not mention that my warranty Card had both my invoice no.and the serial no, which they rejected outright. Sscondly, on contacting apple they mentioned that the warranty card should have been enough. Thirdly, the other apple store that I went to did not even check my invoice. The serial no on my AirPods was enough for them to dig out all the necessary details such as invoice date, warranty period etc.
So, Macintel if this is not harassment, then what is?
I can vouch for the good quality service and very good, professional behavior from the folks who operate this franchise! After contacting Apple customer service, when they make the first connection with Macintel for your service needs - through the actual resolution of the problem - the people who work at Macintel - make the experience painless!
Most Apple products are pricey - associated services are too - so that is not a surprise! But for the cost to the customer - the services and conduct of the people here - are very decent!
Yes this service center is very good at there service. This store is situated on main road and easily identifiable to us. Each and every aspects and problems of apple phones, laptop, ipad etc will be repaired well enough here.
I visited them on Saturday 30th May. My MacBook air was under warranty and explained them the issue that MacBook is not turning on and they asked me to submit the laptop. Estimation was 15 days.
Surprisingly they deliver my laptop within 6 days. Only cons which I found is little more waiting time compare to other service centre. But they are professional and the behaviour of frontend staff is also good. Thanks for the service.
I went there with an issue of my iPhone XR, heating problem. They kept it for some days and one day called me up and said, it did not have any issue, and whatever the issue was, they have solved it. I was happy and bring back my phone, and on the same day i started facing the same problem.what kind of service is this! When i called up there, they simply said to visit again! As if we are sitting jobless! Apple is famous for there customer support, but my thinking was wrong. Customer support team can do one thing, making people fool in a very polite way. From day 1 till the date my problem with my iPhone is not solved yet. Worst service center full of nonsense people who can do nothing but making profit

You charged me Rs 3000 just for basic inspection of my Mac Pro. Even after that you couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. Asked me for another Rs 35000 in advance so you can order parts and tell me exactly which part is defective in my Mac Pro 2010.
They give me a new iphone se before 13 days of ending my warrenty. I bought my iPhone se last october 6th 2018. After 11 months of purchasing just before 2-3 week ending my warrenty it got dead. Not even single scratch was in my iPhone. Just it was in my pocket. Phone was ringing in that time I got it out from my pocket.it shows nothing a grey screen. I tried to charge long press home key and wake up swich.the result was nothing.then I went to macintel.they inspected my mobile and changed in 4-5 working days.they just gave me a new iphone se
Basically good. My iPhone 6s had a microphone, receiver and headphone jack manufactured. They take my iPhone 6s. And after seven days servicing it. I also returned it. However, this iPhone service centre did not receive any money from me because my iPhone 6s was in the warranty period. But if your iPhone goes beyond the warranty period they are still very high charge from you.and then servicing charge is very high money.servicing charge for this service centre start from RS 880. However, I loved the fact that this service centre provides fast service.this service centre check all types of iPhone hardware and software problems.and within seven days your iPhone will report the problem to you.if this iPhone service centre can not repair your iPhone then this service centre sends your iPhone to apple main service centre Bangalore. Apple's Service Center then checks your iPhone properly and replaces or repair. If your iPhone is within the warranty period, this process is completely free But if your iPhone goes out of warranty period then this process is very expensive. The service center staff is very good and helpful. If you have a bad iPhone, you can go to this iPhone service center. This service center is great. Thanks this iPhone service centre for servicing my iPhone 6s.
This is the worst place to visit. The technical stuff misguided me and rejected to register my Macbook Pro problem which is under Warrenty. They repeatedly told me it is fine to have scratches on screen due to the touching of keys of the Keyboard on the surface of Laptop's Ratina Display. They told me to clean it with proper gel and cloth and it will be removed. I insisted them to do it for me and they tried but could not remove the keymarks form the display. Then they said its is due to Cosmatic damage & it's not covered under warrenty. They even not intended to talk to me and ignoring me which is very much insulting. They even advised me to change the Display if it is so much required with 40K+ and extended warrenty worth 17K+ and tried to sell me display protector.
Wish zero was an option there the manager there is very rude especially when u take ur i phone in warranty period, and moreover they will not accept ur phone when its in warranty period saying that try to update, or liquid damage wheres as with same problem i went to ho mi chi sarani and they accepted it one go, and how come apple opens this kind of service centre,
One of most terrible and worst apple service center i have ever faced. My iphone x suddenly got shut down and its not charging also. So i have gone macintel and they said need diagnose the iphone that will charge 875 Rupees. I have given and after 3 days they saids its a hardware problem and need to replace around 53900 cost which is insane. Its better i will buy new iphone 11 by adding some money. When i gone to service center to pick up and asked about the actual problem they also not sure whether phone having logis board problem or charger problem. They didnt even opened the phone and looked what is the actual problem and keep saying they used professional apple tool to diagnose it which they also dont know.later i repaired it from another shop and got it working. They are scamming the customer. Dont ever go to this service center. Its better you go to b2x.at least they will listen to you.
There is only 1 or 2 persons checking the problem of your apple device.you have to sit there for a long time.they also doesn't take care of apple devices which are more than 5 years stating that they are "vintage devices". Been there a few times.
Very bad service take 1 day time for replace a simple lighting cable only however they know the value of chaging cable and i told also very bad service i didn’t expect
I had my iPhone X's battery here, lot of issues arose after the replacement, they denied servicing it again without paying them hefty fees in advance. Still carrying a broken phone around.
Since Apple doesn’t have any official service provider here in India, these service centers run on complete monopolies. You have to pay whatever they ask. Staff is also rude and the wait here is more than an hour.
