Cheating store. I bought ipad gen 10 from here on HDFC credit card for which they promised cash back of 3000 INR within 3 months. They never gave the cash back. They advertise fake offers and dupe customers.

I did not have a pleasant experience today in the acropolis mall apple store. I was said by the store that it opens at 11AM in the morning. I went to the store at 11: 10 AM and there was not enough support available and no one was available to attend to me. I was attended by the only person available at 12 and then he swiped my card instantly for the product I was planning to buy. He then continued to try and transfer the data from my old phone to the new one for an hour and there was no progress at all.
Somehow it seemed that adequate knowledge was not present. I had to come back home and completed the entire process in 30 mins.

Bad bad worst, internet connection is shared and very slow, taking much hour to transfer data from my old phone, this wasted my 2 hrs of time

Like other Apple stores, you will get an hand on experience of almost all the Apple products including iPhone, MacBook, iPad, iMac, Apple Watch etc.

But collection of sell could have been more. You wil not get all variant instantly. Though for iPhone mostly available.

Amit Das, one of the most unprofessional guys out here. No response from anybody on advance given for over a month. Brand apple taken for a ride.

Very arrogant behaviour and not at all customer friendly. Low temperament and utmost negative attitude.

Pathetic service. I just had to buy a charger. No one was in the line but still they took 20-30 mins to do billing. Useless unskilled and lazy people at the billing section. Should really reconsider hiring people

Staff in the store were not interested in attending customers. First salesman left in the middle of conversation to attend someone else. Had to reach out to the billing counter for assistance. I confirmed purchase of IPAD AIR along with Keyboard. Mr. Biswajit from the store wanted to check availability and confirm. After 10 mins, was surprised to notice that he is not in the store and didn't bother that a customer was waiting.

Went to this imagine store acropolis just to have a look at the laptops.while my friend was joking how he can get it cheaper from dubai and all of a sudden the manager started screaming not to say stupid things in his store which was surprising as my friend was talking to me.the manager was rude and screamed for atleast 10 mins for no apparent reason. This kind of behaviour was extremely unacceptable that too from the manager.

Extremely rude behaviour, they dont know how to talk. I dont how dare they speak to customers like this. I called here to check on an apple product, I enquired because online price just got slashed. He spoke to me very rudely and told me literally to bug off.

Bought an iPhone 11 from the store yesterday, they gave me the best deal (I had contacted imagine stores in quest, south city and Bhawanipur). I got the iPhone 11 128gb along with the charger and accessories, checked the phone on apple's website and it was genuine. Their customer service is really good and the executives are really informative and well-spoken. Totally loved the experience and it's a 20/20, def gonna go there again for buying apple products in the future.

If you are using bluetooth controller doesn't purchase IOS 14, IOS 14 not support. After sale support not good this store

Well known imagine outlet of Apple products, with new stocks and various different product categories.

I changed my screen protector for 8+ from here on 14 Sep, 2020. It cost more than 2800rs. The store person couldn’t place it properly and left air inside (causing bubble). And he forced me to pay money. When I asked “why should I give you money? You didn’t even place it properly, it doesn’t look nice with those bubbles trapped inside. He forced me saying “I have opened the pack and you need to pay money”.
And now I am using this screen guard with those bubbles inside. Very inexperienced staff. Do not ever come to this store. Go to south city instead.

The behaviour of the stuffs are really good, they suggest things according to the requirement.

It's a premium reseller of Apple here! So all the guys here in the shop behaves with customers at premium level literally. I experienced there a cool quiet and helpful buying moment. The boy Sam and the girl Pallabi helped me. Pallabi helped specially to get my EMI option. And all over experience was best according to me. Got free redeem points to buy screen protector of My Iphone XR yellow too from here!

While the store is pretty responsive to phone calls, there is a lack of product displayed and available for demo. The staff a nice and courteous, but I felt they have a gap when it comes to technical knowledge and guidance for helping to buy a product.

Apple store has lost its trust. I had to visit the store 3 times in just one day! That too just for a screenguard and a cover of my iPad. Had to replace them both eventually and it was a big hassle for me. One of the staff was not co-operative and helpful. Extremely bad service and highly disappointing. Apple stores are supposed to be better! No value for money.

Staff is not well trained. Not giving proper replies to the customer questions asked, especially the lady staff. Also, staff was least bothered and chatting among themselves rather than entertaining the customers.

Acropolis mall is very much good in all way have all facilities.cleaness good staff good security good bathroom good children room also available.

I emailed them asking if they had certain products in store. Waited a week, no response. Visited their store today and showed them the mail I had sent. Their Genius response was “we didn’t have the products so we didn’t reply”. You guys really need to improve your attitudes, quality of service, and be a little more enthusiastic while serving paying customers. Or get another job if this one doesn’t inspire you to use your brains.

I visited the store to buy Apple Protection Plan for my iPhone X.
They gave me the APP but could not provide me with a bill saying that there is some problem, but I should receive one on mail.
It has been over 15 days now, but I have still not received the bill.
Moreover, I am unable to activate the APP online too. It is showing an error. When I contacted Apple Support for the same, they said that they could not find any APP with the serial code that they had sold me. They even stated that it could be a counterfeit product. I have no clue as to what to do.

Never ever visit this store to buy apple apple products. I purchased an iPhone on 1st August and they did not give me the bill saying that their system was not working. And promised me that I would get soft copy of bill on my mail within an hour. An hour went by, days went by and I did not get any mail. After calling a week later, they said that they will look into it. Nothing happened and I kept on calling every week. Today on 22nd September, I visited the store to get the bill and the manager was not even aplolegetic. He kept me waiting for an hour and talked rudely as well when I asked for the reasons of delay. He was saying that he did a great job by giving me the bill 52 days after the date of purchase. Never expected such service from apple store. So pathetic.

One of the Premium Apple Resellers in Kolkata. Situated in Acropolis Mall. Very spacious. They have almost all Apple products on display which are available for sale in India. The sales staff is also very efficient and courteous. All visitors are attended immediately unlike other stores in the city. You may get best deals. However it is better to give a call to store about availability of the desired variant and colour preference if you are planning to buy a particular product.
