I strongly recommend everyone not to go there because -
1. The price is too high as compared to the water rides, amenities and facilities.
2. The quality of food is disgusting as compared to its tarriff.
3. The behaviour of the staffs starting from securities, receptionist, room services and the management is extremely unprofessional. The managed himself does not know how to talk and uses abusive language with guests.
4. Location of the water park is totally in a remote area which is not at all convenient for everyone.

Worst experienced! Will Never suggest anybody to visit aquatica, and got the most horrible service by the manager name Mridul das. He doesn't know how to speak with guest and willing to hit the guests because of his short tempered attitudes, I will desperately warn everybody if you guys are not planning to ruin your day, never visit aquatica, Go to nicco park with your kids and family because you never know you and your family can suffer and smack by this manager and his team. Thank you foe giving me an opportunity to provide an honest feedback.

On 11th October, 2023 I went there with 2 friends for celebrating my birthday. I booked one room which included 2 water park tickets. Also I purchased 1 extra water park ticket for my friend as we were not supposed to stay overnight. However, on our arrival, the receptionist lady informed us that only 2 people can check into the room. We informed her that we wont stay overnight and would leave by the evening. She called the resort manager, Mr. Mridul Das on our request. Mr. Mridul Das, while talking to us made some derogatory and instigating statements that could lead to feast fight. However, we finally booked 1 more room.
But the rooms were extremely untidy, there was no towel. In one of the rooms refrigerator wasn't working while in another room's bathroom, shower was not working. The behaviour of the staffs were extremely unprofessional including the receptionist and the resort manager named Mridul Das, who behaved like an illiterate goon. Even the food that we ordered from inhouse kitchen was tasteless and does not justify the price. I strongly recommend everyone not to stay over night at the resort as the locality is also not safe for unmarried couples. The resort has easy access for local people who are mostly Bangladeshi muslim immigrants.

I love Pansuli High School (HS) very much. I joined in this school as an assistant teacher on 5th September. This was a memorable day in my life as a teacher. I spent in this school about 12 years. Now I am an ex assistant teacher in this school. All the present and former staff loved me and i also love and respect them. I like to go Pansuli High School
more and more time.

It's a nice place to have fun with family and friends. There they have DJ and water dance events as well. It's an enjoyable place, you should visit atleast once and experience the fun in water.

Day trip. Pleasantly surprised by dancers grooving to dance numbers arranged by the management amongst other dance instructors.just not comfortable with the skimpy clad girls on stage grooving to sidey music just to attract crowd (?). Otherwise clean water, environment and snacks

Good And Spacious Place to Host Weddings but make sure you arrange a better catering service as the aquatica management and food services are worst. Make sure this before booking this resort for your perfect night.

Place is amazing as water sports, but be aware with other facilities, staffs are rude, mobile packets are unsafe. I lost my mobile. Price is too much high. 1000 for adult, 500 for children. Better to go digha, mandarmani book a resort, play in ocean and have swimming pool as well.

Wave pool and couple of rides were being maintained so wasn't functioning. The water is pretty unclean and had couple of us scratching our legs for few days after the visit. So they need to clean the water. Locker room was dirty and half of the food written in the menu was not available. Not a very good experience and this is supposed to be the biggest and best water park in Kolkata. Not visiting again anytime soon unless my friends absolutely force me too and leave me no choice whatsoever.

Best place for families and couples. Enjoy here in summer to chill out.lots of fun in water park.

Excellent place for a whole day fun. Everything you can enjoy in water. Special attractions are the wave pool & the Niagara fall. Only thing is that the entry ticket of ₹1000/head is too much expensive.

I have gone there for an event called #THE CALL OF THE BLUE# the park is very nice but when you will enter you would be thinking that there may not have any water theme park. Anyway I enjoyed a lot there.

Me and my fiancee went to Aquatica to celebrate Holi festival on the day of Holi - The festivals of colors. We booked tickets from 'Book my show' site. The ticket price is Rs 2000/- each. It is one of the largest water amusement parks in India. A perfect place for family gathering during weekends. I like all the water rides. Niagara Falls' area is great. There is plenty of room for food, buffet service. Photo booth is available, they provide instant photos as well for a nominal charge. I saw a medical clinic inside the park, staffs are everywhere for help. Last time I came here 10 yrs ago with college friends, now the park has changed a lot with very attractive look. Highly recommended to visit!

Love this place.affordable. 900 entry fee n 500 extra charge for costume which is refundable.all rides n pull are included in 900 only.you have to pay extra for food n water.

Very nice place. Good for outings in the weekend with family and friends. Very testy foods like southindian, continental, chinese.are available here. The experience of the tour of the water park Aquatica is outstanding.

Very disappointed by The management, full money wasted on 31st dlbar night, very bad arrangement by The team. People were so cheap there. Food quality they offered is also very bad. Anger crowd break The bar counter because they not able to offer drinks. Really disappointed. We never go again to watch any problems there.

Carry your own clothes which are synthetic in nature. Try not going when its cloudy as rain spoils the fun if you hate rain or doubles the fun if you enjoy the rain. The rides are good. Good place to take the family and kid love the place. Its a bit on the outskirts but as parking place is ample, do take your own transport. Just as the maintenance is not up to the mark leads to a deduction of 2 stars.

Good place for family outing. It has good numbers of rides. Costumes are available on spot, but you have to purchase it. Price are reasonable. Lockers available. Foods are available inside, quality is moderate. Big parking place outside. Usually need 4 to 5 hours to enjoy all the rides.

Been there for the SUNBURN event. The only gripe is conveyance. People charge whatever they feel is best for them. Ranging from Rs. 50 to 120 or maybe higher.: (

The worst place in India and never loose money going to this ugliest place in Kolkata and also almost all rides are way too bad though two or three rides are only there. We have to buy trousers from there in order to enter there and also we have to pay for the lockers eventhough a sum of rupee 500 is given at the time of entry. In website you can see that discount for students but the actual thing is that you have to be with a minimum of 50 students like that and so we don't get a single rupees discount because we were only 39 students. The pavement of the tiles in the water logs are the worst in my life I had ever met. The joints of the rides are like about 3 cm apart so it cause severe injuries as well and also the while entering any ride the guards are behaving like wild bullies they don't give a single second to get ready for the ride they want everything fast and there is only about 20 around guards so we people have to collect the rings and all and carry it to the second floor. The main thing to note is that the water is not hygienic and also the smell is way too bad and I guess that they are not sorbing it per hour which is way too bad and can cause health problems. The last thing to say is that there would be guys with black t-shirts and black jeans and also a black glass seems who have no jobs out there and simply they are playing horse play on the visitors and this makes us feel too bad of wasting a day out there. So those who have money and be like a sticky doll can go there and waste a day out there in the aquatica in New town in Kolkata. This is the worst water theme park in my life. Whie leaving the water theme park you can see that the guards will give a discount coupon for the next visit, they may be quite assured that we guys will not be back to this place further. Save your money.
