Very bad service. Especially, the person who pick up the call for receiving the order, doesn't listen at all. The person should be changed immediately. Every time they provide high valued items though we mentioned.

If you're new to the area you must read this before choosing their delivery service.
I've been ordering products from your store for the delivery but the services are very corrupted.they switch the product to more expensive ones and those which are less popular, even after specifically mentioning the MRP, even deliver a different product.they don't accept cancellation, they made me pay 4 times now for the products that I didn't really order.yesterday it happened again [10/01/2023]. Here I asked for fuse bars and white bread instead got granola bars and whole wheat bread both of which were unwanted and more expensive.
I have faced similar problems with my previous orders, in the beginning they largest size available without asking, then they gave different marble cake, they increased the quantity of chips on my order, switched to different soft drink without asking me, even after specifications they gave different cakes to me.
They refuse to accept their mistake or make a fresh receipt and take back the remaining products, they act as if customer is at fault.this has happened 5th time in a row. They don't take responsibility for their fault and continued to blaim me.
I really hope the company looks into it as I would not like to pay extra for the products that I don't want.
