Arish cuisine, located in patuli near corporation primary school is a newly opened takeaway live kitchen serving delectable cuisines.

The quality of food they serve is heavenly to taste, as well they maintain a good hygiene in their kitchen. Basically, a team of seven people are managing the whole process starting from cooking to packaging. The team consists of mostly women, promoting women empowerment.location - N-327, opposite Corporation Primary School, Baishnabghata Patuli Township, Upanagari, Baishnabghata Patuli Twp, Garia, Kolkata, West Bengal 700094.

Now coming on to the dishes I tried:

️Luchi alur dom
️Malai paneer
️Cream of soup
️Chicken fried rice
️Fish 65
️Chicken hakka noodles.

Each and every dish was remarkable. Still I am giving some recommendations.

Highly recommended items are:
Fish finger
It was just perfect with a crisp outer layer and juicy inside.

Luchi alur dom
Belive me, I have tasted this kind of luchi alur dom after a long time. I can't explain how good it was. Just try it out.

Cream of soup
A perfect soup with a creamy texture with shredded chicken.

Fish 65
This was perfectly made, the quality of fish was too good.

Overall it's a wonderful place Highly recommended

Chicken Wings (6 PCs each portion)
Egg and Chicken Hakka Noodles
Hot and Garlic Chicken (Gravy) (6 PCs each portion)

I must say that cloud kitchens are increasingly becoming popular these days due to the ongoing pandemic situations. Proper sanitisation norms and protocols stated by the Government has been taken into consideration very seriously ensuring a safe haven for satisfying our taste buds. Very well coordinated and the most interesting part is that they have female employees employed over there which is even in today's world not that common everywhere.

Now coming to how the food actually tastes. It's lipsmackingly delicious. The soup was full of chicken bits with each spoonful of soup when devoured. The chicken wings which looked pretty much like a chicken lollipop was full of flavours distinctly popping into my taste buds and making you crave more with each bite. The noodles are simply delicious. Will not be very high on your tummy but will rest an impression on your taste buds and heart after each fork full of such a delicacy perfectly combining well with the Hot and Garlic Chicken. I must say that their Hot and Garlic Chicken is pretty much different (as in good sense) from others I have tasted till now. Definitely a very good consistency not too watery not too thick, a perfect balance between the two. The Egg and Chicken Hakka Noodles and Hot and Garlic Chicken Gravy both complimented each and very well, leaving me craving for more.

Overall a very nice dinner experience with a impressive price range. Their one portion is enough to be shared by two having medium appetite.

We hear of woman entrepreneur incharge of a restaurant very less right? If no know then read this, this little joint was a dream of a Lady who had a wish to open a food outlet. The interesting fact about this outlet is that, this has totally an inexperienced female dominated kitchen, inexperienced in the sense, the way those who are allotted are totally housewife based not having any past experience of being a chef or something, but trust me I really found a magic when I got to taste the items cooked by them, it was a true magic, how can these women cook such appropriate authentic Chinese foods? Yes, just like our Mothers who can and is always ready to cook for us all sorts of dishes, it's just the same and the interesting face is that the kitchen is an open one. If you really wish to see how your ordered items are been cooked then you are absolutely welcome.
While I paid a visit over there, took few snaps of their cooking. And had an opportunity to taste them as well, I am truly amused by the taste and quality of the food they are serving. So am grateful that am able to share my experience with you all.

This outlet is located very near to patuli floating market. This is basically a small takeaway outlet. They serve Chinese, indian, Bengali cuisine and some street foods also.
The most beautiful thing about this outlet is you can see how your food being prepared and if they are taking proper care while making your food or not.
Second beautiful thing is, they mostly have female chef's which is vey rare.
Here I had
schewan fried rice
(Schezwan sauce is super spicy and made with dry red chilies, garlic, and spices. One spoonful of schezwan sauce atop egg fried rice is absolutely lip-smacking .)
Kungpao Chiken
(kung pao chicken is a highly addictive stir-fried chicken with the perfect combination of salty, sweet and spicy flavour.)
The taste was very good and went well.
The food quality and quantity both are very satisfying and reasonable price.
Highly recommended to everyone visit at least once.

Few days back I visited this place in patuli. It's not a fancy restaurant but a place with a unique mindset to break the stereotype.
️This is a takeaway joint operated fully by women. They are here to break the mindset of the people that women can't run a commercial kitchen by themselves.
️They serve Homemade meal through out the day serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
️The most important part of this kitchen that attracted me the most is their hygiene. They are very particular about their hygiene level.
️They even allow people to see through their kitchen and any cloud kitchen allowing customers to see into the kitchen is very rare.
️They don't serve any preserved or cooked food, they cook the item that are orders and deliver immediately.
️They also supply food for birthday parties, kitty parties, picnics etc but you have to inform it earlier.
️They are also available in Zomato and swiggy To place online delivery.
️They are operation from 8.30am to 10pm from Tuesday to Sunday.

The chicken Manchow Soup it was very thick with loaded chuncks of chicken and vegetables. It was spicy and hot as it should be. It was perfect in taste

Honey chilli potato was sweet and crispy sprinkled with chilli flakes over it. It was yum.

Pan fried momo was filled with chicken and spices with a accurate balance of taste.

Chilli Lotte (Highly recommended) if nobody tells you that it's fish you can't even recognise it and have it like you are eating chicken. It was out of the box item. The spices went deep inside the fish and made it lip smacking.
It was delicious.

Singapore chicken noodles it was loaded with chicken chunks, egg pieces. It was delicious to have.

Lemon chicken - as the name suggests It's chicken with lemon. It had a perfect balance of sourness, sweetness and spicy.

Basanti polau It had a perfect blance of sweetness and and rice was very soft and not atall clumpy.

They are holding on to ther quality and quantity from the day 1 of their starting. They serve food that can fill your tummy without spending much.

Both my wife and myself on returning home after 8 days of hospitalisation due to COVID-19, we were extremely relieved and delighted to discover Aarish cuisine, who took care of our daily fooding issues through their excellent homestyle food preparations, served punctually without fail. Although we have fully recovered now, we keep trying out their various recipes and are extremely happy with their food quality and service, which is both professional and personalised blended together.

Yesterday I ordered fish finger which was awful as they used rotten fish. So imagine how much I suffered with a hungry stomach and rotten fish in my mouth. Literally I was vomiting. So I recommend you guys though you are hungry and nothing to eat, Still it's best for someone to die with a hungry stomach rather than eating from this restaurant.

Arish Cuisine located in Baishnabghata Patuli is one of the best selling cloud kitchen in the area. Primarily runned by women it is an all day delivery service from breakfast-lunch-snacks-dinner. I tried Chicken Pan-fried Momo, Singapore Chicken Noodles, Lemon Chicken, Honey Chilli French fries, Munchow Soup, Chilli Lotte and Basanti Pulao. Everything was cooked fresh and nice. Loved how wonderfully they maintain kitchen hygiene. Lunch dinner wholesome meals are also available. You can also contact them for catering services for get togethers and parties. Closed on Mondays.

Very impressed with the food quality and taste served by Arish Cuisine. The best part is that they serve very light, but delicious dishes.absolutely homemade. Timely delivery and easy payment options. A sure-shot life saver especially during lockdown.

You people are really doing a great job in this pandemic situation.
Most of the affected people need this.

Arish Cuisine is a very good restaurant providing delicious & healthy food and takeaway services. Highly recommended.

Heart whelming taste, lip smacking flavour and mind-blowing recipe. I will not say much ;try it for once yourself and you will surely feel the magic. Worrying about costing? No worries, you will not find the price is so reasonable that you will think " Why didn't I try it before? ".

Food is happiness and the outcome is best when it tastes yummy and feels like homemade. Arish Cuisine provides the yummiest service and I enjoy every bite of it.

Good food, good taste, healthy package delivery.
Also the rate is reasonable and quantity of food good. Right time delivery at doorstep. Good home delivery for lunch and dinner.

The best you want, the best you get from here. I have tried fries and snacks. It was awesome. Even my family members liked it. Great going.

The food was good, price to taste ratio was much better than any other place.
Price to quantity was also very good and the food was hot when it reached us and was accurate order as I have seen orders mixing.

My lazy taste buds were being enticed to the core by those sumptuous n delicious food from Arish Cuisine. If home made healthy n hygienic food with lip-smacking taste is what one's looking for and that too at an affordable price & from the comfort of home, then I can safely recommend that Arish cuisine must the one to hit for.they have free home delivery service! This is the best food I have experienced after a very long time. Very professional and timely delivery is their speciality. Food is very enrich in taste. I will recommend everyone to please try it once.
