Very bad experience, manager & staffs behaviour is rude.swimming pool water nit clean from over an wk.overall experience is just waste of money

Stayed there during covid as safehouse was made at this hotel.

We had a gala time with our big group in this resort. We spent the entire day on a December picnic. The lunch was included in our package. The rooms are small but with attached washroom. Overall a nice experience with kids and family.

It was 300 meter from IIM gate. I went daily for 5 days to IIM from here. It is an old construction, rooms are big but seem overcrowded by Wood furniture.
Toilets and Washbasin have water stains and door handles look loose.
No balcony.
Air inside room feel moist.
But staff was of helping nature specially Sumit. Bedsheets, towels were changed regularly or on demand.
Food was tasty here.
Space nearby reception is open ground with swimming pool. You can have small walk in the night.
It made my Trip comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Despite the room being on the smaller side, it was incredibly cosy and spotless. The antiquated furnishings only added to the charm of the room, and everything was still in good working order.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed - I slept soundly throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were more than adequate for the price. Although I didn't have a chance to use the on-site gym or restaurant, it was great to have them as options.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and spotlessly clean room, excellent amenities, and top-notch service at a reasonable price. The staff's welcoming nature made me feel right at home and ensured that I had a truly enjoyable stay.

Aristro club is a very good resort for unwinding oneself. The rooms are good and the staff is very hospitable. There is also a picnic spot and a lot of other facilities.

In one word, it's a BAKWAS hotel.

It's more like a guest house rather than hotel.

No proper service available. Staff only ask for money before service.

Hotel rooms are shabby, untidy, full of mosquito.

Rooms have no intercom service, so to order something either you have to go to reception all the time, even in midnight incase of any emergency requirements, or else hotel boy share their private number for any requirement, but they switch off phone when not on duty.

No amenities are in proper working condition, like electric kettle, all-out machine, bathroom taps are in broke condition, room window frames have large gaps, so mosquito are entering the room.

It's a pathetic condition.

Staffs are very rude, and if you ask any service, before service they ask full payment.

Hotel environment is very clumsy, untidy.

Hotel manager is helpless and can't control his staff under him.

No proper management. No proper communication

There is no Aristrocacy in Aristro club. You will feel gloomy & depressed.

Firstly, no lifts available. Cramped rooms, dirty bathrooms, geyser didn't work. Bed linen not up to the mark. Room service is a joke. It took almost an hour to get tea and coffee

Nice place to stay.but costly according to conditions of Room.service is good. Food charges costly but quantity is enough.

The hotel needs to take care of the hygiene and sanitation of the rooms. There were cockroach running around in the washroom, the rooms don't have a proper phone service to contact the reception, the steward will give you his own number to contact and then not pick up the call.

Price is high bt the service is very poor.the staff are non co-operative.keep asking for extra tip.the bed was dirty

The exterior seems be very good but once u step in u will feel its a guest house. Gloomy lights, spooky rooms. Would not recommend it

This is a well planned resort with a small pool inside it. Perfect for parties and celebrations. But if you are going to stay with family be careful, random people do visit the place with casual partners.

Our college organised annual college fest here as it is close to campus. Not a good place. Drunkard manager. Don't have sense how to talk. How to behave. Always sink in alcohol. I noticed that person for 4 days. Totally rubbish place. If u have no option left, you can go there otherwise not. Not even providing water in room. When asked, behaved rudely.

Service and Behaviour of this hotel staff is Good. Specially Nirmallya Sen (Manager).
He never make us feel that we are away from home.
Food taste is awesome.

I went there for a marriage ceremony. The place was quite good and especially the water pool in the middle is keeping the place cool. The events and celebrations there is ample space. The location is also good, it is situated right on the Diamond Harbour Road. The nearest metro will be Joka metro, which is still under development. The existing metro nearby is Tollygunge, from there it will take 40 minutes by car.

Good place for receptions/parties under open sky.
There's a metro track going just beside it hence it might be a bit noisy in the future while the train passes.

The place is just a playground with a small pool. Please do not organise any party for marriage or other occasions. The food is one of the worst food you will be able to find in Kolkata. Tasteless kebab and rice and mutton being called biriyani. Not to say of the fish fry where fish is absent. If no star could be given I would have been hàppier. The decorations were filthy with few old sofas doing the round. At last the counter for sherbat will remain in operative as with only half the party the stock went out. No where there is sufficient item for people to eat.

Nice place to arrange family gathering but public transportation is little difficult specially at night time

We have joined a group picnic inside the premises of the club. Nice place for a group gathering. Ambience and surrounding sight is the main attraction.

Hotel is very good, well decorated, rooms are species, room service is also good, staff's are very friendly and good behaviors, very helpful.

This is a great hotel with good rooms and really amazing beds. I was there for quarantine after post covid duty and the service there is pretty good. Clean rooms, clean bathroom and overall nice ambience
The only complaint I have is that no amount of sunlight reaches the rooms. They have a nice lush green ground and a swimming pool too. I hope you'll have a good time if you stay there.

Nice Building, but unprofessional Manager and staffs. Four major problems.
Firstly no cards are accepted, only cash.secondly took Rs 1000/- extra for extra person but gave a mattress to sleep.
Thirdly don't ask for bill, unable to provide money receipts too.
Fourthly they basically depend on marriage functions, so they don't care for Hotel Guests.
Horrible Hotel. Better look for other options.

Quite spacious place to arrange a gathering of a large number of crowd. The location is also good, just beside the DH Road, Joka.

Super bad, super shady. Downright atrocious. Don't even think about it. We checked out in 1 hour.

Veey nice place with swimming pool too. Fl. Liquor support and nice fooding. Staying is peaceful.

Big Lawn, We recently had a occasion here of 800 gathering. The ground staffs are very friendly & helpful. We had booking for 3days. 2 days for lodging & 1 day for occasion. Fare is in a bit higher side, but its worth it. Very clean rooms & helpful staffs all around. Highly recommend for occasions for them who lives near Thakurpukur.

Room was not cleaned.water and electricity supply was not in mark.and their ac was not working properly

The behaviour of the manager is the worst. Our college had organised an event at the auditorium. The way the authority of the place behaved with us was really disrespectful.

Don't book online, just go there and room is available for all time. AC room per day 1200 only (july 2019). Online rate is more than 2000

The Aristro club is a good place for evening reception. Though the place is good but for day time parties, is still very dull.

Attended a reception party there. The property looks great from outside and could easily be located. The parking lot is spacious, which is very important now a days. The main party hall is suitable to accommodate 250-300 comfortably. Moreover lawn and other hall were there. The drawback I found was the stairs. It was very narrow and they don't allow to use lift for such occasions.

Very nice building. Traditional built. Very good for marriages and social ceremonies. On main road. Good parking space.

It has a great green lawn and a permanent spacious stage which is enough for marriage ceremony and reception party

Its a very good place located in Joka, near IIM Kolkata. Good quality rooms with all necessary amenities are available here. Interior and exterior decoration of this hotel is mind blowing. Very good place for family tour and any business tour. They are having restaurant service with hygienic tasty foods. Overall it was a awesome stay in Kolkata.
