Budget friendly banquet hall. Smallish, 100 people at most. Location good, but no parking.

This is a venue given on rent for Occasions like Marriage, Birthdays, etc. They have 3 small rooms for storage or resting and one big hall for the occasion and one big dining area. This is for Ground floor. Also they give rent for other floors simultaneously. The problem is Car Parking.
