I visited Arsalan restaurant near my place which is bangur. The food is great and quality and quantity is very very good. Their customer service quality and staff’s behaviour was very good. Cz it was a late night dinner plan nd they welcomed us very calmly.

I ordered 7 plate of biriyani for my guest at home directly, potato of biriyani in 2 packets were fully black from inside.
A small child of 3years was about to eat that when we saw, unfortunately we didn't keep the potato but didn't expect this from a reputed restaurant like Arsalan.

Welcome to Arslan. Don't go again. Today i ordered mutton Biryani at Arsalan. Bangur outlet i found in my food. Hair.

Yesss. This outlet of Arsalan is located near Bangur Avenue, at a 10mins distance from Diamond plaza. The 3-stored building fully serves biriyani and some delicious kebabs. We had tried their Chicken tikka kebabs, nun, and tikka butter masala. All the foods were very good in taste and even quantity. At rainy evenings and biriyani combination at this place is just heavenly. The staff behaviour here is also too good.

Yesterday I order to eat chicken roll, the test of the roll was very bad and the paratha was completely wasted.very poor

Food not at all fresh.
Chicken are hard.
Tandoori are burnt.
Food quality has gone for a toss.
Does not justify the price they take for this kind of quality.

Waiters and managers listen to complaint then smiles and goes away to get the bill.

The mutton biryani was good as usual. There was a big solid piece of mutton in the biryani which are very rarely found in most of the mutton biryanis served by any restaurant. On the other hand, the mix veg item was not ghat quite good. The no.of Vegetables in the item was not that much. The naan was delightful. The service from the waiters was satisfying. Apart from all the good things, we have to wait for a quite long time for our food. We were literally starving. Overall, it was a good experience.

Still one of the best biriyanis in kolkata for me. Just the right amount of masala, aroma and moisture. Mutton pieces could have been better. Malai mutton was avarage.

I give one star because I order Zomato on yesterday then I open the chicken biryani I see that the quantity of rice was so low.

Very very disappointing experience today the taken parcel order are not delivered as well as not having a courtesy to inform us about non delivery till 10.45 pm, after several follow up call.

Most 3rd class. I have taken one plate Lucknow Biriani. The quality of rice and mutton is not up to the Mark considering the price which is more than rs 400.00

Price is too high according to quality. I have tried The chicken Malai Kabab - which is good but The Mutton Tikka kabab did not justified its price tag.

Today is 17th september, 2021. I bought a chicken biriyani from here. It is the worst biriyani i have ever eaten in my life, worst quality rice with raw aloo and a small bonepiece. OIly as hell, no fragrance. Not worth to spend money on.

According to the price quality is not so good. In kabab, Mutton Pieces are too small and was hard enough. Chicken malai kabab and Mutton Special biriyani is good.

The Best Restaurant of this area. Food is very good and Biriyani is the most famous dish of this restaurant.

Hi Today 5.9.2021 lunch time purchased 3 Motton Biriyani, 1Chicken Biriyani 1 Motton chap. But one motton biriyani 1motton missing when I call to bangur branch and inform them they say send me what's up bill details I sent all bill details but after that thery are not given any updates. Then I what up any updates n call them but they not reply to what's up or not received n call back any phone. Now I time evenings 6.40pm. It's really bad bad experience next time we are not purchase any thing @Arsalan not to refer.

Nice and big place, and the people are really friendly. Very satisfactory experience both takeout and A la carte.

This is located at shyamnagar Bangur. This is provide online foods and catering services. There is also option available for takeaway and delivery. Arsalan is famous for biryani. It's have opened many branches over the kolkata.

It sounds crazy but I ordered veg in Arsalan and their paneer chilli massla was worth a try, Biriyani obviously needs no words.

Arsalan Jessore Road simply Tastes the Best. They have a Banquet Hall in their Top Floors. They Take Great Care of your Banquets held at their Premises too. I Had my Marriage Reception Party held there. Lip Smacking Food arranged and served by them, awesome arrangements, wide space, Health and Hygiene Standards the Best. I simply recommend people for Food and Banquets or Catering to Arsalan. You can be rest assured Eatery at your occasion headache will be relieved if you Go with Arsalan.

It is an appeal & also a complaint to the owner of arslan Jessore Road.
I ordered for 2 sp mutton byriany 2 chicken byriani 4 chicken chap thumps up 2×*750ml for my guests at 8-30pm on 17/06/19 to jessore Rd. The person told it will be served within 1 hr (9-30). At 9-30 I called for status. After repeated attempts one replied that it is on the way. But after waiting till 10 pm again on repeated attempts I got a reply which is very much abusive. The attending person is very much unprofessional & accused me that I placed my order at 9-45. Again at 10-15 I contacted & told that I shall be compelled to cancel the order as my guests became ready for return home. Then the person became rough in attitude. I asked the contract no of the delivery boy. Then the delivery boy assured for delivery by 5 mins. After 15 min at 10-30 pm he arrived.
What a joke I had hand over the food parcel to my guests for having in their home instead of dinner altogether.
I request the owner of the Arsalan Jessore Road to abolish this unprofessional, rude attitude of the staffs

Justified prices I guess. Although I found the meals more expensive compared to the quantity and quality. Good lighting and good ambience.

Biryani tastes average pricing is too high service guys are not even know th basics of serving customers. Overall this place near nagerbazar sucks. We have Oudh and aminia nearby which is much much better than this sucking place

We visited the Jessore road branch with our family. They could not serve any fish items other than vetki preparations. We had visited specially to try the pompret baked.it was not available. Neither were any prawn items available. Biryani and other items were as usual available and good, but the newly introduced items were not available.

Arsalan, Bangur is very close from our place and we hold it very close to our heart. The hospitality is great, the ambience is warm and the staff very courteous. They had changed a dish promptly when we spotted hair in it and recently, added an extra piece of chicken to our biryani when we showed that the chicken leg was way too slim. We make it a point to drop in here at least once in a month. Our favourite pickings are Murg Malai Kabab, Biryani, Butter Nan and off course, MUTTON CHAANP! In my books, the joint scores way over Aminia, Nagerbazar or even Arsalan, Chinar Park (where the spice quotient is very un-Arsalan like).

Arsalan outlet on Jessore Road is located near Shyamnagar crossing. It is not far away from Bangur Avenue also. It is the outlet of famous Mughlai restaurant. Take away service is also available here. It is well connected through road. Different Biryani, Chap, Korma, Kebab etc are their delicacies.

Arsalan Restaurant at Satgachi, near to Bangur on Jessore Road is a chain of restaurants under the brand Arsalan. This restaurant brand is mainly famous for the Biriyanis, Kebabs, Chaaps, Rezalas and all kind of Mughal Food. Quality of food I cannot assure as that is subject to verification by the food lover.

Arsalans biriyani is too good with mutton curry. Arsalan has - Chicken Biriyani, Mutton Biriyani, Veg Biriyani, Tandoori chicken dinner, roll, egg roll, chicken roll, Mutton Roll, Rashmi kabab, tandoor kabab, chicken butter masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Firni, ice cream cone crusher, Fresh lemon juice etc.

In first time order biriyani was without masala like I am eating plain rice. 2nd time again I ordered thinking that may be first time it was faulty, but they disappointed me again with unsalted plain rice like dry biriyani

Today is our marriage anniversary and spent dinner with iur guest. They are happy with ARSALAN foods and the behaviour of ARSALAN staff.keep it up.and Best of luck.

Worse Arsalan in the town. No aroma no taste, I think they not serve me fresh Biryani i feel that was heat by microwave, I also disappoint by there mutton chap, strange taste noting like chap.

Environment: Little bit clumsy, adequate space not available for little bit large group of people.
Staff: Nice behavior, couldn't say awesome, but service is ok.
Food: SPLENDID. Little bit costly, but that's worth of it. We ordered Butter Nun, Mutton Pasinda and Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala. The taste of the chicken dish was so good that we were compelled to order another dish of it rather than trying some other dish.

Good place for moghlai and dessert. Best place for having food with family. Professional staff. Good arrangements for guests.

It is overcrowded all the time. Often one has to wait in long queues to enter. The food is good but not worth all that effort. Even the good food cannot make up for the overall bad experience.
I went here with my friend and the two of us were asked to share a table with some other customers because the restaurant wanted to cram as many people as they could. That's ridiculous!
