Good theatre to watch movies. Pocket friendly rates and much better ambience compared to INOX Star Mall, Madhyamgram. Sound quality, screen are good. Parking facilities are there.

Food is good. Love the ambiance, All together it's a good place. But in cinema hall 's chairs are not clean at all. I'm very disappointed with the staff who are responsible.

Screen is good, sound is good. Only con is public. Some enters 20-30 minute late and authority allows them which hampers experience of in house viewers

In barasat, its probably the best place to watch films. Though the food prices are way too high compared to the quality

Visited in July-2023 to watch Oppenheimer.
They cleaned their screen and repaired their sound system. I was thoroughly impressed by the sound quality. (although it's a bit loud. So, if you have a problem with it. Purchase a ticket a bit behind. Away from the screen)
But I heavily enjoyed the Oppenheimer sound

Although the seats are as it is. It has not changed. So, its a bit of turn off.

But given the price segment, I would go to Arti any day even over Star Mall Cinema.
Infact Arti, Barasat has better sound system experience.

They have also started screening Hollywood films in English like they used to.

Except for the seats and the condition of Suncity Mall, Im really happy to Watch a movie over there.

The hall should be taken care of well. Chairs with stains, dirty smell etc are the problems why generally we are avoiding to go there. I don't know if the AC is malfunctioning because it's too cold inside the hall. Plus they don't sell coffee or tea. This a request- please keep tea or coffee (not everyone is a fan of Cold Drink).

Video quality is not good, the screen is not properly focused, flickering, the sound is too loud.
The movie stops abruptly before the interval and gives an interval. The rest is fine. The ticket price is right.

Cinema hall is closed. It's under maintenance. Don't visit now. After days go to Bookmyshow then see the updates wheather it's available or not.

Nice hall to watch the movie but the food court just outside the hall can be better. With an improved menu and a better service system.

Large screen. Good acomdation. Multi screens. Ticket available in paytm and bookmyshow also. After booking online you need to collect the ticket from hall. For entry please use Lift.

Recently arti cinema's staff are not good. IN Ticket booking counter they presserised everyone that food combo is must buy with movie ticket.i want to know is there any kind of rule? This is very bad.

Aarti has okish facility. Besides the staafs are polite but they are the most annoying during the intervals as they will ask you to buy their food a no of times. There screens are not the good. I would prefer to go to a Inox which is far better and its also not far away from my home.

Arti Cinemas is situated at the hear of the City of Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in West Bengal. It is a Multiplex Theatre where people can watch their favourite movies. And on the same time they can enjoy snacks & food from the stores inside the cinema multiplex, if they wish too. The great thing is the Movie Tickets are bit cheaper compared to some other Big Brand Multiplex Theatre's of Kolkata.

The cinema hall is located at 5th Floor of Sun City Mall. We watched Vinci-da by Srijit Mukherjee on screen 3. The tickets may be purchased either from the ground floor or on the 5th Floor. Of course one can buy online. The Arti cinema hall has a clear audible sound systems. The seats are comfortable. The stuffs are nice and you can buy foods also inside the theatre. The sun City Mall is very close to Champadali more, so easily accessible location wise. The tickets has three categories silver, gold and diamond. Silver is closest to the screen and diamond is farthest.

The screen is good. The sound is good. Sometimes the glasses are a bit dirty so it's hard to see the movie. But the food price is so much higher than outside. So go to arti but don't buy food.

This is a very good multiplex cinema hall in Barasat. The ticket price is also cheaper in the morning. Sound quality and sitting area is also good.

Except films a lot of food businesses are available there. I think you should keep yourself away from them.

They take away lighters n cig packets, before letting you go inside.you will get those back upon exiting. Also if yu buy tickets from counter they will forcefully give yu combo offers specially on festive days.tip.skip arti and visit inox @ star mall or jaya @ city mall

Picture quality and sounds is awesome. But 3D glasses are not good, very poor. And services not up to the mark, sometimes shows going late 20-30 minutes.

Very dirty place like a local train.very very disturbing place.but sound quality are quite good.

Arti cinemas in Barasat suncity mall is good choice for movie lovers. I also love this place. Picture quality is not much better but average & sound quality is good. And this place is beautiful. Yesterday i saw Zero with my friend and it was a great felling. People enjoyed a lot with us.

Good picture quality, sounds quality is also good, but if it comes about food quality and it's pricing, disappointment only you can have.

The service is ok but the level of comfort is not upto the mark. I use to visit here frequently but today I'm really upset with this hall. Maximum time I found it's chair broken. Even the air conditioner is also not working properly. And the most remarkable point to be noticed is that during any 3-D shows the 3-D goggles are full of scratches & due to that you can't enjoy the 3-D show. So trust me guys, if you are planning for a 3D show in this hall just cancel it. Then the screen are also not so clear & due to that the visibility also get effected. And trust me, this all was my personal experiences.
If it's personal authority are reading this review, I request you to take care about the points mentioned above.

The theatre is average, good chairs good sound system, only if the screen would be a little bit clear and bright. The screen shows way dark pictures, on that if you are watching an horror movie prepare to see only shadows. But the worst part is the ticket counter people will irritate you to the core, forcefully trying to sell you pop corn and coke charging hundred - hundred fifty bucks extra calling it a mandatory compilation with the movie ticket, they will refuse to give tickets without the combo, will not return your change keeping a due.damn which movie theatre keeps the customers change due?

Three negative points of this multiplex is-
1. During watching movies in any of the 3 screens, noise of traffic from the NH-34 creates a little problem.
2. Food and beverages are unnecessarily overpriced.
3. Staff of the movie theatre repeatedly disturbs by asking to purchase food items. Nowadays, intervals in movies are unnecessarily extended for selling of food and beverages.

Food too much in cost.daam kam karo khane ka.hit movie dekhne jao toh 1ltr water 60/- le te hai. 3D is not so good. Jaya's 3D much better then arti. Lift toh sahi se miltehi nehi.humesh bhare huye aate hei parking se.

The price of food available inside the hall area is too high. But the screens the sound quality the ambient is good

Very Good Place for Watching Movie, Sound Quality is good and Fully Air Conditioned Theatre. One drawback: -Price of Food is too high but if you get your food (Popcorn+Cola) at the time of ticket booking fron ticket counter then some savings you can make.
