Sea Facing room is best but during rainy season it turned into opposite.

Food is good
They have a large area to enjoy and seat and enjoy the sea breeze.

At night one can seat and just let yourself be in touch with the sea and wind.

Good location and nicè behaiviour of staffs. Food quality also good. But condition of rooms are pathetic

Rooms are not up to the mark.can’t describe it as resort.rooms are very small like 3 star hotel.food options are very less and food quality and taste needs to be improved.

Quite a good place with fantastic ambience and quick service from the well-behaved staff. Food is good and there are a lot of options one can choose from Indian to Chinese.

Perfect time might be spent on the beach side within the premise of the resort for hours for those who take the rooms not facing the beach side. Ideal place for couples, family and friends

Service was good, staffs were friendly. Beach side rooms are good and the first 2 double bed room at first floor towards beach is the best one. It has own garden and relaxing patio chairs. You can seat for long time watching waves.

Good place to spend the weekend.location is good.food price is a bit high but tasty.view is excellent from the sea facing room.

If you want a perfect chilling vacation then please visit mandarmani and stay specially at Arya resort.best view awesome weather best and family like hospitality all you get there️

This place has two Four Bed Rooms in the first floor, it's either those two rooms or no deal. Those rooms can contend with any sea facing hotel rooms in the area.
Food is okay, just a bit expensive, but that's the case in all the decent hotels over there.

Service is good. Really good.

Booked An Double Bed A. C. Room at Arya Beach Resort. (2nd Week June)
It's is one of many Beach Resort you will find in Mandarmani. But only few can match its Infrastructure like good Dining Area, Children Playground, Parking Space, Nice Seating Area right on the beach.
We had a great time we stayed here for 3 Days.
Pros
1.) Location right on beach. 7 Star for Location.
2.) Staff Well Behaved
3.) Spacious Rooms with Individual Balcony, I guess Sea View in all the rooms.
4.) AC 24 Hrs on Generator also
Some Resort will not allow you AC on Generators.
5.) Decent Food Quality and Quantity
6.) Price of Food is very reasonable.
7.) There is a Small MAHE General Store right infront where u can get all daily utilities. Plus all those 10 litre & 20 litre Water Jar just in case if ur stay is long. Owner of the shop is very cooperative. He arranges for Taxi and all Incase u want.

Cons Nothing as such
1.) Swimming Pool is not there. Believe me which ever Resort has Swimming Pool is only for Ornamental Purpose mostly pools are very small.
2.) Washroom is of average size but serves the purpose.

Fond Memories of This Place.

The Resort is very near to the beach. Rooms are good. Beach can be seen from most of the rooms. Staffs are well behaved. Food charge is reasonable. It is a good resort for family tour at Mandarmani.

Staff were helpful and nice. Location is very good on the beach. However, there's is an issue with maintenance of the property.

Location is ok. Has car parking facility like any other decent resort.
Food was excellent. Rooms were big, could be cleaner but good enough for short stays. Staffs are always available and hospitality is very good. Again the food is too good here. Located on beach. Don't have swimming pool though. Recommendable.

The room condition is not at all good. The tap in the bathroom was broken.the bathroom should be bigger in size.ac blades were not working.there should brighter light in the room. The room was not according to price.

Location wise very good. Staff and receptionist behaviour is very polite and good. Parking place are available in this resort. Fooding also available.
I stay in this resort 2 times. 1st time allover experience was suparb.but 2nd time facing some issues, such as room was not proper clean, bedsheet not clen, food was not good and too much costly as per the others or outside restaurant.

Good place but no wifi always try to take sea facing room. It's a average resort so don't except more. Food taste is also average
They also provide bonefire from starting range of Rs 750
The room are fitted with old fitting some times qyser also not work.

Nice place, sea view is nice, staff behavior is nice, hospitality is nice. Food is good, specially chingri macher malaikari. Go for it.

Bad & dirty room bad smell everywhere, other's bathroom outlets meet at same bathroom of us. Wifi not available. Also this site is under construction.

Horrible room condition charged extremely high, non co-operative manager. A. C was not working properly, faulty bathtub was placed in the bathroom, damped wall, scrap mirror, we found nothing good about this property except the location.
Even we were accompanied by a cockroach in the roon.

Excellent experience.location, environment, room quality, food and service.in all these areas I would rate this resort 5/5. Food is truly awesome.however a little costly for some specific items. Office staffs are truly supportive. I rescheduled my travel date twice. They accommodated the same.which is very rare.

I had a very bad experience there nad room service, food quality is low, nothing is available in in the menue card, no complementary breakfast.

Behaviour of the staffs were great.
Food was tasty, very tasty. Special mention mustard chicken bharta. The cook was very friendly.
Sea view with personal beach entry gate. Gate closed at 11 pm. One may spend the whole night on the lawn too.
Rooms are spacious. Washroom facility was below satisfactory, although clean. No shower, no geyser. Broken bath tub.
Per day fooding and lodging expenses are little bit higher compared to the other neighbouring resorts, but cheaper than many other also. Peaceful area.
Estuary is ~5km away. Market is ~2 km away. Both of them can easily be managed by walking on the sea shore.

Suppet Sea View Resort. Rooms are ok not are per the rent they take.good garden. Room service pathetic.phone doesn't work at rooms.clean but not great. Food tastes ok.not up to the mark! Staff behaviour good.they behave good but can't give required service.

Conditions of the rooms are ok ok and prices of food are little high.but if you want to spend a peaceful weekend relaxing by the side of the beach then go for it. You'll love the serenity of the place.

After checking the few pictures, we decided to book this one.
Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst experience.
Their service is pathetic, there is strict timeline for everything. Its poorly managed. There is no care for hygiene and forget about covid situation. All the foods are fried in fish oil. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

Awesome location just beside the sea beach, good security and privacy just like a private beach, food quality was good, behaviour of the staffs were friendly

Wonderful staff, cooperative manager. Awesome location. Food was good as well. Rooms very clean with effective air conditioning.
Highlights: Manager helped us to get a 1st floor room on request.
Improvement: Chinese dishes need to be better.

Rooms are not the standard of oyo. Difficulties faced for wheel chair. There is not facility though they given 2 persons to lift the chair by hands from main gate to room. Food was average.

Only one request please keep one tea kettle and tea bags in each room so that we could prepare tea in our own time.
Before 8 am and 6.30 pm tea is not available here.
The snacks time is also very odd.

Good food, prompt room service, clean rooms, located just on seashore a cozy place to chill out.

Paid massage service and good sea food options are available.
The hotel is on prime location located near the Mondarmoni parking and local main market.

Only one star for the room of 1st floor it's nice. But other everything is worst zero star for service and minus star for food. So bad quality, pathetic, unhygienic, oily spicy made us unwell. We had to take medicine and had to go outside for dinner. Don't take their food. And one thing do not take complimentary breakfast they will give you only two choice. And treat you like you are eating free. They will charge you 20%extra+GST for room service. I have never seen this anywhere.

A lil bit more maintenance is required.
Specially the doors. All locks are damaged in the ground floor. Only working on keys.
For the restaurant part. Foods are good.but avoid Alu Parantha. And one more thing.donot go for the sasta hotel beside the resort. Food in the restaurant outside the resort is worth less. It's good to pay a bit more to the restaurant of the resort than to take taste less food outside.

Location excellent, food rates high, room service request are late, housekeeping is great, booking through Oyo / Agoda sucks as you get wrong Amounted bill during checkout.

I visited this resort a day before and the location is fantastic. Good view and safe for children. Food is also good. Will definitely come again here. Service was also good.

Of food. Just Be Aware! Have your food from outside. Please keep this in mind. Food was terrific. I might visit this hotel again just for good location. Staffs are kinda okay. No toiletries provided, like brush and pest. They give one towel for 2 people. Need much better maintenance.

Food is good. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Need to improve on cleanliness and furniture maintenance.

It has been a pleasant stay at Arya Beach Resort. Almost everything went well during our stay for 2 days on our 6th visit to Mandar which calls for a 4 star rating as per me as flies at the resturant space been irritating, inhygienic and need to be worked upon. However, my wife pushed it to a five star considering co-operation of the property supervisor Mr. Pankaj for providing the desired rooms for all of the 4 families I reccommended including mine, courteous behavior of all the staffs, to be specific Raju has been very helpul and prompt in fulfilling our requests.

3x Rooms are spacious and typically enjoyable for non explorers who want just relaxation and visual treat during a weekend by the sea and to enjoy the sea without much effort and intake of moist and cold atmosphere outside at a reasonable coast, provided you are lucky enough to get the sea facing 3x rooms available there. I loved standing at the balcony at night and gazing the mighty sea, I wish it was a full moon night this time!

Hope to be back to Arya at a full moon period and to experience even better service
