Aryan Guest House

The rooms need renovation.seems very very old. Electrical sockets are not proper and unsafe.
Service and cook is good.

Very nice ambiance & super great taste of food. Must try there food at the hotel. Excellent room service and food quality. Will again visit place soon.

I had a wonderful experience at the guest house. This guest is actually spread out over 3 building.they rented some flat in separate buildings. The room was very good. The only downside is its locality. Being in residential colony.no restaurant are nearby. You have to either order online or walk 1km around for food. There is in house food faculties but it was somewhat costly. I ordered 6 pooris and it cost me 70 RS (the cheapest thing on menu). My suggestion is if have some work in this locality.you can give it a try.

I think most of the people who stay here are the students who have exams scheduled at tcs sector V.so my review is for those confused and lost fellow dudes searching rooms in this vicinity:
PROS:
1.walking distance from TCS, cross the metro staion cross the road and you can literally see TCS Geetobitan. 7/8 mints walk
2. The area is just superb, pretty clean and calm.
3. ROOMS are very spacious, clean and ACs work just fine.
4. STAFFS are helpful and they mind their business
5. PRICE is negotiable so feel free to negotiate, but in such areas with all the pros dont expect AC rooms at 7/800 rupees, doesnt happen that way
CONS
1. FOOD is costly, outside foods are not allowed (negotiable), you can walk to ATREYI BHAVAN or JALPAIGURI BHAVAN CANTEEN to eat rice meal at very reasonable rate. 7/8 mints walk (follow google)
2. MY bed was already semi broken and the issue was not adressed, so check the beds and they might ask you to shift to first floor, plz check the bed first.
WHO CAN STAY HERE:
ANYONE HO HAS WORK NEAR ECTOR 5/3/2 AND WILLING TO PAY 1100-1500 PER DAY FOR A GOOD SIZE AC ROOM

I would rate this 0/5 if I could. Property owner lists this on GoIbibo, accepts and confirms booking. Sends the address of a totally different property, tries to trick us into checking into that. Owner is not apologetic about the entire ordeal, does not assist in refund and cancellation. Would not recommend this property to anybody looking for a safe and comfortable stay.

I love to stay at Aryan guest house, I feel its second home where I can stay safely n m getting homely cooked food and ala-carte menu too, staffs r really good n kind.

It's a decent place to stay. Good friendly staff, all are down to earth people.

Food tastes same as home. I have breakfast included. Lunch and Dinner rates are not too high.

Online payment is not acceptable. Only Debit/Credit Card or Cash.

Clean room.

Locality is best

Value for money. Though they don't comply with Oyo 100%. So don't prepay while you book. Always go and pay for cash/card.

Pretty much good in terms of rooms. But my suggestion would be to put some banner or a hotel tag in front of the property so that it would be accessible to all.

Even after receiving the payment online they refused our check-in and began asking for extra money for the same room which we had already booked by paying the full amount.
