Being a1 star hotel surprisingly it was a good experience for me staying there… starting from the rooms it was quite good for 3 persons, talking about service it was too good their staffs r so polite n helpful they r available 24/7 at ur service two of the receptionists r also great… lastly talking about location it’s just 1 minute walk from new market n u can get every possible needs from that location… so if u r looking for a budget friendly hotel u should definitely give it a try…

The location of the hotel is the main attraction. But overall its an average hotel. The bedcover and the pillow covers should be more clean. Staffs are good. But they should focus on the hygiene of the hotel.

Room & toilet are ok, but need to reinnovate as soon as possible, like painting, repair wooden floor, AC maintaince, mini bar doesn’t work.

Average hotel, major issue is there is no lift and location is in the narrow road, Difficulties for cab &taxi access. Need to walk towards main road for taxi. Best for marketing

The rooms on 3rd floor namely 303 & 305 are in great condition. The floor is of wooden material and they too are broken from sidesas well as d walls are quite dirty. We stayed there for 1 day. As we extend our stay in d same hotel for 2 more days so they shifted us to 4th floor where d interiors of d rooms are quite impressive. If someone wants to book a room here i will personally suggest them to book rooms on 4th floor.

Hotel staff are polite and well mannered

Though the room was small it wasn't any problem as we stayed little time in hotel. But, there were lot of cockroaches running around in the room when we turned the lights on after returning to room after whole day. The staffs were not present all time. We have to asked several time to get a fresh towel.
The only positive thing is, the hotel is just beside New market area & so the communication is great.

I stayed in room 502. The room had tiny cockroaches. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant. Staffs were supportive. AC and geyser worked well. Very close to new market and hence very convenient for us to commute. I'll definitely consider them when I come next.

It was good.if you are staying for shopping at New Market.then this is the best Budget Hotel. Rooms are bit small but well maintained. Staff are friendly and cooperating. There us no food facility in the Hotel but you can get your food through Swiggy or Zomato.

We went as a group of 7 guys from Assam. The check in was smooth. Staff behaviour was good. Rooms were good with clean bathrooms. The location is prime. Thanks.

It's a nice guest house near Dharmatala and the hotel staffs are too friendly and helpful. Its accommodations are appropiate. Safe place to stay with families.

Last manager was good, this manager doesn’t know how to behave with the customer. This is last, I am not going to stay on this hotel anymore.

Good accommodation but without lift. Don't take rooms above 3floor. Staffs are helpful and honest.

There's only few hotels near new market area who really have neat and clean rooms and value for money. Ashreen is one of them. They are well behaved not rude like other hotels who doesn't care much for the customers. Highly recommended from my side but still you can have a look before booking any room and one more thing to add, they don't have elevator.

Location is good but not the service specially room service. They are not spontenous & you have to request repeatedly for any service.

Accommodation is very bad, only door service is good but room service is very bad. Reception exept two person others not good. Washroom and room conditions are bad

Not bad but they should check room before check in of customer. Ac condition was worst in my room

Service team are really friendly, like family member, always give greetings and share love of welcome to me. Which makes my life memorable. But I have suggestions, for single person 1000 - 1200 rps ok but 1450 - 1550 is too high. Please focus on it.

Rooms are Okay. Staffs are well behaved. Lacation is very near to New Market. Overall stayable.

Very nice hotel. Its comparatively cheap but very clean. Very near to the new market. Staffs are really good, both in their appearance and behaviour. Would love to go there again.

Worst experience. Room size is good, but service is worst. No water sometimes. Service is not good at all.

Good Location. 150 yds from Kolkata New Market. Reasonable tariff. No breakfast included but there are plenty of cheap or medium range eateries all around. Good staff. Small and cozy. No elevator. But will go again.
