Not worth it! We ordered sushi, pork Ramen, Pork Momo. Price of Mineral was Rs. 20 but the hell! They took Rs. 55 for water, our bill was 1,261 and after tax they include service tax of Rs. 46.21 (4%) which was not expected. And Firstly, sushi was disgusting. Secondly ramen was nothing special but price was too high. But momo was tempting. Ramen is not filling at all, the quantity is not suitable for sharing. Ambience is good. The worst, completely disappointing.
Great Ambience, some signature dish was amazing, loved the dumplings, chicken yakitori, limited beverages and no barbeque like before, overall experience was good!
Asia! Asia! Asia.as the name suggests is a asian cuisine restaurant located in a very happening place of salt lake sector 5 in kolkata. It is located on the 1st floor just above the Rang de basanti dhaba. This restaurant is quite spacious with ample seating place for large number of people. Both buffet and ala carte is available here. The interior is quite well lit and nicely designed with various types of paints and colurful lights.the decor would be loved by foodies doing reels and insta Now coming to the food, the menu is wide range of items on the asian cuisines. We choose to have the following: > Thai Chicken Satey > Chicken and Prawn Sui Mai > Nasi Goreng > Mojito
Although the satey tasted okeyish, the sui mai was prepared quite good and nasi goreng was excellent with potion being enough for 2 persons. Mojito was made good as usual.
Food preparation time is a bit on the slower side.
Overall its a nice restaurant with variety of food items and lots of space to capture good photos
Just not worth your money.every food is just bland in taste. Ramen expensive yet so tasteless.idk why Mochi ice cream is so hyped, they didn't put enough dough to make it chewy. The sushi was premade it was not even fresh.the waiters are so confused! We ordered the Special ramen (pork) and Vietnamese pho (chicken). They first came with one bowl and said it's chicken.we could see it's pork they just won't agree.then after much discussion they finally enquired and corrected that indeed it was pork not chicken. They themselves don't know what they are serving.after all that they added extra service charges of Rs. 70! We asked to remove it they tried to persuade us to give it after much saying they finally Removed.what is this behaviour? The Ambience is nice no doubt but the service is pathetic.don't even think of getting a buffet here.
Food quality is really worst, Donot go there, mineral water priced 55/ in place of 20/-, they should be punished for this because it's just a normal catagory restaurant.
We have visited here before and enjoyed the experience a lot, but recently the overall food quality and staff we'll behaviour has reduced significantly which should be check as it will impact the long standing of this resturant.
Fantastic place to get Tokyo vibes. Very authentic Asian food. Cream cheese dumplings are a must try along with the prawn dish on their buffet if you're not allergic to shellfish. The interiors are a perfect low key anime setup with your fav doracake on the dessert menu. Plz visit. Also manager ShaoniSen is a sweetheart. Love the place.
P. S. I'm a sushi fanatic and critic. This is one of the best sushi I can expect in India.
We had a 14 member team gathering for lunch. Most food items are very good. Pork and chicken starter dishes are very good. Service is not up to the mark. Items took long time to arrive.
Worst asian food i have ever tasted in Kolkata. The flavors of the dishes were inconsistent, and none of them lived up to our expectations. The skewer starters were decent, but the prawn dumplings and pork bao were particularly disappointing. I'd recommend trying Momo I Am or Chowman for much better dumplings and baos. Even the ramen was so unsatisfying that we couldn't finish it.
Worst Asian food in Kolkata.skewer starter was the only dish which was decent but apart from that, everything was bad - dumplings, bao, sushi, dry chili chicken. The taste of the Ramen was so bad that we couldn't even finish it. Even the taste of their speciality - Mochi Ice Cream was also very pathetic.
An earnest request to all of you - avoid this restaurant if you don't have enough money to waste and enough time to spoil your and your friend's mood.
Great restaurant! Transports you to a feel of street food in countries like Japan, Thailand and more. The deserts are great and the best part along with tbe buffet! There is Raamune too. The dora cakes are a must. And the mochi ice cream!
I would say food was good. Cost ok to what we ate. Service was little slow but overall experience was more or less OK. I would urge the owners to start buffet over weekends and not just weekdays.
