Sir, I am your regular customer and last week I desire some exceptional item for memento based on Kolkata and fortunitely your representative on axis mall presto Mr. Monojit mondal has given a very oriental and beautiful memento on stone which was presented ex- Hon'le Governor on our celebration day. Personally Governor and all the degates appreciate so much that I can't express in words. Thanks to your company specially Mr. Monojit who is very responsible and outstanding creative one.

My first experience with Axis Mall Presto went wrong. I have given them a PEN to mention name on it on 08-03-2022 and O was told that by the Evening 10th I will get it. I have been charged for Rs. 200/-.

I visited the store on 11th afternoon as I have to hand over the gift on 11th evening.

After visiting there I came to know that the item is not ready yet. I didn't get any call from them about non complition JOB.

Then I connected customer care, I have been assured that by the evening I will get a call from them, when I followed up with customer care, they asked me to call them.

They don't bother to inform, they don't bother to call.

Presto is not only Monopoly, Presto is now blacklisted from my preference and reference.

Good place to get custom gifts especially if you are looking for printed souvenirs. They have multiple options for surfaces to print on. However it may take a day or too if you need holograms or other complicated print. I have found some good decoration pieces also. They do not print photos on paper though. Their prices are reasonable but higher compared to other non branded players. But they have good quality print output. Most popular and common surface they use is ceramic. It is better to provide your own fabric if you want t shirt print as sizes and colours may not be available.

Excellent service and variety of products. Sales and design team are excellent and akways tries to give their best towards customer satisfaction. Really had a great experience.

Store opening timing showing incorrect here. According to them it is 12 noon. Also the mobile number given here, they never pick up the call. I visited the place in morning 11: 10 and that is a waste of time.

The store is a fantastic one having plethora of gift items. The sales person are cordial and helpful. Nice experience so far as a frequent customer.
