This was our 4th event with BABUL caterer.so চেনা বামুন এর পইতে লাগে না. Although i must admit that this was the best one. The quality of food, the service, behavior of waiters, manager, and also special thanks to ‘shadow’ who was great help during the event. I highly recommend Babul Caterer for any special occasion.

I attended a birthday party last night catered by Babul Caterer, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, and the menu was exquisite. Every dish was a delight to the taste buds, Specially Grilled Bhetki was excellent and the staff's professionalism added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend Babul Caterer for their outstanding service and delicious cuisine. They truly made the celebration memorable!

I entrusted my daughter's birthday party to Babul Caterer. Both the decoration and the food were very good. I didn't have to think about anything at all. Especially my daughter's favorite theme was also beautifully done by their artist. Anyone can close their eyes and give them responsibility.

Excellent catering service with top notch quality and quantity of food. I have booked them for my luxury house warming party and their services and catering made it more grand. From starters to main course, from fresh fruit juice to delicious mocktail, from indian food to mughlai, from Indian sweets to continental dessert they have huge variety of menu's to choose. It's worth to have this catering service for any upcoming event as their service and food quality and quantity and decor is awesome. Highly Recommend.

Really it was an amazing experience to have unique services from Babul Caterer. On 17 th January 2023 they have served on the marriage occasion of my daughter Dr Taparati. There was over 500 (five hundred) guests attended the ceremony. Each and everyone expressed their happiness towards quality of food as well as behaviour of all the staff members engaged for the same. Even more than the adequate staff were engaged for smooth functioning.
We wish every success of Babul Caterer and definitely I will not think anyone other than Babul Caterer.

I cannot give Babul caterer anything short of 5 stars.
They had done the full catering (3 days) at my wedding. We had guests not only from Kolkata but from outside of India too, so we needed a menu that is Indian yet not hot (jhaal) yet tasty. I think this is a difficult task to achieve but Babul caterer did it PERFECTLY!
All my guests were SUPERRRR happy and till date talk about the good food they had.
In-addition I'm super satisfied with the service they provided.

I had a wonderful experience with babul caterer on my sister's wedding. Their service is extraordinary, people called me the day after to appreciate the food nd the service. Service boys were always roaming around to offer starters and mocktails and also to pick up empty plates. The food was amazing from the starters to main course and the desserts. We customised our menu so many times and they were happy to do so. They have managers and supervisors to check.

Awasome food, today attended a wedding reception where Babul Caterer was in charge of the catering service. I tried out most of the items and I must say that the food was absolutely delicious. Dalmakhni with rumali roti, pan-fried fish, chicken rezala needs special mention.

Matchless food quality. Guests commented that Mutton Biriyani, Galda Chingri and Bhetki Paturi were comparable to none they have eaten so far. Service and presentation were par excellence. Fresh Orange juice offered on a scooped orange peel was a star item. Friends, dont go to any other caterer as only Babul Caterer can satisfy you at this reasonable rate such costly menu. Our guests can not stop praising "Babul'. Try "Babul". Your guests will make you feel special.

I know Babul Caterer from the time they arranged the grand birthday party for me in early 90's. Pintu Barman, rather I call him Mama is part of my family. 14 years ago, he arranged my elder sister's wedding which is still considered as an example. This year, on December 1st, he arranged my wedding and he did that as if he is doing it for his own daughter. He is very patient and a good listener. We had such nice communication that whatever I had planned, he made the exact replica of it. He gave my opinions such importance that I hardly spent any time to explain him anything. Pintu mama and his entire team is a great example of teamwork and trust. They are so reliable that one does not need to think twice. They are extremely good at their work and services. They are very open to new ideas and execute them so nicely.

The materials they use for decoration and the taste of food is commendable. The team is very cordial and they take care every little things.

Lastly they top on their behaviour and quality.

Thank you will be an understatement for making my wedding the memorable one.

They provide highest level of customer service. We had 2 significantly large gathering (500+) serviced by them and we are completely satisfied with the treatment from start to end. It was an excellent experience as a host since all guests were more than satisfied with the spread and quality of the food. What I have liked most is the ambiance they create with the dress of the people supporting the service matching the theme of the food and occasion. We had very good experience with pricing as well since we found it very reasonable compared to the market and the service we have received.
