Food is A1. Service is very vert slow. Ambience is fine and cozy. But at times not so good.

Very dirty seats, stains all over, the service is quite slow and the food doesn't taste good.

When i visited the sofas were too dirty and the bathroom was very smelly and tacy
But the staff said renovation work is going on upstairs and they will change the entire interior.
For my visit the price that i paid was not worth it.
I hope they will come back with a good ambience

The food is nice but the service is super slow. The decor is good but the atmosphere and the menu just do not match. (It's like the theme of the place and the menu are completely different)

I personally loved their Ambience and Food Quality. Hope they will maintain and upgrade both Quantity and Quantity with time. ️

I went their toh get some nice flavour of shisha but nufortunately they didn't make that good shisha compare to others. If you want to spend late night over their then ofcourse it's open till 4 am in the morning but I didn't like the shisha smoke so if you are only looking for some good shisha I won't recommend it. But I must say service and waiter was good. As they tried to fix the shisha but it didn't get fixed as much smoke I wanted.

It's awesome cafe also their food quality is good as well as shakes are really mind blowing

Superb service and loved the ambiance. Staffs are pro active and the best part is that they seek for customers.

Great ambience. Shakes are yum. A bit over priced. Pizza could have been a little better in taste.

The ambiance was overwhelming and staff were very helpful and well-mannered. I loved the food. The quality of food is quite good and taste of food was awesome. I personally loved the place.

The set up is so good, it's kinda cosy, somebody can easily devide a plate among three ppl nd surely a perfect place for friends nd couples to hangout!

Beautiful ambience, food quality is good, in one line I will say a this is not a overrated place but a overpriced place. Very good place for couple. Staffs familiar. Only cash payment and UPI payment is available, Card Not Accepted.

Bad sound quality. And compare to the service and quality of the caffe the food is costly.

Overall it's a very good place to hang out. Kabab is delicious you can try that. For the budget section you have to pay slightly more than the average cafe.

Bacaara is bekaar place to visit service is pathetic prices are too high not worth it at all!

Wonderful place. Seating arrangements are really comfortable. Couple friendly. You can also come with a group of friends. I would definitely love to visit this place again.

I opted for take out and got pizza in vertical packet and slices were one on one. On asking the staff packed the pizza with cello tape and tore the tapes from his teeth and on again asking for a better way out they said they don't have any solution. The pizza toppings were all over the box other than on pizza.

Good ambience. Cozy place. Good for you if you like loud music. Food is amazing. From the beverages section only go for the shakes and smoothies. Coffee is not at all what you'd expect from a cafe. I would have given a three star just because of the awful coffee but then I should not be that harsh and the rest of the food dishes were delicious.

The place has a awesome service. I just loved the place. The staffs are also very helpful.

Poor service. We ordered 2 starters which came after one hour. The quantity was also quite less. The interior is good. They have a pool area at the ground floor which was nice but the space was compact. Overall my experience was average.

The place is only ok. The best thing about the place is that you can sit/sleep like you do on a bed. The temperature was set so low during my visit, that it made me miss my blanket. Service is not that great. You'll be waiting for a long time for your orders even when there is little rush. You'll see the waitresses leave by 8: 30-9: 00. They'll leave in front of you with their bags and that'll make you feel like it's already too late.

Staff is very stuffborn, as I own one coupon from book my show no were mentioned in website that I have sit and eat to use the coupon, I asked to pack my food and want to eat at home but they donot allow to pack, what is the big difference if I sit and eat or take home

Located next to DN mitra ground. This cafe is easy to located. This 4 floored cafe is one to watch for. The interiors in each floor is very different and amazing decorated. My personal fav is the roof top one which gives an amazing warmth ambience in the evening.
This places serves variours types of cuisines from chinese to thai. The place has almost 80+ seating facility. Suitable for private events and screening is also available.
Now lets talk about the food
Beverage-Water Melon Aqua Fresca: the taste of watermelon blends amazingly and it was really tasty.
Tender Coconut Mojito: the presention was really good. The mojito was amazing.
Peach Ice Team: this iced tea was really lipsmacking and refreshing.
Mixed Berry Shake: i highly recommed this. This is really tasty
Mango Mule: The flavour of this mocktail was nice. The freshness of mango flavours.
SoupFrench Onion Soup: this soup was one of my favourite. Loved the taste. Highly recommended
Continental Appetize
Peri Peri Chicken Wings: the chicken wings tossed with bbq sauce and peri peri. This tasted amazing
Popcorn Chicken: crunchy and very tasty. Easy to go and have. Its avery quick bite appetizer.
Asian Appetizer
Crispy Potato in Teriyaki Sauce: probably the best veg appetizer you can have, the teriyaki sauce blends well.
Smoked Thai Chili Chicken: this chilli chicken flavour was very different and tasty the thai flavours was good.
Continental Main
Catalan Cottage Cheese Tower: this was one of my favourite dish. The cottage cheese was well cooked and delicious.
Chicken Stroganoff: this russian dish was perfect the chicken was perfect.
Asian Main
Pad Thai Noodles Chicken: loved the dish so much, the noodles was great and perfectly cooked.
Chinese SpecialOrange and Basil Chicken: this dish was very tasty and perfect favours,

will be visiting soon again

The place is good with lovely couch styled seating arrangements. The waiter was a bit much aggresive on getting more orders. Overall a nice place to hangout with friends and with family too

Decor and interior is good.
Location is good.
Sheekh kabab was good
Lemon honey green tea was good.

What we didn't like are: -
1. Staff were busy talking to themselves and your staffs don't smile.not at all cordial.
2. Music was too loud.
3. I odored chicken Rashmi butter masala it was too oily, you don't serve onion or pickle with north Indian dish, I asked for a green chilli and the staff said no we don't serve chilli, onion.you don't have option of green salad in your menu card.
4. Washroom was not clean.
5. The seat (sofa) were we sat were torn.
6. Food serving time was too long.

This place is very good for waiting bt to spend quality tym with friends is really very bad. Their are many reasons to say this.
1. The cafe is out of staff, i think this is the only place where u need to go to the billing counter to call the staffs.
2. The staffs of the cafe are so professional that they don't have idea about the menu.
3. The staff will take your order and will forget that they haven't served the same.
4. The cafe is not having all the items in the menu, basically they aren't having the basic food item like pizza (I mean it's their on the menu but when you order it it's not available)
5. The waiting time for food is nearly around 45 mins for food, and 20 mins for hookah, and the staff forgets about coal change.
6. They need around 20 mins to print a bill.
7. The manager tell to pay for the bill without producing one.
8. The food is good but when u reorder or place some other order then please be comfortable to sit for around 40 minutes to have the order that too if you are lucky enough.
9. The cafe is out of staffs, like they have only 3 staff I guess that even they don't have the idea about zomato gold.
10. By chance if the managers friend is present then his friend would be looking into your order and you won't even be able to find the manager.
11. The chappal for washroom is broken, like I have to wear a broken footwear to go to washroom.

And now still if u want to have a experience of waiting time in banks, you can visit this place for sure. Its not even worth 1 star.
