Primarily meant for the trade of paddy, this popular market caters to the local people's everyday need. The thing I found most worthy of mention is the food-item called 'Telebhaja' in Bengali. They are very fresh, tasty and don't cause any digestion problem. The 'Telebhaja' stalls of Kolkata are no match for them, that I can assure you all.
