Baisakhi Sangha

One of the oldest club of Tollygunge locality. Established on the first day of Bengali New Year (Poila Baisakh) hence the name Baisakhi Sangha. It has got a very good table tennis coaching facility and mutli gym as well. Many famous table tennis players have practiced here including Olympian Poulomi Ghatak. National Table Tennis Coach Mr. Tapan Chandra use to give coaching here. Affiliate to WBTTA and organises state level Table Tennis Tournaments as well. Carrom and Cards playing facility is available for general and life members. The club also organises various social activities like Blood Donation Camp, Health Checkup, Eye Checkup Camps, etc. Also Club support local people in time of their needs. Every weekday evening and sunday afternoon all members gather together to spend some quality time in the club premises. The Club is also available for rent at a very nominal charge for organising various family functions like Marriage, Birthday party, etc.
