Staffs are ok but whenever you ask any item from catelogue you will get nothing…. Service is too bad

I ordered handi mutton.
Instead of handi mutton they gave me different dish…
They didnt even know what is handi mutton.
They told me that the name is handi mutton bt they dont cook the dish in handi…they cook it in kadhai.
Handi mutton is a bihari style mutton dish.

I take parcel from them two chicken biryani and chilli paneer. All the foods are rotten. Smelling bad. Do not take any foods from them. It's disgusting. I am sick due to this bad foods

I'll rate this place medium as I've visited restaurants much better than this. Food quality was overall good. But the menu was useless. There was no option as a starter. There were some famous dishes missing in the card. It could have been better. But it was okay. I'll personally recommend going somewhere else.

Chicken Handi was too sweet and Chicken Kosha was another awful bite. All in all, please avoid unless all the restaurants in the area are closed.

I suggest you absolutely do not try these dishes.

It was one of the most dreadful edperiences. We ordered Mutton biriyani and it wasthe worst of all i ever had. The quantity is very low (barely enough for one person per plate). Mutton was too small.taste was.total waste of money. And the Kadhai chicken was nothing but chicken in some tasteless sweet gravy
The staff moreover.had no sense of time.they kept us waiting for 45 mins.and the behaviour also was very rough.

Nice location, good behaviour of staffs, fast serving, interior is hygiene maintained. Food quality is okh. Overall a good restaurant to dine in, delivery or take out. I liked it.

Food is moderate but staffs are so bad. The waiters aren't helpful, behavior just like abominable. Food test decreasing day by day. I don't prefer to go there

Totally waste of my money today first time I came in barasat for official purpose and here I ordered chicken biryani costing 170 and trust me friends Totally worst biryani I ever ate chicken piece was rotten and smells like it was made one week ago. Local people should complain about there service

আজ প্রথম গেছিলাম বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে। ফ্রাইড রাইস আর চিলি চিকেন অর্ডার করা হয়েছিল। চিলি চিকেনে এত্ত পরিমাণে নুন ছিল (নতুন কেউ প্রথমবার রান্না করলেও মনে হয় এত নুন দেয়না) যে খাওয়াই যাচ্ছিলনা। আর ফ্রাইড রাইসের স্বাদ অতীব জঘন্য ছিল, ফ্রাইড রাইসএর মধ্যকার গোটা গোটা চিনি মুখের মধ্যে পড়ছিল খাওয়ায় সময়। বৈশাখী restaurant এর থেকে এমনটা আশা করা যায়না। প্রথম দিনই এত বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে যে দ্বিতীয় বার যাবার প্রশ্নই ওঠে না।

Behavior of the staff was not appropriate. They were rude when asked to reduce the temperature of the room.

I ate biriyani today not good at all. The chicken has some bad smell. Maybe a week or more old chicken. I don't recommend it at all.

AMBIENCE IS GOOD, TASTE OF THE FOOD ISN'T THE SAME EVERYTIME, HOSPITALITY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE IMPROVED FOR BETTER RATINGS. WATER IS OFFERED BY THE WAITERS EVERYTIME BUT IT IS NOT AT ALL BEING SERVED IN THE TABLE. ONE HAS TO ASK FOR IT FOR AT LEAST TWO TIMES. IN THAT CASE, IT BECOMES NO SENSE TO OFFER IF IT IS NOT SERVED. EXPECTING TO PUT GOOD REVIEW NEXT TIME.

Ambience is Ok. Food is good, tasty and cheap in rate. But managing of customers can be improved more. But it is a good place to visit, must try out this restaurant for once.

Very poor experience, ordered food worth Rs. 2260 but all were heavily salty. Behavior of the staffs were very poor.

Served rotten chicken biriyani today (two special, one normal), totally worthless, we have to fast for rest of the night, no option for giving zero star so 1 star, this restaurant used to be good once upon a time, now that's history, we have kept all the rotten items to return the same tomorrow morning. Feeling disgusted. Local administration should look into the matter.

Excellent resturant at Barasat coloney more. The food quality is very good but the price is high.
