One of my favorite place to eat anything near by keshtopur. Good food great kitchen staff. And Price are also reasonable. Always prefer to take home delivery by there their delivery staff rather then zomato &, Swgige because they have changed extra cost on food even delivery too.

The snacks available in evening is very good. Worth every single penny. However I didn't not find the momo to be delicious. Fried items and kebab are tasty. The kebab are very affordable. And the crispy chicken popcorn is way more cheap than KFC.

The taste of food, quality, price, quantity etc everything is good. Only need to be more hygienic

This place is always my go to place when i want to eat outside. The food is good quality and the quantity is good. I have more or less tried all the dishes and i love all the dishes

Just Order and Enjoy the dishes. You can seat and eat and gossip too. Take way is preferred, you can save Zomato delivery charges. Bala entertains some offer on order, try order now. "বলুন কী লাগবে? " (What do you need today?).

They deliver wrong items most of the times and this has been happening for years. Still won’t improve.

Keeps stale food that can cause food poisoning. Until n unless they aren't told to cook properly they don't serve well cooked food.

Good option for take away not for dine-in. The food quality was good with a reasonable price. Several combo offers are also available.

Do not eat any tanduri and kebab items from here.total waste of money.u will get uncooked and unbolied chicken with some masala (Spices)

This is a very popular restaurant in kestopur. There are many varieties of item present at very reasonable cost. The taste of all the items are really good.

Review of 2020: Didn't like the taste of the combo's.

There service is very very poor.they can't deliver the food even an hour.they are repeatedly asking me to wait.

Previously, in the 2019&2020, this place was the cheap and best option on Zomato. We bachelors, students and employees had only one option and that was Bala Kitchen. Decent food, fresh quality and cheap price!
But suddenly, around mid 2020 it hiked the prices, that was okay. Their food were still amazing.
Recently, Feb 2021 I ordered my old favorite Biryani and Chaap, I was disappointed.
The prices are quite increased, and the quality has been degraded from earlier. My friend also ordered Roti & Chicken Kassa, he was also unhappy with the food quality.
Sad to see one of my most favorite restaurants in such a condition.

I am a regular customer of this take away restaurant. This is today's menu. Chicken steam momo.

I ordered chicken biryani today (01/09/20) from this restaurant. Food completely wrost, bad smelling. It was stale and nasty food. I was started omitting. Not sure why they are delivering this kind of very bad quality food for customers. I am completely disappointed of food quality. Not going to ever order from this restaurant. They should check before delivering. It is harmful for health. Completely wastage of money. I thrown out this food.

Good quality food. Haven't been there personally but have tasted many if their dishes and combos and they were really delicious and mouth watering. Among the many orders via zomato I liked the Chicken Hakka noodles with chili chicken combo very much. The price is nominal with a great sense of taste. The price is really very low for the quality of food they serves. Keep it up Bala's kitchen. Do visit them.
