Received gurer rosgolla today very hard, difficult to believe same delivered from Reputed Balaam Mullick.

Worst Balaram in the city. They actually stole one of my packets. And when I reported no action was taken. Not recommended. Bunch of thieves running this outlet.

Sweets and snacks are awesome. Baked rosogolla deserves a special mention. No doubt it is one of the finest sweet shop chains in Kolkata serving the most authentic and legendary Bengali sweets. Those who want to pack sweet items and fly outstation can get them properly packed for flight purpose on special request. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kolkata.

Nice Infrastructure and Good Quality Products. Prices are a bit on the higher side. But still a nice experience.

They take GST on sweets and charge for the carry bag where Balaram mallick is written. Very over rated.

Sweets are not that good compared to the cost of them. But the environment is good enough to sit and have sweets. The behaviour of the service peoples are also good.

Sweets are good and also the mishti doi. They have a good packaging service. Enjoy the Bengal delicacy

Visited the place for the first time, a really big gallery for the sweet lovers. They have a great variety of sweets, I am not a big fan of sweets but still i would say the taste of sweets i really like. The variety of sweets they have i didn't even know the name of all sweets. A really unique collection of sweets, the price range starts from Rs. 20 and it is worth.

Staff does not maintain basic hygiene. Cough and sneeze over sweets while packing. One of the most unhygienic stores in Kolkata.

Highly overpriced nolen gurer sandesh at 35 per piece but cheese paneer cutlet was awesome and delicious in taste. The place is famous for baked sweet items and fusion sweets. A plenty of vegetable snacks are available here like peas kachauri, paneer cutlet. They also sell pastry and nolen gur. This outlet is located near Rathtala Bazaar, Naktala.

Very nice. Snacks, too are more delicious than the rest. Provisions for handwashing and sitting are pretty good. Only, the costs of the foodstuff could be brought down to some extent, so that, even the middle class community customers could also afford to taste the delicacies.

This review is not directed towards the quality of the sweets and the savories, but towards the staff. The service has worsened with time, the staff are not at all well taught as to how to respond. There's a long wait time, there is one girl at the counter, who, instead of printing bills, is more interested in her chat with one of her male co-workers. The administration should look into the operations of the Naktala outlet. Yes, you may have high sales, but in the long run, if you do not carry out a qualitative assessment of your staff, then business will suffer. Perhaps, you should be well-acquainted with the theories of Taylor and Mayo, if not, read them up, and employ and manage staff along those lines. The globalised world focuses on corporate structures, if the base of that structure is brittle, then it shall crumble. Your quality of sweets is the best, but your incompetent staff shall continue to be a great pain. Do employ capable people, not lax ones who specialise in peccadilloes.

The main reason to give the 4 is, In rathtahla there are no other standerd quality sweet shop exist, also I felt this branch is not like other branches, if u ask them about particular sweet they have less patience.

Sweets are no doubt good but the handlers are careless about wearing masks properly and they are not using tongs or spatula to lift the Sweets rather using their hands.

Pathetic behaviour from all staffs.no one even give response to any queries.price tags r not there in sweets.they take money according to their wish.they hand high infact very high priced bills after packaging.worst service. I will never visit again.never.and will suggest everyone not to waste single penny there.worst.

Overhyped sweet shop. If one have tasted various sweets across West Bengal, for them nothing special in this shop. Rather, Some of the employees behaviour are very rude.specially towards elderly people.

A few Staff must improve behavior.

Price tags must be there. This helps to reduce staff work load and may lead to better service.

Also they need more staff during peak hours. The shop opens too late, well past 10 am. For a sweet shop, which sells snacks, opening early is a necessity. Many would like to buy breakfast and puja sweets in the morning.

Regarding quality, taste and hygiene, Balaram Mallick is 5 star.

My first time visit is very satisfactory. Well decorated & clean place. You will get variety of sweet & snack items over here Staffs are very helpful. But the price tag on sweets & snacks is missing. I don't know why!

I have visited today your Shop at Naktala, Garia.

I have purchased 2 pack of Roshmalai of 400g & 600g which equals to 1kg, But the service I have got is Pathetic in terms of packaging, your ppl have done the seal in such a way that all the milk came out from both the sealed packet and got a real time worst experience from BRM. Would give you negative star if got any option in social media.

We do any purchase with your hard earned money and you have wasted all those Happiness and money too.

I would like to rate u negative if I had option.worst service.hell lot overpriced.price not labelled.worst service. I bought sweets from ur rashbehari branch by swiggy Zomato many times.but visiting physically gave me worst experience.
