Nice and cosy place to buy sweets, confectioners, tiffin items etc, mouthwatering taste, prices a bit high but quality is good. Situated near Jadubabur bazaar, bhawanipur.

The main store at Bhowanipore, Kolkatta was stocked with various varieties of sweets and savouries. Was difficult I'm choosing which of those. A complete array of delicacies. Worth visiting if you have a sweet tooth.

Behaviour is not good. Also billing system is disgusting, you have to maneuver from this counter to that.
But food is GOOD, which makes you to disregard their connivance.

Edited (after consuming all the variety I bought) : Most ordinary sweets, certainly not bad. But such quality is available in my near by good shops. Considering that atleast 2/3 or 66% OVERPRICED. Mostly of these Calcutta sweet shops run by name and brand. They monetize it ruthlessly, afterall what we eat is not brand but the food itself.

An old traditional sweetmeat shop in Kolkata. Apart from a wide variety of sweets the sweetness is just appropriate unlike many bengali sweet meat shop. Good quality, do keep it up.

Yesterday only I visited trust me really good though price is little higher but taste is awesome ️

The most comprehensive sweet shop in bengal. Authentic sweets. A large spread of sweets. The hygiene of this store is a bit of a concern.

Whatever I tried, it blew my mind. Especially the baked doi and baked roshogolla. The price is absolutely reasonable for what they offer but the taxes seem little extra. And this outlet near paddapukur never disappoints, they mostly have everything in stock while the other outlets lacks that.

Very big shop with lots of variety sweets and pastries. You can also get few snacks options there. You can definitely give a visit if you're in the area

Rasamali is extremely watery compared any reputed shops in Kolkata. The jwalbhora sandesh sweetness need to be reduced.

Staff behviour is very bad.even single star is not appropriate.the authorities should monitor this.very bad experience.

Quality products, Reasonable price, easy acceseble position for purchasing not only sweets but also cakes, Ghee and other items. I prefer this shop for every person.

As far as my experience is concerned, the company is over-rated. We have ordered matarsutir Katuri, alurdam, cholar dal, panir chop, jal bhara Sandesh and gulapjamun and these was a bulk order. Unfortunately when we taste those majority found as ordinary except panir chap. Alur dam was tasteless just like road side shop, matarsutir kachuri and cholar dal were so so. Jal bhara Sandesh was just like other sweet shop of Kolkata. But panir chap and gulapjamun were quite good. Hence, I felt that stuff are quite expensive compare to the quality.

All the sweets and desserts are extremely tasty. Don't miss fried rasogolla it's heaven and must try is blue berry dahi and mango dahi

Massive and sprawling sweet & dessert store located in Bhowanipore with one of the most varied forms of sweets and desserts available. The baked sweets available here are just awesome and hence the store leaves behind many sweet stores in kolkata as well as India.
Also, snacks pastries Chinese as well as bengali (short) meals are available here.
Prices are reasonable. The USPS of the store is their hygiene and quality which has been maintained since years now.
Must try their various kinds of CURD.

Visitited again Dec 2019: same taste. But no place to sit and enjoy. The one drawback.

I grew up very near to this place 70 years ago. When I visit Kolkata every year from USA, I never fail to go this place to buy sweets.because they are the best in Kolkata.

I love their dab sandesh, mango souffle, baked rosogolla and baked mihidana. Other than these each and every sweet is very unique and top class.

They are continuously improving and improvising over the years. A real treat for sweet conausers. They are truly holding high the brand of Bengali sweets.

I encountered Poor quality control on 2 occasions in 3 months. Earlier it was smelly rasgulla in tinned pack and today one of their sweets had a small dead insect in-between, on being complained they shamelessly said it's not possible. Now sitting far can't afford to visit again and throw it on their faces.

It is a overrated shop according to me. Sweets are undoubtedly tasty and have varieties. But Finishing, staff behavior is neither professional nor humble.

Asked for sweet bhoondi they gave mashed laddu.
Had a PC's of veg burger there and the bread was quite hard, simply uneatable, asked the staff to either try to eat the same or replace it with a fresh one but they dint agreed and microwaved and gave back.

Amazing sweet collection. Was disappointed that I didn't get rasagula at 10 PM because I was told that Kolkata might even run out of water but never out of rasagulas. Downside is the parking space, avoid coming by car.
