All sweet and snack items are excellent. Taste is next level. But all items are too expensive. In addition, they charge GST also.

As usual superb place. Varities of sweets available. Tastes are just awesome Different snacks are also available. U can also eat there. There sweet curd is also very tasty Staffs are very helpful & well behaved

The old man at the cash counter is very rude, and the price of sweets is high, an additional tax is also added but they don't display it in the showcase of sweets.the overall experience was not good.

Visited just now.ordered for two pcs. Radhaballavi. They charged me ₹50+12%GST that is ₹56/- for two small Radha's along with two small pieces of aludom. Totally tasteless, bland and hard to chew. Running the show only by marketing their brand. We can get far better ones at local shops at almost one third of this price. Will never visit again

I am pained to comment like this. Singara we bought today were stale and the stuffing was slimy. Never expected this from this brand. Have lost our trust in Balaram, Broad Street.

It took me 3 days to order as the website didn’t work. Once the order was placed and the payment made I was relieved. However, the order was shipped without Mishti Doi. On enquiring I was told that it was held back (I was not informed) and it would be shipped on a Monday to ensure prompt fresh delivery. A week later nothing had arrived and on enquiring it seems they have not shipped anything. A complete farce and and very poor customer service. Do not trust their online service as they are unreliable and irresponsible. I don’t even know if I will get my money back.

Balaram Mullick and Radharaman Mullick is one of best shop of sweet item in the south Kollata, West Bengal, India. It is situated at Bullygunj phanri, Kolkata. It is on the Bondel road which starts from bullygunj phanri leading to the bondel gate. Various sweet items are available there, but price is comparatively high. The shop is famous of its kind.

Today In my first visit. I found the employee of that store are very casual. When I entered the shop. Nobody attand me. The both male employees was busy in his mobile set. I am standing for 5 min than one of the employee ask me what do you want. When I protest against his casual behaviour than he told me. Jo KARNA HAI KAR LENA. I am very disappointed and not satisfied. It is the service delivered by BALARAM MALLICK BALLYGUNGE STORE.

Please do try baked roshogolla/rasgulla from this place, it is surely not gonna disappoint anyone.

Experience Gariahat branch Balaram Mullick & radharaman mullick not very good.stuff are good but sweet quality not good enough also nor than other branches. When eat the sweet feel not fresh, apparently of there price isvery high that's not expected. My Humble request to the authority of the shop please do some action of this matter because that brunch is situated center of kolkata.

Okay! Here it comes, Best place. Authenticated by Foodka himself. Try the madafakah Baked Rosogolla. I repeat madafakah Baked Rosogolla. Their speciality. There are so many other types of sweets and snacks available also. Btw sweets are very fresh.

This one at Ballygaunge Phari. Expensive brand (obviously). But worth it. Each and every sweet is better than the other. LOTS of different varieties with Unique flavors. Enjoy some unique sweets during occasional indulgences.

Wow. Where to start. If u love eating bengali sweets, this is the place where u need to be. No badges reqd for this place. T2 has already recommended this place as the hub of bengali sweets. I have been there and I loved it. Tasty and mouth watering but pocket pinching if u hate spending money on sweets or food.

Very innovative sweet Maker.both the quality and quantity are great.
Price wise it's on the higher side.
Apart from that it's a very good Bengali sweet shop.

Besides the wide & innovative range of mithais, they keep on experimenting for all possible tastes, to keep one guessing about new new varieties everytime. Ofcourse they are costlier than average and one step up!

Situated in a very good location but the sweets they sell are exceptionally costly compared to other sweet shops

It's a fusion bengali sweet shop. I am a regular visitor of this shop. Their sweets cannot be compared with any other shops in India

If you are from outside kolkata and looking for best shops then this one is of the best! Varieties many, delicious indeed, tastes are too good, prices starts from Rs 15 each piece. Pineapple sandesh, rose sandesh, baked rasogollah, misti doi are my favourites. Try them!

I have ordered Gulab Jamun from Balaram Mullick and Radharaman Mullick, Kasba Shop, the gulab jamun was rotten, and their store keeper and customer agent are very arrogant, never buy food from them

U will get fresh sweets and cake available here including GST which they add on their products. This store has been renovated and looks good.

Great sweets in general but it lacked what I would have expected from one the oldest sweet shops in the city.

It is one of the old and famous sweet shop in Kolkata. It is a bengali sweet shop. It is more than 100 years old sweet shop. The quality of sweets is very good. Price is also reasonable compare to quantity. They have multiple branches in Kolkata. You must visit this shop when you are in Kolkata. Thank you.

The staffs are very rude and doesn't know how to behave and talk to the customer's, even the security guard.

Quality of sweet is good. But I find this shop little over hyped. The price is quite high. The USP of this shop is in their variety. There are at least 15 20 typed of sandesh to choose from.

I always visit the Ballygunge phari store. Which is one of the best place and easily accessible from central kolkata. Just opposite lane of the Ballygunje Dhaba. You get all famous Bengali sweets there. And the best of all is their mishti doi and chocolate sandesh collection. You will love it. Even the snacks are vegan and yummy.

Love the sweets here. But the freshness is not always giuaranteed. This is disappointing considering the pricing and reputation of this shop

A shop where you can get a variety of sweets and snacks of excellent quality with good staff service and billing arrangements. A bit expensive one but yes a good taste indeed. Nice experience having tried new type of sweets.

Good bengali sweets. Has some special ones that are not available elsewhere. Price is higher than average sweet price at other shops in Kolkata but it pays off as the quality is very good.

The counter guys were not very proactive to attend customers, the individual sweet items should have a price/rate and sweet name tag to make it more easier.sweets quality are excellent.

Great location. Near to my place. Easy accessible. Cash and card both accepted. Different types of sweet available. Loved the ice cream sandesh and are the favorites. Unfortunately the pineapple cakes are not available. Definitely a must visit place for the sweetooth people.
