Extremely overpriced, I'll file a case for sure they charged me 80 rupees for a normal drinking water bottle worth of 20

Did'nt like the food that much. Price was also increased when i visited on 19th Oct. Service was up to up. But they need to change the food plates as it most of them are getting black spots and scratches on them.

The food quality has deteriorated so much. Mutton Biriyani at 390 + gst. Low quantity. Tastes less than roadside biriyani of ₹90. Small piece of motton with lot of bones. Once I asked to change the piece of motton, the service boy gave a strict side eye as if not willing to change. I recommend not to waste your hard earned money here. It is only for foolish "boroloks".

Not a good experience. We went on sasthi and horribpe experience. May be due to puja pressure but that horrible. Taste was not usual and even ac was not working properly.

Balle Balle Dhaba Food quality has detoriated tremendously.

We ordered
Paneer Tikka ₹300 per plate cost: had no capsicum no onion. Only had 5 piece of paneer with 2-3 tomato. Taste was bland.

Dal Makhni: The taste was bland again as in the chef never bother to add any spices or salt.

Mixed Kulcha: It had only potato so why charge for mixed Kulcha (I could have ordered potato which was cheaper) and it had so much maida. I don't think the cook know how Kulcha are cooked in North India

Butter Nan: Same Thick Nan. Not at all worth the price.

Cold Drink: They charge ₹70 for 1 glass which had no soda at all. Probably they served from 2 litre bottle. Even a roadside dhaba gives 750 ml pet bottle which can have appropriate Soda

Conclusion: I am never wasting my money on Balle Balle Dhaba. They really need to check their food, chef and serving staff.

Visited there on midnight of Saptami. Expecting good quality of food during durga puja rush is foolishness.

But they were different. Loved their food.

Would like to visit soon

We ordered reshmi kabab (it's hard some pieces, pahari kabab, garlic nun, again it's not upto theke mark, chicken lababdar is also okay in taste.

Good for late night dinner with minimum expectation of variety and quality food. Taste of all food ordered were okay kind. Service is very poor. Lazy waiter.

Very very poor taste n service. Its Cheating with the people who are seeking for Punjabi taste. Chole was like Chana Dal etc etc

Worst experience. The place is so unhygienic, staff's service was pathetic. Glasses were stinging very badly. Food was not good according to their prices. No care about sanitization at all. Poor management too.

Me and my family went there during Durga Puja. We ordered 2 naans at first and then we ordered 1 more but the waiter brought 2 naans. We asked him to give us one, he did and took away the other. When we got the bill, it amounted to 3000 which was not a problem at all but there were 4 naans in the bill. When we talked to the waiters, they insisted that we took 4 naans. We had an altercation then. Thereafter, we insisted them to show us the CCTV footage. They took us there but were very reluctant and hesitant and eventually, didnt show us. We didnt fight for 80 bucks and eventually gave in. However, such behaviour is definitely not accepted. Morever, the food was not good at all. NOT RECOMMENDED, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, MORE THAN THE FOOD, THE STAFF IS BAD.

They have very less staff members! And the staff members who are there are always in a hurry and irresponsive. Didn't like it!

Good food, over priced, and bad service, but the food compensates for the bad service and price. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice marketing policy and hospitability for obvious. As we went at late hours we did not get the fresh foods and thus don't feel the taste. Sorry. But wish best of luck.

The best food available with affordable price. It's very hygienic place and the ambience is very amazing.

The place looks really nice however the staffs are quite slow. They took a lot of time and some of them don't even listen to you properly. My friend asked one of them to bring one more tandoori roti and the guy didn't even inform anybody. He just listened to us and went away. Later we had to ask someone else for the order and in between 15mins got wasted. The food was nice but it was cold.

Worst experience ever,
1st. Their staff's are very rude, they even serve your food in your plate just put foods in your table and they even listen you properly they have no good manners with their customer.
2nd. Food some items are really good but some items are not cooked properly or some of over cooked like roti's (like hard and crispy).

The ambience is good and feels cozy. The sitting arrangements could have been better.
Foods are good with a little different from others in taste and aroma. Serving guys are polite and good to their job. One can enjoy food over here.

Food is good. Ambience is also good. However, there are no checking at the entrance for COVID protocol. Also the staff strength is too low as I saw same staff serving food and collecting dirty plates from table, which appear to bit unhygenic.

Food was good great ambiance especially the frames which hang to the wall reflects shadow Punjab food was tasty. Crowd was good. Little overcrowded. Aslo little overpriced. Must visit when you are in town.

Good North Indian food with budgeted price. Ambience and services are also good. I think most of the person will like it.

The food was oily.the kashmiri pulao was nothing of its kind but rice fried in too much oil.the sahi paneer was also tasteless.the place is not having card swipe machines probably as they were asking for cash or gpay

Worst hotel.the chicken tikka curry tasted so bad and the chicken gave such a bad taste.feels like vomiting, even when ee asked to the waiter he just told its roasted so it gives a bit smell.such a bad service. Even after being such a busy hotel still these people are doing like this.

Service was horrible, Biriyani was not so good, other food like Naan and mutton rara Punjabi and chicken bharta was good. Ambience was also not good. Overall it's a big no no dining only good for take away

Ordered 15 mutton biriyani for lunch. Most of the dishes had mutton pieces from other dishes (mutton khasa or something like that), the salt content in mutton pieces were rather high.
Could have simply told us that so many biriyanies were not available like jabar afgani (just beside the place) told us.

Nice cozy restaurant. Has built a reputation over the years. Kitchen is upfront with a glass window separating it from the seating area.

Deserves 4 star based on food quality only. Ambience is moderate, small in space, however the Indian dishes are really good. Chicken items are soft, tendered and juicy.

A late night food restaurant for all night riders. I love it. It open till 2: 30am everyday and full night food delivery through Swiggy. The quality and quantity of food is nice. You can 1 plate for 2 persons.

My favourite biriyani place since forever. The quality, quantity, taste for the biriyani here has not no match in the city, atleast for mee. Service is fine. Love the ambience. You should visit this outlet for biriyani lovers?

I heard about this place sometime back and thought of exploring it. So I went with my family on 1st of January to have dinner. Overall its not a very bad place to have dinner but I do have some points that I will like to share. First the waiting time on first of Jan was really short (15 mins) comparing to the other restaurants (1hour). The ambience was very crowded and am not talking about the people's. All the tables were so close that the person sitting on the next table can literally hear what we were talking. The food also was in the not so good category. Although the prices are on the higher side. The waiters doesn't serve the food you have to help your self in that matter. But the most annoying part was they don't accept any kind of cards for payment and nowhere, I repeat nowhere it was written that they accept cash only and all this thing you will come to know only after you order your food.
I won't come back again.

For a place like this the food was overpriced a bit. Also it was a very congested place. If you love eating at a quiet surrounding then avoid this place. One major drawback was that they only accept cash payments also the staffs and waiter were neither professional nor attentive to us. Yes the poster and billboard on the walls are eye catching.

Reasonably decent food, the chicken with gravy was spicy. Surprised, They were accepting payment in cash only. Overall enjoyable experience.

Great food. A good place for family dinners. But you might find it a bit too crowded. Must try item is Butter chicken, dal makhani and peas pulao and kashmiri alu dam. It's right next to the main road so it can be easily located. An easy place for a Punjabi food lover.
Located in FE block, right next to the island. The budget is around 700 for two people.

Terrible service of such a popular place. Everything in this place needs to be asked for multiple times. From water to menu card to everything. On top of that they don't receive card or paytm or any form of cashless payment. I was shocked as such a big place does not take cards, If u have made up ur mind to visit this place take cash with you or you have to walk out of the restaurant in search of atm just like me. The food is good though but trust me there are many places like this in the town.

Owner has done is every effort for showing of punjabiyat and sikhism by displaying various pics of Sardar Bollywood stars, sports person etc to catch the customer's focus,
But quality of gravy they garnish in various foods is about to upset your stomach nevertheless you shall be getting attracted the way food is garnished

Good place to get late night food. Only issue is not everything is available if you go late at night (after midnight).

In such a renowned Restaurant, atleast what we expect is card payment. A complete horrible experience

At about 3 pm on a Monday, all the indoor tables were full. Waiters were busy; it took a while to get a table cleared or get a waiter's attention so that I could even get a menu. That being said, since it was crowded I don't blame the wait staff, who were prompt and courteous once you got their attention.

I ordered tandoor roti (2 pieces), mutton rara punjabi (but received mutton rogan josh instead of what I had ordered), and paneer do pyaza.

Items such as brain curry and liver tarka were not available on this day. Even plain rice or peas pulao were not available for some reason, which is the first time I have been in a restaurant where even plain rice on the menu is not available. However, strangely, rice for biryani was available? I don't understand what the issue is. Prices were a bit high - I have posted an updated menu picture. Plain rice for 120 Rs is quite steep.

Atmosphere and decorations were good. It is a bit noisy - if you have a larger group than 4, you might have trouble finding a seat at this popular spot. I like the open kitchen with windows so you can see the food preparation.

The roti that came out was quite tough. It was hard but not crunchy, difficult to eat. However, the paneer do pyaza was the best I've ever had. Delicious, creamy, perfectly spiced. The mutton rogan josh came with several generous pieces of delicious mutton. The sauce was also great, though I think there was way too much oil in it.

I really wanted to like this place due to its high reviews but the lack of availability on its menu and flustered service put me off. The price was also on the expensive side. Overall I'm a bit disappointed.

I wish I could have given it negative star. I went Dr for dinner with my sister. I requested a table for 2.15 mins later I asked the attended to atleast clean the table.he said ok ok. 10min later nothing happened.so I went in n sat on a table for 6 as my sister was hungry. DN nobody gave us water and menu.a family also entered with us.v all were looking at each other because service was pathetic. I ordered chicken kadai n found that it was bone kadai.whrz chckn.that too half boiled.paratha was good no doubt.my dad is veg so I ordered paneer butter masala n the waiter asked me 5 times.really dude.y dnt u just write it down.table chair was like nothing to say.no ambiance.people talking at dr loudest.bhaiya itna Chota wash basin kaun rakhta h.balle balle completely ruined our Bhai duj + my birthday

They have their own take on traditional punjabi cuisine. I'm from Delhi and I was disabled with the flavor. The service was good, however.
