Banerjee Inn- City Centre

The overall experience is very good except the constraints of car parking in thr evening hours. I do make repeated stay for years.
It is due to a Bar cum Restaurant.

Really awful experience. Taste of the food was much less than average. Kebabs were so hard that I almost lost my tooth while chewing it. And then the behaviour of the staff. Oh my God, so much arrogant. They directly denied one of my orders. Owner, Partho Banerjee must look after these concerns. The staff named Chinmay is a worthless waiter and doesn't deserve to be in any job. Really Really awful experience overall. Disgusting. Will never be visiting the restaurant anymore.

Haven't stayed there has always went to their restraunt and the food quality is best in Durgapur for me. Their mutton biriyani is great!

I moved here with my family. The place is very good. Service was good. The food that we order was excellent. Price is ok. Although the resturant is 9 out of 10. Parking available.

We stayed at room 403 on the fifth floor. The room is very good with an attached small but cozy bathroom cum toilet. The linens needs improvement (not the quality but the cleanliness). The staffs are very cooperative and are ready to accommodate your request with a smile. Fell short of one star because there is no in house car parking facility. You have to park your vehicle on the opposite side of the road.

Very good location amidst the heart of this city of Durgapur. Nice staying here. Good service and excellent reception.
Room service is available with the prompt response of the staffs. Food is good enough and tasty, conventional though.

I had a pleasant stay here. Good room quality even it is small. Well decorated. Food quality is very good. Room service available here. Staffs are very gentle. And they are very helful also. Customers can get better deal online. Overall a very nice place to stay here and have some good quality foods.

When I checked in. I have been given lower standard room from what I have booked.on protesting they have given me the booked room.there is no facilities in the room like slippers.hot water kettle with tea coffee kit

Accommodation is good, lift is available, room service is great. But lack of extra arrangements

I visited and stayed there for company's product promotion. Overall the hotel is good, rooms are clean and tidy, meals are like home made.
