The food was comforting, wholesome, and tasty. Arriving hungry, we ordered a simple meal of chicken, rice, and dal, which turned out to be delicious.

We ordered rice, moongdal, sorshe-pabda & mutton kosha.
Firstly, I would like to request the owner to look into the quality and taste of the food being served. The mutton was smelly and unfortunately we could not have it at all. I suppose it's not fresh enough for consuming.
Secondly, the overall catering should be improved. It is not as expected.

Honestly, we expected good food quality
But, we could not get that. And, there were many options in the menu which were not available.
But, the Sorshe-Pabda was better from other foods.

Food quality is too much bad.service and atmosphere are also very bad.i think it's better to avoid this restaurant.very bad experience

Veg Thali

Ordered it through "Zomato" and it was awesome. The thali contains two sabji, one dal, some chips, and chatni. Among the Sabjis, found the "Sukto" more delicious and well cooked. Another one was also good but the "chatni" taste sucks, no flavour. Lastly, the Food was hot, feels fresh.

It was well packed in plastic containers, tightly sealed. Each item packed in separate bowls.

Biriyani

It was also ordered through "Zomato". Talking about the "Biriyani", it was somewhat spicy, rich in flavour but I consider it to be more light in taste, specially in this hot weather.

Apart from taste, "Biriyani", "Chicken " & "Potato " was well cooked and proportionally large enough for a adult person.

It was packed in same containers as mentioned earlier. So nothing need to be add in packaging.

Final Verdict: Although never visited the place personally, but their cooking and packaging give the sense of neat and cleanliness. So, I think it going to be a good place to have our meals.

The quality of food is good! But there is some fragrance of food that creates irritating for a while because the area is congested.

But it's true that you can take the taste of Bangali from here.various item of Bengali is available here! Go and taste the swad if foods!

When I visited the store they only gives delivery service through Zomato Swiggy etc. No dining facility available.

Third time I ordered food for my lunch & all times I got scammed, they send me wrost food with badly smelled even not good packing, bad service & behaviour.

Very bad quality food. এটা দক্ষিণ বঙ্গো না যে সবই সব কিছুই মিষ্টি মিষ্টি খাবে। আপনরা নিজেরাই কোনো টেস্ট বোঝেন না। একদিন গিয়ে বাসন্তী হোটেল বা Coochbehar hotel ar খাবার টেস্ট করে দেখান তারপর কোচবিহার ব্যাবসা করবেন। কোচবিহার ব্যাবসা করে কোচবিহার আর কোচবিহার আর বাসিন্দা দের অপমান করা। আপনার ঐ কলকাতা তে থাকা উচিত ছিল। আর অনেক বেশি প্রাইস একদম ফলটু দোকান এই দোকানে খাবার ফ্রী তে দিলো খাবো না। জঘন্য ম্যানেজার।

Ai hotel এ খাবার এত বেকার। ভাবা যায় না । আর এই ম্যানেজার কি ভাবা কাস্টমার আর satha কথা বলতে হয় টা জানে না
