A campaign has started against polybags. It's one of the best markets in north Kolkata. It's a very old market place. Fish market inside this place is very good, they always have fresh stocks with varieties of fish. The vegetable & grocery stores are also very good. The price ranges are always affordable for middle class people. Little bit of maintenance of the place is needed though.
