This hotel give ratings their own and if anyone posted negative feedback they removed the feedback. I had visited this hotel the staff taken my phone for WiFi set up and give ratings from their own when I raise complaint they said that for free WiFi they taken phone and review itself. Very rude behaviour one of the person who come to spray room.

This was my second stay at this property. Earlier they had an amazing breakfast buffet. But this time, it got degraded, breakfast Options got less. And compared to hotels nearby their ala carte food menu is on expensive side with again less options on menu and less food quantity. But yes their staffs are well trained in behaviour. So this is a good hotel for family.

Very good & nice hotel for staying with family and friends. Rooms are very good and clean & hotel staff’s are very co operative with Good behaviour. At last all over sooooo good

We were very pleased by the behaviour of the staff at the hotel. The housekeepers were prompt to attend to our needs and the hospitality of the staff at the restaurant was superb. We enjoyed the terrace garden and pool very much.

Very bad condition of two rooms booked. Non functional AC, no geyser, no electric kettle, no mats, dilapidated bathroom door, fungus wall, non functional of basin tap, dirty table. Needs maintenance and renovation.

Don't do any booking from agoda or any other website. Staffs including manager do very rude & rough behaviour. Even if they didn't respect female. They are saying at 2pm that rooms will given at 10pm. They are offered very dirty & old rooms at high price.we had never seen such as shameless manager. The manager didn't pickup agoda's call. After received call from us when agoda settled the room, they again denied. Continuously lied & lied. Infact, Rooms are so pathetic, which are shown by them. So don't book any property which has tagged goroomgo. Because they are doing totally money laundering activities. When customer call them for help they switched off the helpline. This hotel is also involved in money laundering. There are so many special hotels are present in nearby location. So try to book those hotel. If you need online booking so do that from mmt, oyo, goibibo, yatra etc i.e all made in India & customer service available in India. & Remember this if u book this hotel then your trip will going towards hell. So Boycott this hotel, Then they understand value of money & value for money.

The hotel rooms are spacious the staffs are friendly & helpful. The owner is very kind person & generous. (Dipankar Da)

It's average hotel.rooms are good n clean.sea beach is 5 minutes walk away.bus and auto stand is also near.they also has restaurant.price of the food is not so high, food quality is not bad, but the restaurant staffs behaviour towards it's customers is not good.lift is also available.overall it's okay.

Guys total money waste if you planned to stay Hotel barsa.
Rooms are mostly dirty and dont talk about bathroom. Like haven. Light are not working. TV's are show pice. And the the resturent. Like sitting on garbej. So please dont waste your money

Budget friendly hotel with decent facilities. Medium size rooms, clean toilets.
In our room fan was not working properly and out of two plug point one was broken. No WiFi available. Though Staff are polite and helpful.

It was a very delightful experience at barsha resorts in old digha. We loved the service and on top of that the people in the hotel are just awesome. Special mention: manager Mr. Somnath is genuinely a very nice person.with a very homely feel we enjoyed our trip. Looking forward to stick to barsha resort on our next visit.

Mediocre hotel. No geyser. No night lamp. Hardly 150 square feet area for a double bed room. I was totally cheated by the beautiful pictures of the rooms taken perhaps at the time when the hotel was inaugurated. So be very very careful while.
