Baskin Robbins Kalyani

Baskin Robbins in my opinion is just awesome. There are so many flavors to choose from and also they come in vegan options which is suitable for the vegan people. When i live in south korea we eat ice cream only from baskin robbins.
To be honest i have tried almost all the flavors. And i loved almost everything. But it’s true most people can’t afford this ice cream as it’s really expensive. Only one scoop of ice cream is 100 rupees no matter which flavor you choose. So it’s not like regular ice cream. But of course if you want to try you can buy it for once. There are also family packs.

I have visited Baskin Robbins earlier, but this time it was more fun. There are varities of flavours available in this outlet excluding the too common ones, like blackcurrant etc. I tried Shooting Star, Kesar Piesta and Coffee Cremé which were delights. Especially the shooting star is a must try.

Poor attitude of staff. Not very good ice-cream also. People who had good ice creams in earlier elsewhere will not like it here.

Location is good, but salesperson behavior was unexpected! So arrogant, not child friendly, not customer friendly, very rude, cheap behavior! They don’t know how to behave with customers! I live just near the shop but never wanna visit again only for those arrogant salesperson!

We had Black current & belgium bliss, taste was very good but too costly for one scoop. Staffs are not helpful. Ambience is good.

Global brand, good taste but staffs are poorly trained. They are arrogant, not able carry this brand, don't listen what customers are asking, not able to give proper service to customers.

Employees are not well attend.they don't even help you about what should you taste for the 1st time.

Worst experience. I will never visit again.very arrogent attitude of the sales person. I am trying BR first time but he didn't provide the best option. Never asked me what I wanted to eat. You are not only spoiling your shop but also killing a reputed brand.

Best in town.ice cream & pastry tastes awesome as usual. Lots of variety available for ice cream & nice place to hangout with your closed ones.

Its very quiet place, soothing and lovely. A graceful ambience to enjoy their scrumptious ice cream. So many flavours. I had winter tiramisu + roasted coffee cream
gold medal ribbon + hazelnut rocher as combination. They went so well together.

Amazing place, loved to visit, nice ambience.
With proper highegene, obeying covid protocols,
Less Crowed, reasonable prices, deliver oreder within few minutes,
Family friendly, foods are also good, and tasty.
Nice theme, and lighting was attractive, had a wonderful vibe.
Few steps away from Kalyani, Central park!
Went there and want to go once more.
More over, a good place to walk in.

20-25ml ice Cream price around Rs 150, very poor class mentality.chitting to public, don't go to this place. Rabies

The ice cream quality is really good there, but the behaviour of the staffs are hilarious. They were literally arguing with every customer there.
