Quality, Variety, Pricing Of Sweets is amazing. Salty bites are also good. To me this is the best sweet shop of Howrah and a match to any famous sweet shop of kolkata. Do not forget the seasonal sweets of winter!

This is a 100 year old sweet shop. In howrah everyone knows about Batai mistanna bhandar. It's never a easy deal to hold your position and business in a big city. But Batai did it with ease. It's been a glorious 100 years for them. I always prefer their sweets and snacks but price is little bit high. But value for money. You should try their mango chamcham, mango doi (if available) it comes with authentic taste of mango. And there many more to taste. You should explore on your own.

Aam doi and roshomalai with aamsotto are really good. There are other varieties of roshomalai as well, which are also delicious. The amriti could be better.

One of the best store in the locality. They have been famous for their quality and variety, traits which have been consistent for over 30 years now (as far as my remembrance goes). This was my favorite sweet shop. Now that I visit this locality once in 2-3 years, I miss their sweets really bad. Must tries are Kalakand, kheer kadam, Golap Jam, Rossogolla and Jol bhora.

I found them today at the Khyber Pass food festival. The sweets were larger and cheaper than the big south Kolkata brands. So I have it a shot. Among the wide range of sweets that I tried including black currant rosogolla one thing stood out which made them true sweet artisans. Chilli Capsicum rosogolla. Sweet and then a longer beat of a hot chilli. It is simply amazing and a great innovation. Kudos

Near batai bazar. Authentic bengali sweets you'll get here. It was first time I went to howrah bataibazar to my freind's house. So I took sweet. So tasty and fresh collection. So many varieties iN sweets. If you ever go there you must try sweet from this sweet's shop. So lovely.

This the best sweet shop in Howrah, Shibpur area. Situated at the opposite of Maa Batai Chandi Mandir. Quality is of course A1. Every item is awesome. They prepare Dalpuri in the morning till 8 or 9 am. They have a branch near Podra, andul road.

This is my favourite place for the best sponge rosogolla. So glad they maintain their great quality with almost everything. Our family just loves this shop, we have tried and loved their Kesar Rasamalai, Shor bhaja and sandesh among the plenty of options they serve. Highly recommend!
