Bay Leaf Restaurant & Bar

I have been here quite a few times now and absolutely like this restaurant while the food being average but the starters are great to have such as Chilly Babycorn, Drums of heaven, Chilly Chicken dry, however the atmosphere is not that alive it's very quiet in there if there are no customers around.
Make sure you don't visit it during the evening hours as they don't serve at that time!

Just not a good place for hangups. Although food is kind of OK but service is pathetic. You need to wait like hell for your food to be served.

A good Restaurant for family and couple and also for single Person.
It is near Track and Trail Cycle Store, In front of Shishu Park Asansol.
All types of dishes are are available here.
The items are really delicious. I like it.
This Restaurant is clean and well maintained.
You will love this place.
The Behaviour of the staffs are good and helpful.
It is a little bit expensive. But be manageable.
Parking is available here so you can come here with your car and bike.

Very good food. But need to improve service. Delay food preparation, Max time restaurant closed due to staff unavailability, promoting low cost and new beers.

If I cud give it a zero I cud hv definitely done it. The staff is so egoistic that dare not call the twice, food was stale veg Manchurian which was replaced after much hullabaloo. Manager revenged This by not allowing me to be pay by card or sodexo for which I had to travel about 2 km to get cash. Will never recommend this to anyone. Worst service. No preference for customer.

Food is tasty, but the atmosphere is not friendly for kids as drinks are available. Hospitality is very poor, if they work on that then it's well.

Food is good, and they have Bar also. Service is good. Rate is good. Bike parking is available. Relatively remains empty.

Total waste of money. The most worthless and tasteless dish ever. How can a restaurant serve such low grade food after charging exorbitant price.

Worst food. Half cooked noodles were served. Food qaulity gets more worse if you order on Zomato or Swiggy.

The maneger and staff behaviour can't be any more rude enough! One of the most inconsiderate place where they treat customers as menial puppets and doesn't even understand the basic customer etiquettes. Definitely not recommended! If you wanna shove your self respect down the drain then this is the perfect place to visit. Thank god they aren't situated at Kolkata, people would've ditched them so hard!

Standard food. Could be better. Bar section should be different from family restaurant part.

Okayish place to dine. We visited there around 6pm and ordered chilli chicken. The taste was okayish, not too good.

My first experience was when the bar menu was limited, 1 page and that's it, half of the items are not available as well, hence I left the place that year. Couple of days I have it a try again. Ordered vodka, received water 2 pegs wasted. Beware of it, they serve mixed alcohol.

Food is good, but the staff is quite rude. They have no patience whatsoever while taking an order. Even though they should not discriminate people according to their looks. Since they thought we were young and not with parents, they thougt the waiters could be rude.

Drink are at reasonable rates. Staffs are well mannered.polite.overall my experience is too good.

I m from Delhi.very bad experience and bad behaviour.no corporate staff.no green salad.very bad kind of fish finger. I am so sad to spend money here.

Here never try mocktails, they don't know how to prepare it. And food quality is also not up to the mark.

Place is good. Staff is not supportive. Busy with outside orders. Less attention on walk in customer. Hence not recommend with family and group.

If some one asks you a riddle that in which bar you get no drinks your answer should be this one. Yes thats true i visited the place yesterday for a few drinks they said bar is open but and i quote "Amra apnake service dite parbo na " it took me couple of minutes to process the information then went to some other place.

They especially prepared Sizzler that was not in their Menu as it was our Anniversary and my wife wished for it.

The Restaurant and The Bar as well, was quite neat and clean, I had recieved Warm Welcome by the staff, Allover it was a great place to hangout and enjoy with family and solo as well! Had a Great experience! Loved to be served at Bay Leaf Restaurant and Bar, Hope all the customers receive the same warmth and happiness! Wish U luck!

Guys please dont go by the looks of this place. The food served here is horrible. Not at all worth the money paid, thats my family and mine experience. We had been there in 2019 for valentines day celebrations but the food served there was not worth a penny. Just waste of money.

Awesome place for family and friends. The quality and quantity of food is good. The price of food is reasonable. There is a separate place for them who drink.

Food was so so. But the worst part of the restaurant was that cockroaches was moving on the table. After seeing the cockroaches I was terrified to have the food

Was frequent visitor to this restaurant.
However i will discontinue to visit owing to the rude behaviour of the waiter. If paid by card, the waiter will behave rudely, from last three times i noticed it. And finally we decided to say goodbye to this restaurant ever.
The owner needs to keep good waiters.

High rate and taste of food is very bad. Half cooked noodle and almost no chicken in chicken hakka noodle. Total waste of money.
