But the main issue is the air conditioning system has been under maintenance since last year (yes, u read it right). So it is tough to stay inside for more than 20-25 min. And there is no initiative from the management to rectify it.

Staffs are very unprofessional, they have lack of knowledge on products, and their behavior also not acceptable, I went to a staff member for the price of a product, and she said she don't know and said "please ask others". It was very disappointing, and the environment was very suffocating. They do not turn on AC, and every time they excuse us that AC got damaged, it is repairing. Every time I've been, I've always seen it turned off.
