There is no connection between OYO and Fanindra guest house, worst experience about OYO 7111, don't believe.

It's a modarate hotel near Howrah railway station. They don't have resturant but the boy will help you to bring food outside.

This hotel as newly furnished and decorated rooms were the best that I have stayed so far in North Bengal areas.
Very polite staff and delicious food. Stay was very comfortable.

Very unprofessional staff.don't know how to talk with customer.rest rooms are good except cottage.its good that they serve vegetarian food.

Don't book through OYO. OYO has been cheating and harrassing customers. The Hotels don't want to allow customers at low rate whereas OYO already takes payment from customers in advance. The situation is a nightmare for customers...

The hotel is located in a residential area. The behavior of the staffs were very good. The room was clean as well.
But the room and the washroom were extremely small in size, and there was so much noise outside the room all the time.

Stuff behaviour is not good. The room rate is not same for all. The room quality is worst. Food quality is also not good

This is the 4th time i visited and the only issue is AC. The ac doesn't work good in most of the room. Very dissatisfied.

I went to the hotel and said my room rent 600 so they say it will get non-AC with this money. But I booked ac room. For ac room I'm pay extra 300. I don't no why they say that.

Very polite behavior from the staff.
The only issue is there they don't provide free water.
You gotta purchase the water!

Fraud alert - They took the paid booking and upon reaching at 1: 30pm they said all rooms was full and didn't want to give the room through oyo. The receipt further said if you can leave before 5pm then we can provide room. This is the level of fraud...

Unhygienic and very noisy place service is also not good, The food is very bad.

This is not at all a pet friendly stay. They mention that its a pet friendly stay but they haven't allowed our pet at all and started giving absurd excuses. Would never recommend this stay.
