Berlin Kaffeehaus

So after such a long break i decided to go with my sis and my son to Berlin Kaffehaus, which is quite popular. And it was literally recommended by my friends.talking about the interior design, it was superb, the vibe so great and the music was also good. They had the indoor seating area as well outdoors too which was quite amazing. We place order prawn tempura, signature Berlin salad, spaghetti bolognese and lime soda.
Prawn Tempura was served with a cheese sauce i guess which was superb. Signature chicken Berlin salad was upto the mark, marvelous, lime soda great always but spaghetti bolognese which was my all time fav and that after such a long time i had as i was craving for it wasn't that great. It was served a eggless noodles instead of spaghetti, taste was so bland, and too much oily, not to mention that I asked for a parmesan cheese on the toping which it didn't appear I guess they just melted the regular cheese and served, very disappointing cuz this was my first time trying in India. Usually i don't take a risk at all as spaghetti bolognese is my fav and I don't want to have a bad thought about it. Also the grilled bread was on the side but that was also too oily. I did informed to the staff about that. And there wasn't nothing.no explanation or nothing.
Talking about the service was great, very professional staff but there wasn't much interaction which was lacking in them. So the overall experience was mediocre. I think that you guys can do much better as from what I have observed and experienced so far and definitely would recommend evryone to try it out as prices are so reasonable and value of money.

Great place to go when u want to relax with a cup of coffee along with other exotic snacks. Can have a smoke in the terrace too!

The cafe is situated inside City Centre Mall.

It has a nice outdoor sitting area and the vibe is good.

Their white sauce pasta was okay but the portion size is less for the price that they are charging. Further, some more vegetables in the pasta will help the dish.

Pathetic Food. I had ordered Anglio O Oileo, sweet lime soda and chicken steak, needless to say the Anglio was pathetic and one of he worst I have ever had, the soda didn't have the fiz and the garlic bread given along with Anglio wasn't cooked well as well.would never visit this place or recommend this to anyone, had high expectations coming here basis review but it turned out to be disappointing and dissatisfactory food

There IS THE CATCHLINE Line while entering the BERLIN KAFFEEHAUS - "Coffee is always a good idea". Cool & calm café FOR INSTATNT rejuvenation. Roof top is always preferable. Try Coffee with continental dishes. Good to know Kaffeehaus (German) is actual Neuter noun of Café.

Awesome place to visit if you are visiting City Centre, Siliguri. The ambience and the lights are great. Even the food and drinks are great.

Great place, good vibes. The place is pocket friendly and has really tasty food. All the 6 items we ordered were amazing. Staff service is great. A bit of mosquitoes in the open area section.

Ambience is peaceful. Nice place to spend the evening with a cup of coffee. Certain items on menu are Good. But the Cutlets needs to be improved big time. They are using the packaged frozen cutlets instead of making it in-house which was bit unexpected. They should
change it.

I didn't knew till last month that there is a caffe like this in city centre. Went in for snacks and the ambiance and the service is great. The food is also very good and budget friendly (compare to the other stores of city center). It was a nice place for hangout, and date n all.

Best cafe in Siliguri ️ the food is good, ambience is perfect, service is also good, the location is nice. I had ordered momos, waffles, sandwich and mango iced tea. I loved all of them except the momos. Momos is not that bad but i have tried other best momos. Although everything is nice and i really loved the waffle? The cafe perfect.

This has become one of our go to places to munch on some great food. The location makes it convenient to go there after shopping at City Centre. The ambience is soothing and pleasant. The open terrace has a nice view and the decor is minimalist and on point. Since, it's a German cafe as the name suggests, you have many European items on the menu. Must try - Fish and chips, Stroganoff, pasta in mixed sauce and the mouth watering desserts - brownie and waffle

One of the best place to visit in siliguri. The seating was nicely with good ambiance and the foods choices are simply amazing. Staffs are very courteous nd professional including security and ofcourse some of them are not.

This a cozy little cafe inside the City Center. This is an amazing place to have continental food and western bakery products. There are both indoor and outdoor sitting options available. The cafe is well decorated and very photogenic.

The ambience is amazing. Food quality is good but little bit expensive rather than the other cafe. The staffs are very cooperative in nature. I specially recommend open-sky environment in evening time.

The customer service here is quite poor, before it was absolutely great but maybe because of the new staffs it's very slow, it took a long time for them to get our food and it was also not the best, I had ordered white sauce pasta with chicken but the sauce was watery and the chicken was quite stiff, the customer service and the food is not like before.

Cosy and beautiful place for relaxed coffee break from tiering shopping sessions. Had yummy pasta and brownie with ice cream which was quite yummy and tempting

It was an amazing experience, the food is awesome, service is good, friendly staff. You must visit once.

If I have to prepare a list for worst quality food restaurant, it will be in top 5 for sure. May be I never had this quality of food. Ordered one almond white cake (too sweet), bbq chicken (burned wedges, bbq sause taste was very bad and chicken was atlst 1week old), tea (teabag was given in cafeteria) could not finish anything, everything was so bad that may be they could complete with eath other for the worst. If I have option I will give 0 star. I will never visit there for sure.

4 stars just for the facility and set up they have provided.
Full work-from-cafe space they have planned. Free Wi-Fi and each table has plug points with enough spacing between tables.
I completed y 2 hours of online work and meeting from here without any kind of disturbance.
Other way Round:
I tried banana smoothie which was not the best.
Camomile tea they served was regular store bought teabags.
But I would definitely visit again to try other items in their menu.

The service is extremely bad with the price of foods being extremely high, when I went to complain about the chicken cutlet about the cost, the lady sitting behind the counter just ignored me and continued browsing her mobile.

I live near this cafe house and also I am a regular customer, everyday my experience was bad with the waiters, but I remained silent as the food tasted good, but today I lost it after I ordered chicken cutlet, literally 2 small cutlets with some french fries and they costed 250 bucks for this.

First of all, we were not even provided with service in the first hand
Secondly, they charge according to their liking whenever we ask for extra food items. Just imagine Rs. 110 for just two small scoops of basis vanilla ice-cream.staffs are very unprofessional.
Not worth the prices they are charging. Better go to other cafés.this is one of tge worst that's why not many people go back to it. Its just one time visit for most of the people

Well, if I try to put my experience here in fewest words it should be, "not worth it".

We ordered "White sauce pasta with chicken bolognese" & "Capuchino".

The coffee was decent & acceptable. But the pasta was not even decent. First of all my friend asked for "Spaghetti" but they served "Penne". They changed our order according to their choice, without even asking us.
So I can say the experience was not good from the service perspective.

The environment is a big plus for this cafe for sure.
