I think this shop doesn’t know how to make chewar. Bought few chewars today, seems they have mixed white cement or plastic to give strength. Really pathetic. Pls stop selling such pathetic sweets at exorbitant rates
One of the top Quality and most selling Sweet Stores in Kolkata. This store is located in the Salt Lake City centre1, beside Inox. Verious quality sweets available here and for the occasion time it opened all the day and night. Try Sweets from here. I think much better. Anyway try Sweets and reply with a sweet comment.
Had such a bad experience with the staffs of bikharam. They are most likely interested to do arguments with customers rather than serving them properly. There is a need to educate the staff & give proper behavioral knowledge.
Very bad service, the staff is making mistakes and instead of accepting it politely they blame the customer (me) without any shame, I ordered two red sauce pastas and got it billed in the counter but suddenly after a moment they said that someone else took it first which was not true as I ordered first and they responded, when I asked for redund they started to blame me and started to force me to take something else, this is absolutely outrageous, if I want to buy a tshirt and the shop doesn't have it how can they force me to buy pants when I want a particular thing which is not present, Absolutely Disgusting!
It is located just next to City Center 1. Seating is not available inside the shop. They provide a wide range of sweets and namkeens. Sweet quality is very good. Chaat items are also very good. If you visit this place, you must try their papdi chaat.
Located next to City center 1 Salt Lake, Kolkata. Different types of veg snacks and sweets are available. They also have an outside counter for chaats.
Poor management. I placed an order for Diwali sweets 3 days in advance and I was promised that the items will be packed and ready to be delivered on time. But when I went there on the day of delivery, nothing was ready. I had to go through lot of inconvenience to get my items packed. Moreover the store manager Rakesh was very unprofessional and rude. The way he spoke as if he doesn't care about customers.
Wide variety of sweets and namkeen, sweets are tasty and refreshing however staff is not courteous, no staff are wearing masks, not following covid appropriate behavior and unprofessional, management is not having any concern, sweets manufactured date may be mentioned on sweets which is not being reflecting and sweets are little costly also Overall good experience
On 16.09.2021at about 17.00hrs bought 20 piece rasgulla paid 300by card. Received 2 pre packed sealed container. All are spoil, bound to throw as I live in new town. Remember, uchi dukan fiki pakwan.
Bhikharam is located near coty center saltlake. There have variety of sweets, snacks and veg food items. They dont use onion garlic in veg dishes. Varieties of chamcham sweets are famous. And the taste of jalebi is awesome. Sometime i go there for take khandwi. Which is one of the best item in sweet section. Tje quality is maintained and the food are tasty. Ground floor is for sweets and snacks and first floor is for veg cuisine.
Numerous variety of sweets to choose from for all occassions. Assorted dry fruits, both canned and packed sweets along with bhujiya, chanachur, dalmoot also available. The sweets might differ to that of kankurgachi store but that's on personal preferences completely. Parking is area of concern.
Dhokla is the worst- not made properly- Always stale-always over soaked in sugar syrup-pices r cut so bad- some r full size, most r half size, all mixed together? !?
The quality of food and sweet is very delicious. Specially we used to buy "Barfi Sandesh" from here and it's taste is very good. Now It's price is around 600/- per kg for Kaju Barfi & 820/- for Badam Barfi.
I ordered 2 plates of chhole bhatura (₹90 per plate). In display they have put chhole bhatura along with aloo masala, but in plate they didn't give aloo masala. They said aloo masala not available now.when its not available why u r putting in display. If your complete dish is not available then why u r taking full price.
Very large and big store. The Exide store doesn't have much stock and variety. This store is huge and have variety of chanachur, namkeen, sweets and over the counter snacks. Very pleased to visit here.

This outlet is just outside the City Centre 1 premises. It's a big outlet with seating arrangement in the upstairs. The food quality is good as usual. Try their Khandavis, Dhoklas, varieties of laddoos and bhujias. South Indian items are also available along with all great North Indian sweets including our very own Rosogolla. They also sell boxes of assorted namkeens and dry sweets. Excellent!
Parking is a problem as it stands on a no parking zone. Good decent quality snacks and sweets. They have started corn puchka which was quite good. After 8 pm sandesh prices go down by 50%
Food is good and tasty but the staff those who are serving the food is very misbehalfing.i would like to share my experienced that in yesterday eveing i was there with one of my sister and placed order of chola botura and n i asked for spone and 1 chilli and start saying apko k k itna chaia, itna nahi dena hai rules nahi hai, and he is very bad in behalf
Need to be more hygienic in chat preparation. Pl do clean the vessels and cover it with lid. It seems awkward seen kept masalas dahi all that open. Pl do needful to maintain hygiene as health of customers matters more.
Very impressive array of sweets and savouries at reasonable prices considering the quality. Jam-packed on festive days during peak hours, so if averse to waiting, go early or late, and if desperate, at any time during the working hours. You will get service.
Sweets. Snacks. Food. All are 5/5 I had one of the best gulab jamuns and kanpuri laddu here! You can't come out with just one sweet. You feel like trying all
This place lays down a wide variety of sweets and namkeens. But this place does not provide Bengali sweets if you are looking for that while in Bengal. It provides mostly dry sweets of the North Indian 'sukha mithhai' palette. Namkeens range from packeted to handmade which are okay to good quality. They house a pure veg restrau on the top floor with options for chaats And kachori, Naan type plates. But the tendency is to create tantrums if you are not buying stuff worth a lot of money! They may not take cards, they may not have changes etc etc.
