I did purchase on 15.03.202 and opted for 3 of my packages for home delivery. Delivery was done in next two days but only two packages. For one package representative confirmed to deliver in next two days. But, no delivery done till. It might be because of all India Lock downs. But, my issue is that I received one text massage on 25.03.2020 that package delivered.
I am trying to connect with Big Bazar unit, but not getting response.
Pls resolve the issue on priority.

It's bazzar is well stocked, however there is a big issue of parking.
One very significantly disturbing thing is there is always a big vehicle parked just in front of the store, which creates a lot of confusion and fuss.

Good quality of Grocery items and steel items and also watch the trolley luggages of American Tourister. And staff are very good and well behaviour.

Here you can find the all kind of fashionable dresses, accessories, food items, kitchen tools, spices, traveling items like as trolley, backpacks and many more things. And yes, the dresses starts from only Rs. 250/-. So, looking for cheap things on bigbazar, go to serampore bigbazar.

Worst place to shop. They promise you cash back but you end up tied in a maze of terms and conditions in fine print. Even the exchange policy and customer service is worthless. Most of the staff are underpaid dropouts who can't even communicate properly. Let alone speak English.

There is no option of zero star, so I can't give it. Anyway, it's the worst big bazar branch I have ever seen. Employees are not at all groomed or trained. They don't know how to behave with customers. I am not asking for sweet candy polite speeches from them, I am just saying if they can't help a customer, just stay away, but they behave rudely. Every time. Co-ordination among them is also so poor that some girl will say bag has to be sealed, other will say no need to do that.and the trouble will be faced by you only! Last time I visited, I was buying legings, actually I fit in Large version of legings, but still for comfort, I like to choose XL or XXL. So, one big bazar boy came and suggested me to buy Large.but I told him that what I want. Upto this, there was no problem.but then he started shouting on me, 'madam, why are you taking XL, why are you touching those XXL, don't unfold them, ughhhh, stop this. ' I really did not expect that they can go this level even though alreary I and my mother had trouble experience earlier. I was so angry this time that I had to talk about the matter that it's my choice to buy whatever size I want. But my mother stopped me. She said to me not to talk with them, we are in a hurry. So I stopped, but that boy kept telling things. If I had options, I could take his pic even.

The worst big bazar ever! Everytime disappointed me and my family.

Good place for buing daily needs as well as for products to buy once-in-a-while.
Located by the side of GT Road so communication is not at all any issue. You can find variety of products there. Overall an all-pourpose store as every ’BIG BAZAR' should be.

Good place. Availability of groceries. Clothing and electronics cookware items are available there. People can pay by cash and also by credit or debit card. Patm are too accepted here.

Bigbazaar serampore. A 3 storied shopping area which caters all need via FBB. Food bazaar. One of the oldest bigbazzar out of city.

Big bazaar is a popular supermarket as you all know. This BB is situated in shrirampur hooghly 10mins away from shrirampur station and also from.rishra station. It has all the products that you need under one roof. From groceries, fashion items, household products to crockery items, toys, electronic products, bakery items etc except it doesnt have vegetables or fruits as this big bazaar has short space.spread across 3 floors divided as ground floor fashion items, 1st floor crockery, kids fashion, toys, household items, 2nd floor groceries, bakery items.customer service is very good and trolleys are available for convenient buying of products.do visit

This is a pretty decent place for shopping. There are different sections in different floors. The staff are helpful and there is a good assortment of products. You can get good offers according to the season.

Mainly placed in Mahesh beside GT Road. Good stock but every is not available everytime. There are total three floor.
Ground floor is for chothing.
First floor is for baby product and dining.
Second floor is for grocery store.
Lift and washroom available here.
For few marketing veri good shopping mall.

Not cheapest products at all.
Some products may be cheaper than other stores, but. Most of the products r in a high range.

Although big super market but not good in crowd management. Long line in billing counter and often billing counters stay closed.
