When any customer asks to check the bill, he Doesn't do it. Your staff's way of speaking Is not good, otherwise I would buy it from street.

You can go n shop all ur quick n necessary things there. Of course u can also do monthly shopping n in loveeeee the outfits there omg those cute dresses n t-shirts like I love them even the ethnic section the dresses r love

Price of some fruits was quite cheap, package products discounts are ok, but the price clothes are high but not good enough

We went there for apparel and electronics shopping. There were a lot of options of electronics in each sector. The Workers in the electronic section were friendly and assisted us but the workers in the clothing should be more friendly and help customers. AC doesn't work properly and there are only a few trail rooms available. Although the prices of clothes were quite good. Kurtas were starting at Rs 599 and track pants at 499.

Well stocked, and reasonably less crowded department store for groceries, food, beverages and household necessities

All employees behaviour so polite and the prices are so cheap that you have to buy something.

Only three times I have purchased from this store, not so good like Big Bazaar. This store charging Rs 125 for 950 grm Britannia Meri Biscuit but 300 grm Britania Meri Biscuit with MRP Rs 40 easily available in the market for Rs 39/38. So.

This mall does not care about customer's needs. They keep expired milk in stock and when asked to return at customer service, they reply that milk cannot be returned. It clearly indicates that they want to give away their expired products. Very bad experience.

The baggage counter is horrible. They will lock your bag and behave as if the customer will steal everything. Im saying so because other shopping places like reliance trends, spencers, lake mall also follow the norms but not like this particular store.

Made me wait for 15mnts to return me Rs. 800 from a Rs. 2000.
Appalling behavior of the staff and reprehensible management.
Obviously, will never visit again.

If you're living up to 2 km's from there than you can visit there. It's helpful but if you stay more than that than don't give yourself trouble.

Easy and convenient location. They also have a variety of items. The clothing stock is better than the one in Hiland Park.

I really like this place. Located right beside the Iris hospital. Has free parking too. You can find your everyday usables (apparels/eatables/stationary/toiletries etc). Offers a large variety.

Beware in billing counters where most cheating & harressment occurred as mentioned below
- Product will not be provided to you as per discounted price
- Buy 1 get 1 free or similar type of offer will not be reflected in your bill i.e. You'll be charged for 2 products directly irrespective of offer
- You can only apply 1 discount coupon to your bill even they provided you more than 1 coupon
- Cashback promised to your Future pay will never carried out
- Free items will not be provided to your bag
- Once you bill and then you find out any dispute, they'll send you to customer helpdesk for resolution
- For any identified billing dispute no cash will be refunded. Customer helpdesk will provide you credit note that you need to use within 1 week

Also remember these points are tip of the iceberg. There are so many cases where the workers of so called Bazar will not hesitate to harase or even humiliate you.

It is a great place for shopping. It has various collections of bag, dress, shoe, furniture etc. Food quality is not good enough. The price is cheap here. Parking and delivery charge is free. This Big Bazaar is located near Vidyasagar more. 10 minutes walking distance from Vidyasagar more. There is a rickshaw stand beside this Big Bazaar.

Its a super market located near bidyasagar. Big Bazaar is a well known mart, so nothing to say much abt it.yes here i can almost every thing you desire for your daily life along with cheap Price and various offers.

A good branch for the people of South Kolkata. The food section which is at the basement is huge and the staffs here are courteous

It's a good place to shop for house items. Though electronic options are not that good. But groceries and clothing and sometimes cutlery items as well are good.

Counter section is horrible. Same guy in counter is billing as well as packing for the customers and takes too long time for each customer. I was being 5 people and it took 40 mins for my turn for the counter

Staff remain unavailable in cash counter especially in top floors n when we purchase something we need help of the staff.but we have to find them out to ask anything regarding any thing

This branch in ganguly bagan has a lot more options than the other branches in Kolkata. However, few staffs are not so cooperative and pleasing, even the cashiers are quite impatient and regardless, salesman was friendly though. This outlet is very congested, narrow pavement and too crowdy as compared to the others. Best time to do a peaceful shopping here is in the afternoon.

The only fault here is that the customer service is not good.most of them are rude n they are always trying to shift the queue to other counters.

Nice place, Varieties of products available here. Various types of clothes available, men's, women's and kids also. Ground floor for grocery, first and second floor for garments. Staff are very helpful and well manage. Huge products available in reasonable price. Car parking also available. Sometimes offers and deals available here. Communication is so easy. Fully maintain and neat & clean.

Visiting this parlour for last 10yrs. & am quite satisfied with the service.staffs are amazing & very very fondly.love all of them.
