It is a good place where you can have it all. The ground and first floors are for clothing. Then 2nd and 3rd floors are for groceries and other household stuffs.
Very bad quality product, staff behaviour very very bad, don't visit there, don't loss your time, the have many billing counter but maximum counter not working condition and billing stuff behaviour very bad, they ask.for mobile no, when I denying the told " exchange service not provided ", but now day mobile no. Is not necessary for billing, they pressurized for mobile no.

Wonderful, but the price of dresses are little bit high, otherwise all good. Also you get cake and biscuits very affordable price. I brought a BOURBON biscuit of marked price 35 but selling price is 17.5 which is very low
I had to wait nearly 1 hours in long queue without any social distancing to make my payment because 40% of total billing counters were kept out of operation. Men's section used to have better collection.

It is famous hypermarket near sealdah station. Everything from grocery to clothes to electronics and kitchen appliances are available under one roof. There is also a food court on the top floor.
A good mall, with heavy customer traffic, has decent eateries and stock. It is also close to the Sealdah railway station, so commute wise there is an advantage.
Clothes quality are very poor. Dont even buy brander products prof big bazar outlets. Even allen solely shirts bleeds color if you buy from big bazar outlet. Very poor experience.
Nice place for daily use product The only disadvantage is its behind the seldha station which makes it little more crowded. Otherwise its fine for your necessity.
I had a very bad experience today-21/12/18, kolkata sealdha big bazar at 8.35pm, i went to the counter for billing in grocery section and the person just kept the board "counter closed", i asked him to bill my product, he answered me rudely that he cant do, i left n rushed downstair in apparel section there in the counter 4 ppl was standing, now again anouther big bazar person said he wont take any more billing n asked me to leave for another counter.at the end i left all the procuct there n left without taking them.just wanted to know is this the way you ppk behave with customers, serving us worst customer service.if you have to leave counters then keep ppl in shift or close big bazar by 8pm, ppl will not visit, atleast they won't be humiliated this way serving good products wont give you place in market, good attitute and pleasing personality and soft nature is also required toward customers cz at the end we are paying for the product with gst, you ppl r not giving us in free.
Good service but bad sevice at their esplanade store. They know many foriegn people comes here to shop specially on sunday. But maximum cash counter stays closed and 2 3 counter does all the jobs. As a result Lo.ng Q.
Very nice and large mall in ganguly bagan.wide varieties of houshold needs and clothing are available.at reasonable rate.ffb fashion are awesome at cheap and best price.wow momo is just fanastic.even the food court is awesome.well maintained and nicely decorated.very good place for marketing and spending some time.staffs are also good and helpful.
I think that I don't need to explain about Big Bazaar. It's a big name and everyone knows about it. One can get almost everything they need like grocery, garment, stationery, home appliances, electronics, vegetables, fruit and many other items. Sealdah Big bazaar is big enough. They have their own parking space. It's a nice place for marketing and roaming with family and friends.
