Good behaviour of management staff as well as other staffs. Enviourment of hotel area is beautiful.service staff are very attentive.

Beautiful surroundings in monsoon jus picturesque. But we booked for 3 beded room as no other option available. It was in ground floor. While bathing my 3year old kid got scared of centipede in the bathroom and not only that there were frogs and insects too. After taking to the reception they offered us a room on the same floor but I denied that. After requesting to the staff they offered us a 3rd floor room and we said them to talk to the reception that we will take it. We are shifting to a lower priced room within 30min (delayed by the staff only to prepare the room). The reception didnt informed us that we have to pay more for low cost room. They charged for 3 beded room while we stayed in double bed room. When we asked why they started arguing. The staff is very nice well behaved but people in reception are worst.

Indeed this is a good property with a great view of Badrinath Hill. You can spend a couple days there to rejuvenate your mind & enjoy walking around. The Biharinath Temple is nearby so you walk up there and roam around to see the village. Food is average but for complementary breakfast there are not many options. And at Service front the Eco Tourism team needs to be more professional, personal experience.it is not bad but could have been much better.
Overall for location and ambience it is worth a try

Beautifully maintained place. The hotel is pretty big and comes with decent amenities. The food here is good and the staff courteous and agile. Serves you with a smile. The location is slightly problematic if you are following map. It's better to seek guidance from the hotel staff for the directions.

Visited July 2023. Service was good. Room also good but before one year, it was better than present days.
Food was good in taste but chicken was bad.

Situated pretty close to the hill, this place has a beautiful view of the hill. Nice and sprawling resort suitable for a couple of days of retreat. Good food, the stuff is polite and helpful. One of the things that can be improved is adding more activities inside the resort.

An wonderfully located resort fully equipped with extravagant provision of living together with dining and also for hosting functions in a large AC Banquet hall available. There are plenty of green lawn as well as open space available for outdoor activities. The resort is situated at the foot hills of Biharinath Hill. The view of hill from the sitting area of the rooms makes a very beautiful ambience. Overall a nice place for weekend trips with friends and family.

Nice place to spend a couple of relaxing days. There is a small Trek available only at a few minutes walking distance. The rooms are really nice and the 1st floor rooms are the best.

Location is very good. Lonely place. Those who want to avoid the crowd of city and see the village life will definitely enjoy and like this resort. I like it.

We stayed in the cottage suites.
Wonderful rooms and they were almost brand new.
Excellent service and very pleasant staff members.
Indian food is lip smacking. Just avoid the Chinese here.

A very beautiful, and serene place, at the foothills of Biharinath Hill. The hotel is a marvel in the lap of nature. The Staffs are really cordial. We specially enjoyed the bonfire with Tandoori arrangements.

I loved the place. The view from the room is awesome. Rooms, food and behavior of the staff are praise worthy.

Don't think about getting there. They're providing under construction rooms with naked electric wires everywhere. In the name of cottage simple under-construction rooms provided. I've attached few photographs.

Very nice calm and beautiful place in a green atmosphere beside the Damodar river. Reasonable room rent and foods. Children play area available here. Nearest Rly station is Madhukunda.

BIHARINATH Eco Tourism is simply awesome. It's beautiful and sprawling, nestled in the midst of nature. The rooms have beautiful views of the hill. It's very close to the BIHARINATH temple. The resort is very clean. The staff is extremely professional, polite and courteous. Bikash Babu, the restaurant manager gave us personal care and attention. Tapas Babu was very helpful too. Will definitely like to go back there. Food is also top notch.

Biharinath Eco Tourism - a place to be especially if you’re looking forward to a short weekend trip! Cozy, far from madness of city…even if you don’t want a sightseeing trip you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the Biharinath mountain (tilla) which is vividly seen from balcony of your room! Lush green lawns, green house willl make your day!

Staff are very polite. But I will deduct a point for certain things, i.e slow room service, toilet should have been much equipped, problem of water leakages etc!

Overall its a great idea to visit the resort for a getaway from your everyday life and to enjoy nature…nearest Baranti Lake is a sheer beauty …

Hope my next visit will be more exciting!

Surrounding the passage to the resort is not good, but once you enter the resort, situation changes, all the staffs are very cooperative.
Ideal place for taking good rest, foods are also good.

Awesome place with nice food. The location is too remote and enjoyable. Majn attarction is climbing Biharinath hills, which very near by the resort. Remember to pack food before you go for climbing. Do not be late on climbing. During winter it's very cold and nice enjoyable weather.

Awesome views. Rooms are clean all AC facilities with small refrigerators good views of Biharinath mountain in ur bedroom. Housekeeping are good, clean and modern facilities are in bathrrom. Food quality and price are reasonable.

এখানে রেস্টুরেন্ট আপনারা সাবধান, MRP এর চেয়ে বেশি হারে Bill pay করতে হয়, আমি আমার বিল কপি পোস্ট করলাম যেখানে drinking water এর দাম 25/- per Liter সাথে 5% GST. এবং Slice 250ml যার price 20/-, নেওয়া হয়েছে 30/- সাথে 5% GST.
সাধারন মানুষজন বেরাতে গিয়ে টাকা দেখেনা, সেই সুযোগে এই ধরনের অসাধু ব্যবসায়ী রা প্রতারিত করছে, যেমন আমি প্রতারিত হয়েছি সেটাই জানালাম। আমার জানা নেই MRP থেকে বেশি দাম কেউ নিতে পারে কিনা।
আপ্প্ননাদের অনুরোধ আপনারা সতর্ক থাকুন।

A resort have a good location and views from the room was awesome but little bit difficult to reached there from Asansol.

Very good place for any time visit.specially in winter season or any picnic time. The surrounding place is very nice to see. Biharinath eco tourism is very nice place.it is well decorated and we'll maintained.love this place.food quality is also very good. Biharinath hill way road is also very well in condition

Resort is well maintained over a large area full of greenery, rooms are spacious, comfortable, with good view. Restaurant is not so high end, dinner was good with mutton, but during lunch time thali tasted bland, specially chicken curry. They charged 30rs for 1litrewater bottle, mrp of which is 25, this thing was objectionable. Price list for food items was more or less ok. But staffs are very cooperative and courteous. Overall we liked the resort and will be glad to visit next time also.

It's only a bit expensive. Otherwise food, service, location, space everything is mind-blowing

It is a beautiful place, loved the surroundings and the staff behavior was very good. I am very much satisfied with this place and also the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.
