Bika Banquet

Staffs of Bika banquet Baguihati doesn't know how to talk to customers especially elders. One of the staff shouted at one of our senior citizen for picking up quarter plate after picking up dinner plate. Also i have heard this particular staff is very rude in general. The standard and the service is going down. As being in service industry i believe one should be very polite and sensible while talking. Request owners to take some action immediately and connect with us.

Slow lift. Not 'so clean washrooms, even smelly. But the halls are big enough to accommodate a good
Number of crowd 200-250. Food 4/5, Service 4/5, parking 3/5, traffic problem is a thing you have to worry about.

Starting up with location of the banquet its very convenient and easy to reach. There are two lifts that would take you upto 6th floor to the banquet.
The banquet (talking about 6th floor only) is spacious, was beautifully decorated. Coming to food, maintenance. This is an area where they need to improve it was my 3rd invitation up here (have been there earlier as well). At all 3 instances can see such huge area just not being managed well. The food had variety but again taste is something which needs to be looked. Overall a fair experience but definitely can go much much better.

Nice place so as location. Food quality was good. The behavior of the employees was also impressive.

Good Banquet Hall in a G plus 7 building at Raghunathpur near Big Bazaar and Haldiram VIP road, kolkata.there are many more on this building.
Also shops and showroom on ground first floor level.

Hall and management are good but one major issue is lift. Some of the banquets are on the 6th and 7th floor but only 2 lifts are there. Most of the time, lifts are not available or extremely busy, so we need to use stairs to reach 6th or 7th floor which is kind of frustrating.

Nice place for any function have capacity for 500 persons
Food quality of the food is very good.

It's a good place and I was here at the event of Bhagwat Katha by Prakash Shastri ji from 18th of September to 24th of September. It is on 7th floor. You have to come by lift to 6th floor and then you can take stairs. Both the 6th and 7th floor I guess. Here events such as marriages are held. It's spaceous and we have a good view. Good organization can make a great event.

Nice banquet hall with in house fooding and ample space for parking. It's only demerit is when all banquet halls are booked and everyone wait for lifts and valet parking.

Located at the base of the Kestopur-Baguihati Flyover, towards the right-hand side of the flyover, opposite Big Bazar, the building houses multiple banquets including, but not limited to, Bika Banquet, Crystal Banquet, Balajee Banquet & several others.
To arrive at Bika Banquet, located on the 7th Floor (which is also the terrace), the elevator drops at the 6th Floor & one would have to use a flight of stairs to reach there.
The banquet itself, even though at the terrace, is equipped with air conditioning.
There are two spaces available for booking, each at either side of the stairs, the floor space being split in half to accommodate two separate parties/functions or, if the space is available, can be booked for one huge reception/marriage function, based on booking availability.
Catering is also provided by the banquet themselves, much to your liking & the dishes are quite pleasing, delicious and enjoyable by a larger part of the attendees.
If traveling by car, parking is a huge concern, even though valet parking is available, as the valet could park the car at quite a distance, for your liking. Parking at the building is usually difficult to find and one must be prepared to get their car by themselves, as did I.

Very good marriage and party place. Located in the VIP road and easy accessible from main road. This building have lots of banquets. Compared to price and service this place is good. The only problem it has is lift. Since it is located in too floor so when the number of guests are high it is difficult to reach as the lift service have limited capacity. People have to use stairs to reach 6th and 7th floor.

Really it's a Good place for Party and Reception. The Banquet Commity are arrange and Take care Everything. No need to worried.

Very beautiful banquet. Perfect for weddings, receptions and parties and stuff. Very professional services.

Ridiculous lift facility there should be more lifts and car entrance is also very poorly maintained plus guest entrance and car leaving area is also same which makes it very clumsy and irritating wait.
All in all its a very poorly planned and needs lot of serious Improvement.

Hopefully the management will take notice of all this and improve.

The banquet hall is well maintained and the food is decent. My main concern is with regard to the fire hazard. The building in which this banquet hall is located, houses several others and on days of high footfall, the single flight of stairs will prove inadequate to help survival chances in the case of a mishap. We can change that by merely getting an external staircase erected. Function over form you see!

Located at a prime location and it is quite spacious.
Staffs are good and quite helpful
However do not take the services of photography from them.

This place is an awesome place for arranging marriage ceremonies and birthday parties

Good place for small party gathering of 300-400 people, nice ambience and fooding included with booking.
