Chicken quality is very very poor in biriyani & smells like musty but rice is far better.

Food is good services good and atmosphere is awesome this restaurant is underrated but provides good service

Yesterday on sept, 24 I was looking for a restaurant in Boatghat area.found this on map. After entering the restaurant 1st thing noticed the atmosphere was good but every item was covered with dust, seemed to me that there was not enough customer who visit regularly, ordered oily kabab chicken, mixed noodles, chili chicken.
Oily kabab chicken was the worst among all, how disgusting it could be, just watching it my courage for tasting it completely went out. We didn't taste that item. They were requesting us to take it home as packed item but we refused to take but paid the bill for the same.how shame for a restaurant where people didn't find the dish eatable in spite of the fact they were counting the bill for that dish. Then comes the second part the mixed noodles was over fried, taste bitter, after complaining about that the waiter guy told us, "in basirhat everybody likes that way". Lastly the waiter cum manager told us, "when you come next time we will serve you a better item".
Horrible experience.please think twice before entering to the restaurant.

Such a very pleasent restaurent at Basirhat. Specially the owner is too much creative minded and absulutely dedicated to his client's satisfaction.

Best restaurant in Basirhat to dine in & takeaway. Great ambience, awesome food quality & reasonable rates. Ever smiling owner Suprakash is always present there to welcome customers. Amazing hospitality. Located at heart centre of Basirhat.
