Great combination of indoor and outdoor seating.
I have been here multiple times yet can't have enough of it. It's the place you come back again and again.

Not an ideal place for senior citizens. Service was slow, casual and erratic. They need to train their chef. Chicken Sandwiches were badly made. When we pointed this to a Staff on duty, we got a smug reply that this was how this variety of Sandwiches were made. We felt it was pointless talking to them. Cheese balls were also too salty.
Tea / coffee was once served with one small cookie each. Next time around only some came with cookies. We had to remind the staff several times before we got our beverages.
Needs lot of improvement in service quality.

Nice cafe great food i tried their kala khatta mocktail n fondue it turned out to be good.

The experience was very nice in Blue Mug Cafe. The music and aura is great tbh. Must visit with friends and family. Perfect place for a cozy date in winters. Highly recommend

Service issues: Made me stand outside because I had a wet umbrella and they didn't want to ruin the floor. Staff was rude. Kept standing until the last sip so that we pay bill and go. When asked he said there is long waiting time. Whereas when we ordered food they took so much time to offer.
Who puts chaat masala in excess on a cheese chicken sandwich. Horrible experience.

The Blue Mug coffe located in Jodhpur Park area is a cosy place to spend some time and talk with your partner, friends etc. The food served here is priced reasonably good if we consider the quantity, and so is the drink available at a moderate price range.
One of the fascinating thing I saw was they have lot of pictures hanging on wall which focuses on Eye be it of a kid, old man, dog, a lady or a cat and etc. The total sitting chairs are blue in colour going with the name Blue Mug and so you can visit here for a good brunch or evening time. Ami

Food is just nt gd. It is overpriced. I don't knw kis cheez ka paisa leta h inlog itna ki khana aisa deta h. Isse better hm street food kha le. Paisa barbaad hua mera bs 828 ka bill in jst 3 people and without any taste. Sirf environment thoda thik h aur kch nhi. Disappointed.

Blue Mug is a good place where you can try out a variety of continental food. But try to go at a time when crowd is less as it is very crowded on most times. You can try out the mac and cheese and cheese cake

Now I understand what all the hype about this place is. The Hot Chocolate was very sumptuous and I savored every sip. The fries and salsa dip though good, paled in comparison to the hot chocolate.

Part of the swisyum groups, good food and good place to spend some time with your friends. Service can be better.

The mac and cheese and sphagetti was tasteless because of the lack of salt. The chicken salami pizza was good though. We went there in the evening and there were a lot of dishes that weren't available at that time.

Cozy cafe and restaurant. Had a nice lunch. Most of the items in the menu are share a continental origin. The fish cubes were delicious. Their mocktails are great too but all of them may not be available always. They also have great selection of different coffees, teas and sandwiches as well.

Really a great place to hangout. Very pocket friendly and very humble behaviour of people. Very quiet place and relaxed music.
You can sit inside or outside. Both have pleasant ambience.

Even though it's a good place to hangout, I would not recommend it if it is not a couple or has at least one female member. The service offered to a only male group varies significantly. Additionally, the not too sweet coffee variants are not good.

This place is really pocketfriendly and delivers everything yummy. You can order anything from the menu as i can assure it will definitely satisfy you. It also has a great ambience and have both ac and non ac areas. Recommended 100%

Great food, plus ambience is also super cool, specially the outdoor section. The food was also really good. I ordered chicken steak and chicken steak sizzler. Both were fantastic.

The food was ok, not what I expected it to be. The waiter was good. But when I went to pay my bill, the staff misplaced my bills. It was a disaster. I am not satisfied.

It was sunday evening.
Me and my mother went to this cafe. We have to wait around 1hour for 1 cappuccino ard red velvet shake. They were serving food and beverage to all the other customers except us. I told them where are our beverages? They was simply ignoring us. It was 2nd time visit, 1st time was very good experience. But didn't expect this kind of behaviour from them. I took my maa 1st there. But she was really hurt.

Hi I ordered a pizza wich was totally burnt from all edges. I dnt know how they have burnt it.but may be they are not being able to sell so requires pre heating. Cost, ambience are secondary make sure it's safe for ur health_stale food isn't safe

Food quality is good. I was a regular visiter there before pandemic and after first lock down also. Their behavior has changed and also their service is not up to the mark anymore. Anyways the place is hygienic and cosy. You can visit on a date or with a gang of friends. Pro- affordable, cosy, cute decore

Too tasty food, well behaved young energetic hosts, very sobre yet modern ambience. Right in the heart of South kolkata, this joint throws you back into your college canteen with air conditioned and hygenic atmosphere.

It's a small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.outdoor seating is very nice.but the place is small.so there was huge congestion.actually almost all tables were filled up.so noise was too much.
We ordered cappuccino, fried chicken, garlic mushroom ball, blueberry cheesecake, mango tango mocktail.
Drinks section was really good esp there coffee.
Fried chicken was also good, both in quantity and very fulfilling.
Mushroom balls were okay.
Special mentioning: cheesecake.though it was taken out from frozen state.it tasted really good.it was moist and apt in sugary taste.

Giving one star less, just because I had to wait for 30mins outside the cafe, coz it was too crowded, and didn't got a seat.
But the foods were awesome, must try the Chicken cordon Bleu and the oreo shake, the mutton chap sizzler wasn't that good, the chicken steak sizzler was average.
The staffs were so good, and the manager himself appreciated me a lot, for the decoration I made there for my couple friends, yes the allowed me to decorate inside, which is also a plus point.

This is a peaceful and pretty café. The staff is polite and helpful. The food is good. The prices are moderate. The ambience be it inside or outside was pretty with their dreamy, blue theme. A good spot for intimate outings.

Ordered 1. Margherita pizza 2. Garlic Bread 3. Brownie shake 4. Alfredo pasta. Order 1.was not tasty at all. It was not good. Pasta was very very tasty ngl. However the pizza was atrocious.

This place is like my second home. I have lost count of how many times I've visited this place. Everything is amazing about this cafe.

Everything great over here but the staff quality has been on a downside now due to more profit centric management otherwise a lovely cafe to hang out.

A great cafe with some good food. A little suggestion from my end the decor has been the same for years now, you can look forward to some experimentations. Also, the customer service is really nice.

One of my favourite cafes in Kolkata for sure. The cozy and aesthetic interior is very appealing making it great for instagrammish pictures, the location is a bit hard to locate but convenient enough. The food quality is top-notch and the service is prompt, pricing is okay according to the amenities. No complaints so far.

​It's a beautiful cosy place for a warm coffee evening. The Chicken Steak sizzler is quite decent. The Kitkat shake was humongous, it was tasty but I feel it would be better if they do away with the frosting. The coffee was good, but their only problem is, they mess up the order. In our last visit, we ordered pizza, they got us sandwich. This recent visit, we asked for coffee to be served later, they got everything at the same time. Other than that, it's quite nice. The decor is quite pleasant.

Update: They've really improved on their over-all presentation, the food, the ambience, the decor. Hence rating revised from 4 to 5!

They're amazing. The team serving is a good one too. Just, if you're one of those who like to have their tea before their meal, then make sure you pre-prder your tea, else you'll be disappointed.

If you're looking for a cafe in Jodhpur Park look no more. This cafe has interior (ac) as well exterior (non-ac) seating options with a lovely ambience. The chicken lasagna and chicken lollipops served here are to die for. The kitkat shake is average though. Pricing is reasonable. A kids friendly cafe and good for casual groups.

This place is located at Jodhpur Park and 10 min walking distance from South City Mall. They've both indoor & outdoor sitting arrangements. This place is suitable for little adda sessions with friends. Both two pizzas were well prepared loaded with toppings & cheese, and more than enough for two person. Caesar salad is our personal favorite & we loved their version as well. In terms of service everything was pretty fast.

It's one of the best cafes with reasonable rate, wide variety of food, pleasant interiors, a perfect place to hang out with your loved ones

The ambience was really good. Obviously. And it is at a good proximity to my university. And it has both AC and non AC (but beautiful insta-genic setup) space.

The perfect place to hangout at anytime you want. The food quality and quantity is sufficient. And the ambience is also pretty good! It's a perfect spot to hangout with your friends as well a splendid spot to take your loved ones on a date!

We ordered the bacon wrapped chicken burger and the BBQ pizza. It was really good. The burger was really juicy and the meat was sufficient. But a tip remove the cucumber it will taste better and the pizza there is famous as heard and is really a must try.

Located in the corner of a narrow tree lined lane of jodhpur Park, this inexpensive Cafe has quite to offer. From its wide variety of menu options both immensely satisfying on quantity and quality to the soft music playing in the background, this small and simple yet airy and cheerful ambience is a perfect place to hangout.

Food was good no doubt but i heard about the kitkat shake a lot I found it bit less then the hype made around it otherwise everything was good and the staffs are not that active they are taking lot of time to serve the food

Food Quality and Quantity both are good but management is very very poor! Staffs are Very much ignorant and failed to satisfy customer's need.we waited for the outside table and they literally argued with us.we have ordered kitkat shake they told us that the top decoration will not be available but the pricing was same.the experience in regarding management and staffs was poor! But inspite of that food was tasty and reasonable

I went at the cafe at 12: 30pm today and the cafe wasn’t open. The staffs were extremely reluctant to even say when the service will start. The cleaner almost pushed me out of the glass door. First experience of the cafe is aweful.
