The performance of brand factory for some about 5 years before is excellent they gave repeatedly great offer but now after the covid period they just become worthless no new stocks, old design, no sale and if then they will already set prices to high like above 2K So I will suggest you to go somewhere not here

If you want to buy sasta but ghatiya apperal then do visit them. Buy 2 get 3 free what a joke offer. The worst thing is that u can see almost every cloths 1-2 year old stocks

U can found almost every brand there. Boys, Girls and even children's. N with this u can get many offers like buy 2 and get 3. Buy 1 and get 50% off like this. And after shopping u will get a discount coupon also. I liked it.

Saddam's behaviour was very pleasant towards me and he guided me throughout my shopping which helped me a lot thanks to him

First of all, the collection is not at all good. All the dead stock are up for sale. Sizes also aren't available. Secondly, the kind of scam they tried to do with me is just not acceptable. I bought 5 t shirts from their store yesterday and was given 60%off. One of the t shirt that costs rupees 1049 was given to me at 440 which I went to exchange today for my father didn't like it. Then, in place of that I decided to get at t shirt which costs 899 but they were giving only 30% off on it and inspire of this one being cheaper than the to be exchanged product I was asked to pay more 250 rupees. This is just insane! I am buying a product which costs less than my previous purchase and then I am asked to pay more amount? ! Like really?

Anyway, the problem has been sorted out as my father came and talked with the authorities. But this shopping experience has being bad for me and I would never like to go there again, instead I would prefer online shopping from Myntra!

Mixed reaction. Collections are good sometimes v good sometimes not.

But discount on MRP they offered, imposes additional GST on it, which is already in MRP. Lots of cases regards this but still going on.

If 50% discussed on MRP and then again GST added then roughly it's 40% discount.

Is it cheating?

Awesome collection at the cheapest rate, Md Nayab was a cordial personnel who took all efforts to guide to the best Collection available.

The best place to get branded clothes, period. The prices are jaw-dropping (in a good way)! With ample variety and discounts, you would be confused what to buy and what not to buy! Clean and professional service too. Just a bit crowded at times

Very bad behavior of staff. Recently visited this outlet for 499 bag pack. But staff had already stolen bags for self. This is harassing.

This place is a bit much dirty and no upcoming styles has been enlisted here.this is no point to make a shopping complex over here where people can not find proper styles and outfits.

I visited this place yesterday finding the place very neat and clean and all staff wearing proper brand factory uniform and coul see the team management did a good job

Yesterday went to the store the collection was no good but the service staffs were good that made me buy a bag for my son

Local brand lene se 100% ye accha hai kaam se kaam sub branded hota hai per sirf cost thora high rheta hai or jldi sale nai deta

If you are reaching for a wide variety and range of products then you are at the right place. Many choice of brands with quality products and friendly salesmen.

Guys good place for shopping if you have a slim budget.clothes quality is standard but they really have to improve the soft skill etiquette of their staffs, majority of them are victim of this, what i would request the co is to spent on their soft skill enhancement training program & should keep a close watch on how employees interact with each other in colloquial language in front of customers it really deteriorates the standard of Brand Factory as a brand.

1) For customers-good to shop for brands
2) Management- If you can sell your products for discount during sale.then don't keep the price hiked in other 11 months

Its good store. But collection is not up to the mark. Though the price is really cheap. Collection of regular shoes are quite good.

The best branded outlet in kolkata, the cheapest place of garments people will find there. So many variety of brands is there, so overall i will give them 5*
