The old Calcutta atmospheric vibe is vibrant and refreshing, they have cheap booze and decent finger food. However they really lack good service, as staff is almost always undermanned and getting served takes abysmal amounts of time.

Food is not that great, takes a lot of time to deliver. Most of the waiters disturb a lot for giving tips even before the food/alcohol is not finished at the table. It's an irritating thing

This place is mostly for office staff from the area. Always crowded. Food quality and quantity is enough for the money. Draught beer options are better for groups or couples. The drink option is also very good. We tried fish fingers. The taste was good and there were 10-12 fingers on the plate. The price range is also not too much. A drink or starter is a good option.

Not even got a place to sit on Sunday 7PM! Bad behaved staff was unable to tell us the waiting time!
Then we went to Manthan Song Hay instead which was nearby!

Ambiance is ok but food is so awesome in one word and also u will gonna some live bands there.over all its a good place for hangout with booze.

Good for having fun with friends as you can get draught beer, whiskey at moderate rate. They don't overcharge it and you can also go out and smoke and they again come. Have chairs and sofa type couch as well

Fish fingers lipsmacking. Currently they are out of draught beer. Otherwise nive and fantastic. It would be great if they will serve something to have with drinks. Like snacks, popcorn served in other places.

Extremely poor service, food tastes bad, only one waiter running around to take orders and serve, long delay in getting food. They don't even turn on the AC. Save your money and go some place better.

First time I visited there today. Like the cosy environment. Anybody can visit. Mainly office goers are coming here. I like the environment, whisky price, food & it's price. Good place for ladies. I ordered four pegs 60ml B10 with Pepper Fish & Azawain Fish Tikka. Bill is just Rs. 1,463/-

Broadway is one of the oldest hotel in kolkata. It's serving since 1937. The food quality is so good and price is also affordable. The ambience still gives the vibe of old kolkata. I loved this place very much. Monday to Friday it's much crowded. But in weekends you can chill there.

Cheapest bar in town. If you don't like loud music or any kind of music while drinking then this is the right place for you. Perfect place to hang out with your buddys. Fish finger is a must try starter. You can also try their azwain fish

Place serves alcohol at a comparatively cheaper price than other bars. Quite old but interior is well maintained. Although the ambience can be changed a bit more and the sitting area should be maintained properly keeping in mind the regular changing of table cloths to fresh ones. Service is more or less prompt and good. Do not expect it to be way cheaper than other bars and pubs because it is not. Good place for students for their lightweight pockets.

Fabulous! Located in Kolkata. Just 2 minutes walking distance from chandi chawk metro station. Some old classic style is magnificent. The total environment of the bar is stunning! Aw.and the fish fingers. <3

Best place to have a drink with your friend without the hustle and bustle or loud music banging in your ears. The only sound is the conversation of people. Reasonable prices with good food to fill your stomach. If you like hanging out old school style, this is the place for you. I prefer this place more than Olypub, honestly!

A quiet bar for a beer in Kolkata. Not always an easy thing to do. Draft Kingfisher and snacks at very reasonable prices. Table service or sit at the bar. Classic old style decor. Young couples as well as older drinkers. Seems to have less emphasis on speed drinking of hard liquor. You can actually see outside!

Went there solo to enjoy Shredded Spicy Lamb along with Vodka. It gives a heritage vibe. Ambience not up to the mark. Staffs have uniforms. Went during afternoon when it was mildly crowded. Food quality is good and enough for one.

Liquor availabe at afordable prices and starters have a great taste.however the staff is very slow.other than that it's a perfect place to hangout with friends.

The Broadway Hotel has been refurbished as a classic European style hangout. With an old world vibe and contemporary food menu, BH is a beautiful place to be on the weekend. The staff are extremely courteous and service time is great. Parking is easily available.

Place of daily boozers on return from office. Sort of heritage in central Kolkata near Chandni Metro station. Any condiment such as a piece of lemon, onion or ginger, peanut etc.are exorbitantly charged. Be cautious when drinking.

Reasonable price.it doesn't have a all-cool environment but it is more of a place to have drinks randomly. Mainly office goers come here before heading home.
