First and foremost, the food at Burger King was fantastic. I ordered their classic Whopper meal, and it exceeded my expectations. The burger was well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The flame-grilled patty gave it a delicious smoky flavor that sets Burger King apart. The toppings, including fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, were all crisp and added a refreshing element to the burger. The sesame seed bun was soft and held everything together nicely. I was billing for my food and the staff told me to open my chrome app cause she will download the bill for me.so I opened it and gave phone to her.and after she gave it to me I saw that she didn't download any bill but she review themselves as 5star.what a technique Burger king

It is situated on Lake mall Yum Street which is the floor just below Cinepolis. It has always been a nice and comfy place of visit to me every now and then before pandemic. Went there for the first time after all these months of lockdown. To my utter pleasure found out the outlet of Burger King here and wanted to give it a try. The lady on the counter told us that their server being down we could just get the app of Burger King from play store and place our order there. The interface was not so complicated to understand and there were many options to pick from as well. We settled for a whopper and a burger along with cold drink and French fries combo. We paid online for it. They took around 15mins to get it ready and asked us to get our order. Whopper was a bit larger than the burger and contained more veggies spices et stuffed inside, whereas the burger was plain and simple. But both tasted nice, they indeed served quality food, veggies were fresh also. It was a overall a good experience.

Went in today for a quick grab. Food was as usual and messy, what you expect from a chain.
What's shocking is that one of the employee walked upto us interrupting my meal and asked to fill up a survey. I told her that I know what to do as I eat a lot from BK, abroad. She said "No, fill up now". I gave her my phone, she opened up the link and did something and gave me to fill up the comments. When I asked why do you put Extremely Satisfied in all questions and gave me only to fill comments. She didn't have an answer and let.

Not getting into it further, but this was a tactic to get perfect score from a survey for a service which was not perfect.

This is located inside the Lake Mall. This place provides lots of offers on burgers at affordable, rather cheap prices and is a perfect place to spend some time with loved ones over good food. The burgers are fresh and tasty, with crispy patty inside. Service is quite fast and efficient.

Do try the Whopper it's amazinggg!
though we had to order from the Burger King app as take-away (maybe because of covid situation). & sundaes weren't available too.

This burger king is located inside lake mall food court. In this covid situation the place was not crowded. We went there and the attendee there asked us to download the burger king app and order from there for convince. The food was good but I won't say amazing. You can have it from there but it's not fulfilling, could have been better i guess. It is not worth the price. Otherwise it is fine.

Burger king! The name is enough to take u to Their counter, which is situated on the food court. Their flamed & grilled chicken tandooricn made your day with full of satisfactio.

Combos are pocket friendly as compared to other brands like KFC and pizza hut. Their shakes and sundaes are just awesome.

Nice food.got a pair of chicken burgers of standard size just at Rs89 [cost of 2: can u bliv? ] and had two floats @39.very nice service.enjoyyed.

I will not say anything about food items! All are ok. I would rather mention about the shakes, smoothies and desserts they serve is amazing in taste, presentation, quantity and quality. And the price is perfect accordingly compared to the other brands! Combos are pocket friendly.

Excellent food at a very cheap price. Superb customer service. Out of so many brands competing, I found this satisfying in all sense.

Located on 4th floor Food Court of Lake Mall. Burgers costlier than McDonald. Fries taste better. Worth trying this American joint.

Ordered from Swiggy. Chicken wooper burger combo and one chicken curry rice. The curry was so less in quantity that I had to eat the rice without the curry itself. Chicken sizes were different from the picture shown in their catalogue. Mostly the burger it was not up to the mark I would mention. The fries were in countable proportion. If something was good then it was the Pepsi can.

I loved their chicken burger. The place is really nice. I hope they open more franchise here in Kolkata and near my locality.
