Burnt Garlic roll shop outlet faces the street. While it has limited selection, the food quality is outstanding. I had first found the spot during the Durga Puja festival. I went back there and enjoyed my favorite dish… “Egg Chicken Tikka Roll”. Service is quick with warmth from the chefs there. Took some pictures of the chefs too. Even had Probir, the head chef pose in front of the restaurant. If you visit, say hello to my new friend Probir, the chef, on my behalf. This shop is set up for take out or eat standing by the shop

I had a lovely dinner experience here. We ordered chicken satay and roasted chilli pork along with couple of drinks. The food was extremely delicious and the portion was a lot for 2 people. After eating the appetizers we were so full that we couldn’t order the main course. I guess we should have ordered just 1 appetizer and main course. The fine decor made the place quite insta worthy. The restaurant is situated at the ground level of Priya cinema.

Lovely food. But they serve shredded pork in BBQ sauce when you order Pork chops. Apart from that the food tastes amazing!

The only good part about the place is the cocktails and the waiter.
If you are a vegetarian, dare you not come here.
We tried the nachos. Horrible.
The only 1 option veg burger, again horrible.

Fish Fry/cutlet was very crispy and tasty. Shrimp and raw papaya salad was although tasty, it became watery after some time. Fish in the cutlet was fresh but portion was quite small. Overall, good place to seek quiet lunch or dinner.

Beautiful decor with soothing retro music playing in the background. Food is delicious, staff behaviour courteous. Only down point was that the delivery of the food was a tad slow. We had a movie show to catch and had to literally gobble the last portions of our meal. Rest everything was wonderful

A cozy pub located at the Ground Floor of Priya Cinema hall, Ballygunge, Kolkata.

Ambience is innovative & unique in nature. Not too much crowded. Soothing atmosphere.

But, staff behavior is just pathetic. Not friendly at all. If you have any Nearbuy coupon, they will treat you worse.

*Roasted Chilli Pork (very tasty)
*Bacon & Ham pizza (pathetic, paid more than 400, just for a mid-sized pizza with barely any ham or bacon)
*Long Island Iced Tea (this cocktail is always LIIT)
*Beer pitcher
*5 straight pegs (30 ml) of vodka & rum (from Nearbuy coupon)

Price of the menu ranges between moderate to high.

Overall, it's a lukewarm experience. I will not recommend this place. But, you can go, if you are looking for a pub with lower prices of alcohol in South Kolkata.

Visited this restaurant couple of days back and the experience was terrible. Most of dishes of the menu was not available. The chicken biriyani which we ordered due to lack of options from the menu was not at all good, the chicken was dry and the biriyani rice tasted very ordinary. Another dish which we ordered was mixed sauce chicken pasta thought it was good in taste but they took 50 minutes to serve it. Overall it was not at all a pleasent experience, highly disappointing.

Orderd a pork platter. Almost half of the dish comprised of fat only. When asked the waiter said that serving that much of fat is the usual practice. Just want to sensitize the management that not all pork lovers consume pork fat. If you have to keep fat with the served meat keep it in reasonable quantity not half of the dish.

A nice quaint restaurant with lovely warm ambience. Food was quite delicious. Service is prompt. Portion size is also appropriate and easy on the pocket.

Loved the foods. We had yellow cheddar stuffed mushrooms, roasted chilly pork as starter. Creamy carbonara as mains. Everything tasted amazing. The cocktail options were nice as well

Very bad experience, Mr Soumen Das messaging with customers and food quality is very poor. I suggest never visit this bar and Vault.

Edit: visited 3 years later. Food quality has worsened. Pizza was stale and not enjoyable. Crust, cheese everything seemed to be lesser quality than before. Is a nice chill place to get drinks but I would avoid the food there now. Food is also more expensive now. Service is still excellent.

No loud music, soothing environment, hot spot Priya Cinema, need I say more?
And Burnt Garlic special fried chicken is a must try!

Very Bad experience & Pathetic, cocktails were sugar syrup, they don't know how to make it, food is pathetic, i would say it's a small time bar of 80s with a new look, waiters are unprofessional, when i mentioned cocktails not good, he gave me a look and said this is how it's made, i was like really! Nightmare this place and i would advice everyone not to visit this place! Complete waste of money

Good ambience and decor. Tried their pizzas, which were yum. Although the crust was too crunchy but I started to like it as I go there all the time. We ordered lamb pizza, Pork pizzas and two mojitos.

Visited this place a week back and really enjoyed their hospitality and the good food. Located at deshpriya park, this small pub is located right next to Priya Cinema's (same building). We were a group of 6 and we had booked our table on Zomato. Our host, Gavin, was extremely courteous and ensured we have a good time. We had ordered mostly starters like Fish Finger, burnt garlic fried chicken (delicious), paprika thin crust pizza etc along with drinks like LIIT, beer cocktails and whiskey which all together was around 10k (we drank a lot). However they accept Zomato gold and we got 25% off our bill. They maintain good sanitation standards which is an added bonus. Really loved the experience and will definitely visit again.

Went there with nearbuy coupons, total 4 large pegs of vodka and one snack. Got full satisfaction with the boose, after long. This gave me suspicion that some joints are giving diluted drinks during the pandemic
. Food quality? Just one chilli ch9cken tried, is ok, under influence. Anyways, no complementary table snack, that is a minus, the pub below, vault, offers some. Other wise, a great experience.

Try the pork phat mama bowl and take coriander rice instead of noodles in that.for starters we had fried chicken, 3 flavoured thai fish (bhetki), prawn. Ambience was good and service were outstanding.

Nice cool place for dinner with family. Hard drinks also available. Nowadays the bar is closed by 8 pm as per government norms.

Pocket friendly and nice place to spend some time. The food was nice quality.the staffs were really friendly and always tries to make you feel utmost comfortable. I really liked their service.

Pizza, Hakka noodles, and some cocktails are some of the best things available here. The food quality and quantity is good, although the price is high. Carefully order cocktails as there are some hidden gems as well as some misses.

The ambience is quite and good for a weekend night. Might be considered too empty for people who like to be crowded lounge.

Overall verdict is 4/5. Would like visit again too with a little bit of more crowd.

Not so good experience because according to the price of the food item the quality and quantity is not so good. At point it will be a waste of money.

Place is good and spacious. Pocket friendly restaurant i would say. They have don't have large variety of dishes that was disappointing but chilli pork and starters were really good and filling. Overall place is suitable for a small group lunch or dinner.

Went to hangout with my friends. We loved our starters which were amazing and really delicious and with some music in the background, it made a happy reunion of us.

The waiters were very friendly and provided a great service.

Was a bit disappointed with the limited menu due to Covid-19, but otherwise it was really amazing and would definitely like to visit again.

We were bit apprehensive due to the fact that our visit was in the mid of pandemic, however we enjoyed our first visit to this place. We ordered butter garlic squids, pan fried Cantonese noodles with chicken and prawns, and krabi style fish. I found the squids little chewy, otherwise the taste and quality are quite good. An extra point for the ambience.:)

Poor quality service. We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that Time. The food was mediocre too. Never recommending this to anybody. Staff behavior was too poor and also unprofessional.also wait for food more thn 40min.

Burnt Garlic is located on the ground floor of Priya Cinema Hall in Desapriya Park. This place has a very beautiful ambience with antique interiors and their choice of music will definately make your date night amazing.
I went there with my friend for a dinner date and was really impressed with their amazing food, taste in music and courteous staff.
The dishes we ordered were:

Broccoli and Spinach Soup: My friend ordered this for himself and i tasted this and ordered the same soup. I Loved it. (RECOMMENDED)
Raw Papaya Salad: Perfect if you are a health freak or you love eating healthy food which are equally appetising.
Fish Finger: This dish never disappoints me and had amazing fish fingers here which were the crunchy from outside and soft inside. The dip complimented it so well.
Chili Chicken Pizza with sliced Capsicum (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
Krabi Style Chicken: Absolutely loved this one too. Recommending this dish to you all.
Prawns with sphagetti in Coriander sauce: Never really tried anything like this before and i loved it to bits and pieces. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Baked Cheese Nachos: Lastly i loved this type of nachos. I absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.

Overall i loved the food of this place which was so delicious. Good food equalls good mood and this place totally deserves a 5star rating.

Tried out this place yesterday as we were around Deshapriya Park in the evening, so needed a good place to chill.
So spotted this place in Zomato, this place is right inside Priya Cinema Hall. The place is divided into two sections.
We decided to try out some dishes from their vast menu.
Spaghetti in Coriander Sauce with prawns was something I really liked. The flavour of the coriander was not too overpowering and the spaghetti was cooked well.
Bakchoy with Tofu in Thai style was flavourful and healthy option.
Chicken Satay with Peanut sauce was made perfectly the chicken was tender and not stiff.
Tried out the the Chilli Chicken pizza, going apart from the normal pizza that we always have, it was not that great, the flavour of chilli chicken was felt more however the taste of pizza had subsided.
Panko Crumbed Prawns is a must have dish, I loved it with Honey Chilli Sauce.
Baked Cheese Nachos were delicious.
Lamb Shanks was the best out of the main course that we had, the meat was tender and juicy and cooked with perfection, so was the presentation, served with mashed potatoes I would totally recommend this dish.
Being a non-alcoholic person I had Chocolate Intense which had a nice consistency and tasted amazing.
Overall a great place to hangout with friends and family, however the service needs a bit of an improvement.

A must visit place for people who like to experiment with their food or like fusion food. The food was great. I really loved the Fish Finger, Fish Burger, Chilli Chicken Pizza with Sliced Capsicum and Onion and Grilled Chicken in Honey Basil and Chilli Sauce. I sģ Cheese. One must try the mocktails. I really recommend the Strawberry Pinacolada and Chocolate Intense.
5 on 5 for ambience. The service was good as well.
