The afternoons are less crowded. The food and atmosphere comes standardized.but if you want to talk in peace.this is the place.

We have had better customer experience at CCD.
The service representatives need to give space to the customer prior to taking the order.
They should give the option of normal water and bottled water, and not just offer bottled water in different ways.

Very Nice and Sprawling Coffee Shop.well maintained with Courteous Staff. U also have a private enclosure, if you want to have a private discussion over a cup of coffee

Quite, clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and cordial.
In case u are bored working from home, try working here along with a nice cup of coffee or Assam tea

Lake road CCD is spacious which is critical during Covid times. Ambience is good. Cappucino is not strong enough and they charge almost double for a strong shot, which is not cost effective. However, their Honey Cinnamon Coffee is excellent

Lovely space cool, energetic, ready to welcome everyone.
Staff was courteous and the lady there was excellent in her service and customer handling. I tried their newly launched frappes, visually looked fabulous but Oops it was too sugary for me still that can be my personal choice may be their customers like it that way. After all they are located in Kolkata the sweetest part of India.
Keep up the fabulous work kudos.

The food was delicious. The tables were properly separated as needed by the norms. The Coffee and tea were perfect.

This is one of my ' anytime favorite destination '. The food, ambience everything is so perfect, even the guys in the outlet are friendly and accommodative. Hence thumbs-up for this place

Spacious, chick place with separate chamfered room for smokers and of course piping hot enticing coffee spreads by cafe coffee day. Ask Arif and he can configure a best drink with the help of his Baristas and servers up on the floor, Gulzar, Arijit humble and gentle guys at work.

Very bad experience, not recommended at all. They only want to add onn different things with your food to loot your hard earned money. Otherwise your food will come in tasteless, low quality and low quantity form. Chillcken Sandwich hardly had any chicken pieces and was full of onion skin. I even showed it to the waiter. Service is horrible. To sum up, has gone down since my last visit there about 6 months back.

The only "coffee day" in Kolkata, or for that matter, in any city in the country, that's worth visiting.

The place was open till 10: 30 pm and we did not even realise we were so late. Not much options as the day comes to a close but at least a space to sit and talk.

The service was decent but the sandwiches were dry and the coffee wasn't as good as in other CCD outlets.

It's an iconic place for an entire generation. Before all the fancy cafés came.ccd has always been the go to destination for coffee breaks and meetups.

This particular CCD outlet should be avoided. I have been there a few times, the last being during durga puja last week and the whole experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the music was hardly befitting a coffee shop. With loud bollywood dance tracks playing in the background, everyone had to shout over the music to get themselves heard. Still that is a subjective thing. Perhaps there are people who like that sort of ambience so I shall leave that aside. However what was really annoying was the fact that the staff messed up the order and charged us for things we didn't ask for. And this was something not unique to us. It appeared a lot of customers were having the same problem when the bill arrived. Anyway we left with little desire to go back to this outlet.

The staff is deliberately cheating customers during this puja. They told us that some addons (couple of fixed options) need to be added with all the orders which we agreed but when we get the bill we had a shock. A coffee variant of 180 bucks was charged along with add-on combo Worth 350 bucks and so on. Upon enquiring the staff in pertcular Mr. Debojit Mondal literally misbehaved with us. They even refused regular drinking water these days and one has to purchase it. This sort of customer service is simply unacceptable. I suggest all to avoid this CCD outlet at least during these festive days.

Most of the items are not available and they tend to miss sell products by clubing items. Like - sandwiches with cheese or chips. Either one you choose you will be charged. Non regular customer of CCD will be fooled by them.

We had to leave the place since we were told that you need to order with toppings etc No regular item would be served. Quite surprisingly they denied serving us with regular items and finally we had to move out. It was a sick experience!

Smelly place. Make sure you check the bill carefully before you make the payment. Most CCDs In the city have the practice to put items that you did not order.

It was one hour to closing time. And they were in such a hurry. Hot coffee was cold. Devil's own glass was looking half empty. The cream was flat. Lemonade was pathetic. Been here several times but NVR had such a bad experience. Will think twice before going especially LATE

Though it was 10: 30 pm the staff were still in no-hurry mood and continued their service as usual. In fact there were fresh clients moving in. Its a pleasant visit here always
