Café Coffee Day

Most of the time coffee here is a pleasant experience (took a cafe frappe) but I always order it with two shots because for strength because I am a coffee connoisseur & i make my own cup with a French press with 65-70% coffee (beans grinded coarsely) & 30-35% Milk with foam (foamed in French press)!

I think Cafe Coffee Day's coffees are better here in Kolkata compared to Bangalore's Cafe Coffee Day's Coffees!

Took a cappuccino next day & it's feeling quite weak & beans according to me is not high quality enough

Maybe my taste bud is addicted to higher quality beans coffees like from Blue Tokai.

The place is big and same and some other CCD. But this place needs a real look in hygiene and maintanence. There are flies every where and that's disgusting

A cool place to hang out with friends, while you chat you can sip different kinds of coffee, hot or cold, chocolate, my favorite is Watermelon mojito very refreshing drink, my boy loves their Brownie sizzler, whenever we came to India he looked forward to have it, and he did it

It's the best place to take meetings and time spend with people. The food is good and nice environment with better service.

Noticed a peculiar thing, which is really unexpected to CCD. I was just watching from my sitting area how they prepare sandwich and suddenly I watched a piece of cabbage fell down on ground and one of the staff picked it up and placed the said price on the tray. Really really unprofessional. When asked, they confessed. This should not happen. I request the responsibile authority to take an action against this. My visit tothe outlet was on 16.10.2022 at around 5.pm

We ordered classic cold coffee and mocha cafe. No complains regarding the quality and quantity. Cozy ambience, no rush to go out. Very spacious. We can do our work without any interruption. Peaceful and friendly. Packaged snacks are also amazing. But the snacking items like breads and sandwiches are rediculouly priced. Might visit again!

The location of this CCD is quite preferable as it is very quite and peaceful away from the city hustles. They have a good amount of space for sitting in both indoors and outdoors. You can sit in the outdoors for sometime even without ordering anything. The indoors have varied sitting arrangements where there is an option for work station aswell. The outlet provides all the regular food items in the menu card but at times some of the items are not available. It's a good place to hangout for a long serene peaceful conversation or can be a quick work station for computing professionals. The outdoors sitting area are enjoyable more during monsoons and winters. The washroom is also neat and clean.

I ordered a smoked chicken sandwich and I received garbage. They mentioned there will be veggies but instead there was just one rotten lettuce. I had to pay 185 for this garbag. Apparently they didn't have enough resources to make the sandwich. Then why did they open the restaurant? I suggest you to start a cleaning service and start with your food.

Like all other CCDs but has a nice outdoor seating arrangement for long talks.

A nice place to be in a winter evening

Good place for a cup of coffee and sandwiches, spacious with good sitting arrangement. Stuff was cordial as well.

This brand never stops to amaze me. The intrigity level of the people is negative. And the wonderful reasons for lack of everything. The local tea stall vendors have better behaviour and customer respectability.
